Glorias on Lemmon Ave: A Flavorful Gem Ive been a fan of Glorias for years, and their Lemmon Ave location did not disappoint. The atmosphere was inviting and vibrant, and the service was impeccable. Our waiter was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was, as always, delicious. From the savory appetizers to the flavorful entrees, everything was cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch. If youre looking for a fantastic dining experience with authentic Latin cuisine, I highly recommend Glorias on Lemmon Ave.

Witnessed unfortunate incident in which staff defended actions of unruly patron requesting another guest leave for what I ascertained to be their lack of conformity to gender while wearing sleeveless clothing. Came to Glorias for the 1st time on 9/20/24. In Dallas for an aviation event. This place was recommended by a fellow engineer familiar with the establishment. To say the service and the food was exceptional on 9/20, would be an understatement. My only regret is that I didnt get the name of the fabulous server who was incredibly thoughtful and attentive to our needs. I loved the experience so much, I returned the following day, hoping to have the same experience before returning to Arizona. Well, the experience on 9/21/24 was VASTLY different. This time I did get the servers name: Maria. Our water and iced tea went dry twice. Maria never once asked us if we wanted a refill on any of our beverages. We had to ask for refills. Maria walked back and forth multiple times, never once qiving our table a glance. I literally had to raise my hand just to get her attention or service. How could the same establishment provide 2 vastly different experiences? The answer is simple: the server on the 2nd day was inattentive and did the bare minimum only when she was required to do so. The food is A+. The service is hit or miss and clearly depends on the server you have. Im so glad Maria was not our server on the 1st day, because her lackluster attitude and subpar service would have been enough to make me not return. Food - 5 stars (flavorful and very good). Price- 5 stars (affordable and reasonably priced). Service- Maria gets O stars. Parking: We used Valet.

DISGUSTING! Where to even begin? We arrived at 6:28pm and it was 7:02 before we received our drinks. Watered down glass of ICE with almost nothing to drink. We ordered. Appetizer arrived at 7:04pm and dinner arrived at 7:06pm - we had yet to even take a sip of our drinks. FOOD: GROSS!!!! This is microwave fast food garbage. If you want to over pay for food that is as tasteless and sloppy - go to any number of fast food places. Go open a can of bean dip in the grocery store, it would have been better. The steak: cold, very little flavor and the sides were cheap and sloppy. The Fajitas: what meat? What veggies? It wasnt even steaming when it came out The Pupusas: WHAT? no filling? No Flavor - but dripping in OIL DRINKS: We ordered Margaritas - all of which were glasses of ICE with a little little bit of liquid. Where was the drink? WTH? Not to mention it was not spicy, it was flavored water? Service: this must have been amateur night because we saw our waiter three times: took our order, dropped our drinks off and then the check. Someone else brought the food......of course all of that was within 4 mins of each other - after sitting there for 30 ins. They clearly dont know how to run a kitchen when they bring your drinks your apps and your meal all out within 4 mins. No - I know what you are thinking, wow it must have been packed nope - might have had 10 people in the entire place. Everyone was sitting at the bar. Only one couple sitting outside. The place looks nice, the girl at the door was nice to check us in, open the door, get us to a table quickly when we arrived. Other than that, this is way over priced and the food was GROSS.

My family has patronized Glorias since moving to Texas over 20 years ago. We have visited Glorias locations across the DFW Metroplex. The atmosphere is amazing, the drinks and food are perfectly prepared, and sometimes too pretty to eat/drink. Deeelicious! Our hats off to the Chefs for preparing dishes for my husband who have food allergies. Out of all the Glorias locations we have visited, the staff and manager at the 3223 Lemmon Avenue, Dallas, are by far the BEST!!! They provide five star, first class service! Especially, manager Alex, he provides the epitome of excellent customer service! I had an issue with my birthday order. Alex stepped in, placed my order, and it turned out perfect! Thank you Alex for making my birthday dinner Awesome! Your the Best!!! I highly recommend Glorias for the best Latin/Tex-Mex food in the Metroplex, for any/all occasions. We ordered lunch today for 7 people to be delivered. From ordering to delivery there were no issues went pretty quick and smooth. Food arrived well packaged and all orders correct nothing missing, everything exactly as ordered. The food arrived still warm. I ordered the Tacos al Carbon on flour tortillas. The outside of the beef was crispy yet still tender on the inside. Everyone said what they ordered was good, no issues at all. We will order from this location again in the future.

Its okay and just okay food could have been hotter and better tasting I ordered a fijtia plate with chicken and beef the chicken was good the beef was horrible,me and my wife had strawberry lemonade they were horrible , ordered queso with beef its was good but not hot and chips had a lot of crumbs. Service of the restaurant was good quickly seated nice staff and food came out quick , our waiter was friendly but overall experience was okay as I usually go to the Rockwall location where we love there food and service I wouldnt go back to this location. Lastly the parking lot is very small as they share a garage with an apartment complex but do have free valet parking in garage to accommodate from not having an actual place to park your own vehicle.

This was my first time dinning in at this location. My waitress was nice and professional. The new Prickly Pear margarita drink was nice. I had 2 of those and a Jameson with cranberry juice as well as water with lemon. I got the combination plate I believe it s called. It was delicious and a good sized portion. I do wish the salsa wasn t so tomato-y. The ambiance is lovely and the restaurant was clean. Parking: The parking is in a parking garage shared with an apartment complex. The valet was complimentary when I visited. They park your vehicle and bring it to you after you give them the ticket paper. The street is free & paid. Please read the signs and park accordingly. Kid-friendliness: Children are welcomed here. Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are big enough for a wheelchair to fit through easily. I m not sure about available handicapped parking because you have to park in a parking garage and the valet is complimentary (at least when I visited it was). I do have a handicapped tag. Valet parked the vehicle and brought it to me when I left the restaurant. You have to go up a small hill from the parking garage to get onto a narrow sidewalk to then get into the restaurant because it s downtown.

My recent trip to Gloria s Latin Cuisine was awesome! I tried their Carne Flameada, and let me just say, I was in flavor heaven! Every bite was bursting with deliciousness, and I couldn t get enough. I live in the apartment above Gloria s, on Lemmon and Carlisle. It is SUCH a treat to have them as neighbors. The owner has high standards for service - the employees hold doors open for you, answer questions intelligently, and are always friendly, attentive, and enjoyable to interact with. The bar is beautiful, they use spherical ice for well drinks, and the food is incredible. All authentic, all consistent, priced fairly & the servers are excellent at reading the table to appropriately time holds on food and how fast to bring things out. Everyone who comes becomes a regular, Gloria s is truly in a league of its own. Parking: There is valet parking for Gloria s in the garage; if you don t do that, it s right off Lemmon and Cole, so, it s busy with traffic and street parking is coveted. Kid-friendliness: Great, affordable kids menu.

I love Glorias! Ive been to most of the Glorias locations in the DFW metroplex, and all of them are amazing. The customer service is always excellent because theyre so attentive and have great hospitality. The interior design and atmosphere of them all are aesthetically pleasing, and the food is always a 10/10. Ive been able to try their omelettes, burritos, nachos, queso fundido & more and I can truly say EVERYTHING is good. Their margaritas and black bean dip are absolutely my favorite. If you havent been and you like Latin & Tex-Mex food, I recommend you check them out!

We love Gloria s, but this location was severely lacking. The restaurant was not at all busy when we arrived at 5:00 on a Monday. Our cocktails took 20+ minutes to arrive and the rest of our service followed suit - extremely slow and inattentive. We ordered 2 appetizers and only received 1 and frequently had to track down servers other than our own (we rarely saw ours) for drink refills, silverware, etc. Our server appeared inconvenienced when we asked to wait until our appetizers and drinks arrived to order our food and, at some point, a different server started waiting on us and we never saw the other one again.

Had the best time here. Enjoyed a black bean soup here and Alex runs his team well. Absolutely amazing service. They even charged my phone for me cause I had a busy day. I am giving this place a 2 stars due to the manager Being upset about a net sticking to my waffle after being in the middle of enjoying my plate. Instead of apologizing he took the plate and walked away. Very rude and horrible customer service. Also ordered a bottle of champagne to be treated so poorly that is very bad business. I will not be returning due to this. A simple apology would have sufficed but instead he lost a customer.

If youre in the Dallas area, we highly recommend Glorias. We were a party of 18. All of our food was amazing! The service was pleasant. They did an amazing job with our large group.

Placed an order for delivery (DoorDash)- waited over an hour. Tried to call to get an update and was placed on hold for 20-30m - its now past their closing time. Was told over the phone that staff was told the order was already picked up? Guess it walked off on its own.
