Nice relaxed place to have a drink. They have TVs in the bar with sports on, but you can also opt to sit at the tables or the little garden area outside which is beautiful with couches and plush chairs and all. Our waitress Alexandra was awesome too, very nice and attentive, and she even validated our parking ticket for the garage! I will be back

They raise their own bees to make their honey. I thought that was pretty amazing. All of their food comes from farms that are organic and do not feed the animals. Anything unhealthy.

20+ parents and kids for lunch. Restaurant not too busy but server REFUSED to ticket each family. Even with advanced notice and promised help he refused to even consider...too confusing. Terrible service

Extremely overpriced for what is offered; got simple Caesar salad with chicken that cost $23, the salad was tossed together and the chicken in slices placed on top. Chicken was poorly selected and prepared, tough to chew and contained bone fragments. Dessert was the only amazingly presented and delectable plate. Will not be coming back.

Place was severely understaffed. No place to sit at the bar and no servers came out to me at the tables. After 20 min of waiting I finally went up to the bar and asked for some service at the table. Bartender took my order from the bar and brought it out to me once prepared. Food was great. The roasted chicken was a plate I could re-order again several times.

Service wasnt great neither was the food. Way overpriced for the low caliber of service. Presentation of the employees could be better. Long messy unkempt hair, sloppy presentation, shabby service. I wont be back.

Im not sure if it was an off night, but nothing was quite right. Food had a strange texture to it, water was very chlorinated like it came straight from the tap, and service was very, very slow. I do hope what I experienced is unusual for the restaurant.

Very expensive for the low quality of food. $18 for slow service and a cheeseburger with a completely stale, crumpled bun and old lettuce. Could have taken an Uber to Whataburger and gotten better food for about the same amount of money and time.

= The hotel itself is generally accessible The food was okay, defibrillator not worth the underwhelming, apologetic service. We probably all and all waited just over an hour between being seated and eating. We had four different service take our order repeatedly, and eventually got an apologetic manager who let us know via a long story, he was having a tough shift. They ended up mixing up our order, but by then we just took what we got almost afraid to give them more to do. The 3 is for the accessibility Wheelchair accessibility: = The hotel itself is generally accessible

Food was amazing. Very pleasant decor. I got a Ribeye it was mouthwatering at 65 bucks a little more than a I expected to pay for an approx 16 ounce steak, but it was definitely good. My wife ordered ribs, definitely good quality and mouthwatering as well....we were really satisfied, and service was good. Nice spot if staying here in downtown Dallas at the Sheraton.

Really enjoying my time at the Open Pallete~ I arrived at the hotel much earlier than my roommates and this was the perfect place to grab a bite. I had the kale salad which was delicious~ Cold drinks came with biodegradable agave straws. My server ( Eloy ) was kind, attentive, and very knowledgeable of their unique menu ( I wish I could afford 1 of everything! ) and truly went above and beyond~ There is also a bar with a wide variety of drinks, large televisions ( sports ), subtle music, and warmly lit vibe. Just what I needed and more while I wait ~ Definitely recommend if youre staying at or near the Sheraton Dallas!

My husband and I are staying at the Sheraton for a conference. We attempted to eat lunch at Open Palette. Our food took forever to come out, while others who came in after us were served. My husband s chicken fingers were over cooked. My tomato soup and grilled cheese were not hot. I sent them back. My husband was finished with his meal, and my food never came back out. We ended up going to a nearby café where I was promptly served fresh, hot food.

This place is an absolute disaster! A very limited menu and the inability to even deliver upon that. My chicken tenders were cooked to the point of being overdone and were so hot I couldnt eat them while my wifes tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich were both cold. We sent the soup and sandwich back with the manager who assured us it would be made right. We waited another 15 minutes watching other customers receive the same soup and sandwich order. When I finished all I could of my crispy tenders and she still hadnt received her meal, we asked that they remove her order, let us pay and leave. They dismissed the check, but that was an hour well never get back; Happy Valentines Day!

So I was in the Sheraton for the night and I travel to many states as a flight attendant, I had the pleasure of enjoying this delicious Kobe beef burger while there. I mentioned being a flight attendant only as it s become the norm to order food upon arrival after a long day and not wanting to have to go far away with quick turnarounds the next morning. Having had numerous burgers from a plethora of hotels this one has left a mark as one of my top spots I must visit again on a layover as I truly enjoyed this burger. This is the fancier spot to dine and the hotel has a Draft bar location in it as well bud I am glad I came here to eat. The decor and seating are spectacular, the service is top notch. If staying the night at this hotel definitely stop in for a bite.

While being a guest at the Sheraton hotel this restaurant is located in, a friend and I decided to eat here. We waited at the podium for about 5 minutes before walking in where we were told to sit anywhere we like. It took some time before the waiter arrived but the service he provided was good. The service was a bit slow, understandable given the times. My friend got the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and I got the double cheeseburger. The food came out fast and was of good quality, it wasnt the best burger Ive ever had, but certainly not the worst either, For a hotel restaurant it got the job done though. As for the breakfast, while the buffet is a little pricy at $24, drinks are included and they have a good variety of foods to choose from, and like any buffet it is all you can eat. If youre a guest on the property this is a pretty good place to eat for a good price for a hotel restaurant. If you are in downtown looking for a lunch or dinner place though, this is probably not it.

I m always wary of hotel restaurants. Honestly I never expect much. But on a 2 night business trip to Dallas, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. A group of us shared appetizers, from the roasted cauliflower, meatballs and fried green beans, and loved the entrees as well. The short ribs melted in my mouth, the pasta of the day was outstanding and an associate really loved his burger. It was definitely a gourmet burger. Yesterday for lunch I ordered the fish and chips and it was outstanding. The service was a little slow, but wasn t an issue, but honestly if it weren t for a gentleman named Nery Perez, who supports the servers, service would have been much slower. He never took his eye off any of the tables, made certain our drinks made it to our table from the bar in a timely manner and was a huge help to the servers. Little things mean so much. This gentleman understands that well. I can definitely recommend this restaurant. Gracias Nery Perez!
