If you go with Rad, the attorneys pocket more than the client. They got nearly half my settlement in attorney fees and I got a quarter of that. They are extremely uncommunicative and seem like they do not care about their client s cases. The settlement that I got was very much to their own benefit, and I even made it clear that I felt like I was not being taken seriously and that I felt that they did not care about my case. I wasn t wrong. I requested multiple meetings with Mr. Rad and was always given the runaround. I had to continuously call them for TWO years to hear anything from the attorneys, which by the way, were always switching on my case. From the beginning of my suit I ve had maybe 4-5 different attorneys on my case because they all kept quitting the firm. I had an appointment for a RESCHEDULED deposition 10/2 and got a call on Monday 9/30 asking when I could come in to sign some paperwork and informed them that I was going in Wednesday for my deposition. Their response? Oh, that was canceled, did no one inform you about that? . Of course they didn t!! Just like I wasn t informed about the appointment they set up the first time for my deposition until the day of when they were calling asking if I would be there. I m not sure what type of firm they re running here, but I wouldn t recommend them to anyone.

Contacted them for a case, had a court date, court day was rescheduled for whatever reason(i was only notified the court date was rescheduled because i reached out) I was told I would be contacted when there has been another court date. Never heard from them again it s been since may. Also never received anything about them no longer working my case which I am assuming

The case was going well it has now been 13 months and they are still gathering information. witch is making me very nervous I chose not to speak with the original paralegal over my case. he would not give update but when I called and requested an update. it was such a problem he was very rude and would not go into depth I am slowly losing faith in the law farm I chose to handle my case. Very professional team. They took the steps to get my case settled and allow me some closure. The police officer at the car wreck failed to write the policy number of the others insurance so the insurance company just said they didnt know who was being spoken of. Rad law firm took the extra steps and hired a private investigator. It took two and one half years but, the man was found. Long story short, they got the hospital off of my back and delivered a satisfying outcome. I am very pleased and yes, I do recommend using Rad law firm. Luther Kilmer

So far its been over a year and a half and Im still waiting on my case to settle. I expected the women that was working on my case under my lawyer to be more professional, they say one thing then they never call back, and its always a different story and when you bring up what they said previously they act like it was never mentioned. My case isnt looking good from what theyre saying and Im in debt. I stopped seeking treatment a long time ago. And its been difficult. I feel like their not taking my case serious at all. Gabby needs to work on people skills big time as well. Shes very short with her words. And Is very unprofessional. I wish I would of took more time looking to find a lawyer for my case. I understand these things take time.but this has been absolutley ridiculous all around.

I used Rad Law Firm, and I referred my husband, my daughter and my parents as well as my aunt - always had a great experience EXCEPT this last time My husband had an accident on 2/9/2020 and here we are 4 years later and still NOTHING - just drama from one of the attorneys assistant who was very unprofessional and unethical - like who tries to create problems between a married couple by lying to their spouses (Sydney Cazares) WE as in my husband (the client) and me emailed the main attorney Alonzo Herrera on 12/12/2023 and asked that she be removed from my husbands case and then I was working with Leslie Munoz - it was great until I never received an email from 1/4/24 so I called to check the latest status and I was told Leslie no longer worked there and that Syndey was back on the case - I said nope and I left a message for the attorney Herrera to contact me - and well he called my husband and told my husband he wasnt going to contact me because my husband is the client and not me - well if my husband told him to deal with me then why wouldnt you? My husband had signed a closing statement on 12/11/2023 and he was supposed to receive his check shortly after and now we are 2/6/24 and now they are saying the hospital put a lien and that they werent included in the original closing statement when in FACT they were and I sent the proof because I have a copy of it so now they are re-doing the closing statement and having him sign another one and then wait again on his check again This place is so unprofessional and they have a high turnover rate and I am starting to understand why (because in the 4 years I have dealt with multiple people on his case) Do yourself a favor and find another attorney - I know if we are ever in another accident - we will not be using Rad Law Firm This is just a short scenerio of the drama of this case

I was in a bad car accident about two and a half years ago during the coronavirus outbreak. So, if you can say awful, this was beyond awful! I shattered my left knee, broke my left femur, broke my right ankle, shattered my right calcaneus, and broke three ribs. I was in pretty bad shape. My wife was in two accidents within a period of a month. One of which, the person that rear ended my wife declined to take fault for the accident. Alfonso Herrera was committed to making sure both parties from both accidents accepted 100% for the accidents and we were more than sufficiently paid out for both wrecks. I couldn t recommend Alfonso or Rad Law Firm enough. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Rad law is terrible, kept me going to doctors and thyrapy for a year and a half, and I received and call from a bill collector saying that I owe money because rad law wasn t representing me anymore, they didn t have the decency to call and tell that my case had been declined, I believe it s shady.

This is my 2nd injury case but 1st time with Rad Law Firm. The 1st firm I had was Amy Witherite and my settlement check with them was larger but after expenses was $1000 lower than with Rad Law. I received a larger check with Rad after all expenses than Witherite thanks to Elvira. Great communication & fast settlement. If Im ever in need of injury assistance, I will go back to Rad.

This was such a wonderful experience compared all the other attorney experiences I ve had I felt it was a very professional firm from the beginning to the end. When I spoke to Stephanie , she was on the ball with information I needed update on review. Insurance company was completely uncooperative and were not taking responsibility. My attorney Sabita Maharaj made sure I was taken care of completely by pushing for the best compensation for my troubles. She was a master negotiator in this process. Overall I don t think I would have had better representation in the DFW area.
