I am thankful I found out about Button Law and the resources they had free online educated me on first steps to take with the state, the daycare, and then I reached out to them for legal guidance. If your child isn t near death or has a permanent life altering physical injury, then good luck with getting any help. Months and months of meaningless updates , knowing that there would be no outcome. These daycares have multiple years of multiple incidents and they continue to be in operation. So reporting and trying to get justice does nothing. Congratulations and sorry to the parents who actually got justice due to actual physical harm of their child.

Russell and his entire team have been amazing since day one. In 2019 I had a traumatic experience with a trauma surgeon in which mistakes were made that cost me full use of my wrist. Ive been a personal injury lawyer in Baton Rouge for over 30 years. My first contact with Russell Button was at a webinar on June 26, 2019, when he was an instructor for the Keenan Trial Institute. I dont expect that to mean much to most people, but to a trial lawyer, that, by itself, says that he is one of the best in the country. He not only presented the material in an excellent manner but he also put enough of himself into the material that he enhanced it. Great webinar. Fast forward a few years, I had the privilege to meet him in person at a lawyers conference in Arlington, Virginia. Although that meeting was brief, it was enough to let me know Russell is a consummate gentleman in additional to being an excellent lawyer and instructor. Then about a month ago, I met him again at another lawyers conference in Nashville and had the opportunity to spend some time to get to know him. He exudes excellence, authenticity, and a deep desire for the well being of others. I also got to meet other members of his firm, i.e. - Ashley Washington, Jacqueline Golan and Elizabeth Bauman. Talk about a case of birds of a feather, flock together. If, God forbid, I ever come to need a trial lawyer personally, I would have no hesitation retaining Russell Button.
