This place is terrible, if the store doesnt close down until 6pm why is the man at the printer station closing it an hour early to clean up his area. He has a job to do and I definitely dont appreciate driving 30 mins to be told he shuts down an hour early to clean his area because he wants to be off at 6pm. That is very unprofessional, as if it isnt bad enough yall charge us $2.50 to print something off for us if we need to use cash. This is unacceptable and I will be reporting to corporate as well. They do not protect private information anything printed is put out on display for anyone to take even if you specifically request protection. Whoever is running this store needs to be fired asap along with the neglectful workers. It s obvious how much they hate their jobs. Staples is better at doing such simple tasks.

Today, I received customer service that was not fit for a rat!! Ive been a paying customer, since March of 2005, spending thousands upon thousands of dollars with this rat hole establishment. I will encourage each and every colleague that I have, both personal and professional, to NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DAMN PENNY AT OFFICE DEPOT!!

i went in to pick up and uber order, i went up to the counter on the right side when you walk in (not the checkout counter) because i was unsure of where to go so i saw a lady making copies / printing something and i said excuse me , she didn t respond so i waited about a minute then said it louder because i wasn t sure if she heard me and she turns and goes shhh while holding her finger up at me??? she was clearly talking on the phone to someone as she had an airpod in. someone else ended up helping me who was way nicer. not sure of the rude lady s name but she was wearing a big white bow in her hair and had black glasses.

Service is beyond horrible! Management is no better. A customer rep by the name of Stuart was very rude and the manager allowed him to continuously speak to me in such an unprofessional manner. Stewart helped customers of same race with superb service but others were treated very differently. My work was not completed as previous stated and it was needed for an event. The manager was of no help. As I was speaking with the managers, Stewart still insisted to have a conversation with me, and she did not correct him at all. He also stated the numbers on the paperwork was incorrect and The number belong to a Mexican. Also, he stated the alternative number was disconnected which is not correct because it s a business line. She continue to agree with what Stewart was saying that the numbers were not good numbers . Why would you identify someone by race, but you re telling me that I can t use the word racist in your store, and that you will put me out of your store. Are you serious? That information was not accurate because that is my current telephone number. Very sad your company is represented by individuals of such unprofessionalism. I do not want a generic email response I want to hear from the district manager of the store. This would not go away because this is very unacceptable and no Customer should have to ever experience anything like this, regardless of race, creed or religion. This store have had many complaints and customers walked out during this incident because it was unbelievable. I don t trust anyone having confidential information of customers with that type of attitude and behavior. Both workers should be reprimanded immediately and including terminated. How many other customers have been treated which such disrespect? I will let my attorney look into this matter.

First of all I selected to curbside pickup for my printer. Walked over to the mail and ship counter. My husband talked to Marcella and she rudely pointed and said it would be at some counter. Well we checked that counter and it was not there. She seen us continually looking for the printer and did not one time ask us if we needed additional help. So we went to the register and the young lady that was at the register was very helpful and told us that she would help. Well once again we gotta deal with Marcella the rude manager. She proceeded to tell me that I had to cancel my order and rebuy it again yes I know it s only 216.00 but I don t want that tide up on my credit card. She offered no other resolution or problem solving skills. Needless to say the days of customer service are over and Marcella does not need to be a manager. I will never go to this location again.

Horrible experience, rude staff. No one to help you, even though you are standing at the counter. Two ladies continued working, and talking to each other, as though I was completely invisible, and not standing there with a terrible feeling to give my money to a company who makes me feel like I am invisible. I will tell every colleague, I know not to visit this particular location. Horrible experience. I m not even sure if my fax was sent properly. The store is disgustingly dirty and should be closed down. I m going to leave a Google review. Every worker in the store had an attitude and unwillingness to help it was a horrible experience. Unfortunately the customer service here is terrible. I had to come in store to get help with printing services and was told to go online and do it. They didn t offer that service in store. Then when I did my order online it stated it would be done in 3 days. And as I m checking out it changed to 4 days. I get an email the next day that my order is ready and when I came in to pick up, the order is not in the bins for pickup. I was waiting for 10 mins in the printing area to ask the only person working and she didn t even acknowledge my presence. I went to ask the cashier for help and she told me to go ask the lady at the printing desk. Very frustrating to say the least.

Dont come here to print out any PDF format documents they have no knowledge on how to print them out. I was here a whole hour and Nicole the manager was very bothered to come down to help me. Which she didnt help at all just told me why it wasnt working. They obviously dont have enough money to pay for employees so dont expect any knowledge or help from this location.

The manager helped me at the copy machine three times in an extremely friendly manner before leaving that area. He even joked with me making me laugh. I made an easy mistake at the copy machine. I kept pushing the copy button when; in fact, my response should have been pushing the print button. I am an educator so it made me realize how frustrated all my students in the classroom get upset and frustrated with word problems because I see my problem at the copy machine as a word problem. Thank you Mr. Manager for making my day when I got home and started to think about it on spring break. We need more black male role models like yourself. I have been coming into this location for over 4 years. Today was horrible, I came, check in and email my print. Sit there for 45 minutes I go to ask her about my prints. She never asked me what size nothing. Her response was we cant get it open to print. I asked why would you allow me to sit here knowing you couldnt open it or can you resend for you. Her response Im having a bad day. Wow horrible. I went to another office Depot and what do you know they printed it in 10 minutes if not less. I had to drive 20 minutes out my way to get done. Horrible never again

I had a really great experience this evening at this Office Depot. I frequent this location after the Cedar Hill location was closed down. Questions were answered by a very nice guy, and the checkout guy patiently waited for me to find my wallet. The guy who helped me ran out to catch me because I left my receipt. That kind of service/effort doesnt happen too often anymore. Basically, the two people I encountered were more than kind, and I more than appreciate that.

Don t bring your printing or shredding jobs here, they make you wait in line for 30 or 40 minutes and then don t even have the advertised services available most of the time. Repeat visits to only be advised an item listed on website isnt actually available. This location seems to always be short staffed. In addition on my visit today the customer service was subpar. Ask an associate for assistance. He pointed toward the general area and said thats the only one we have. I placed an order online. My order was not ready by the time I got here which was 30 or more mins after. I ve been waiting for 15 mins and my order is still not even located at this point. The manager David told the lady coworker who was assisting me to come back in the morning. What the hell! I asked if they even had in stock at this point. Since it s not ready I can just take it. Currently waiting now while the manger David is assisting a customer because he messed up her check out. I m sure they was here hrs before I even got here. This is ridiculous! The nice young lady was searching for a long time because the manger told her where it might be when the whole time it wasn t available! I am leaving and the customer is still there waiting for her check out to be correct. Also I am witnessing several people waiting for their documents. Basically I waisted time! Very poor customer service; stood at the counter 15 minutes without being recognized; asked central checkout to call for assistance; no one came; saw what looked like a manager! David. Customer service does not exist here and all she could repeat saying is we re not professionals here She clearly does not enjoy her job here as she likes to give people attitude instead of finding a solution for a customers concerns. Package didnt even get picked up til Friday the next day and wont arrive until Monday. Because they didnt put it with the priority shipment. Long story short Im getting back and forth with them and FedEx. Never again for neither company

The wait was awful! They should have closed this location down! I normally go to the one in Grand Prairie, but the traffic was pretty bad. The wait time is not as bad and they normally have more than six people waiting and they can get you in and out.

I like the quality of the print products, which is what I primarily use OD for. HOWEVER, the team at this location is slow, there seems to be a need for training in areas of customer service and customer experience. Several times in the past two weeks, the print team has printed old orders and brought them out to me curbside after sending an email/text stating my order is ready for pickup- even though its attached to the correct order. The old orders had already been picked up. My 3rd to last order was printed incorrectly twice, after I had specifically chose for my print to remain the actual size. I had to park, go inside and ask the man (with dreads) to reprint it. He stated initially that I had to do it online until I had to make him understand that it did not make sense for me to resubmit my print order, pay again, and then wait for him to print it. He then asked me to email my order, which I could not because I did not process my order on my phone. It was a complete disappointment. My 2nd to last order, I was brought out an order from 5/5 and had to wait for my order to be printed correctly- I did not do the QC code survey attached because I had already thrown away my receipt. My last order, I waited 10 minutes after responding that I was curbside, less than 5 minutes after my order was ready. I had to park and go inside, wait in line, then decided to look through the packets on the print counter, while hearing two young ladies asking if someone had already gotten the curbside order. I had to advise her it was myself and she could cancel. It was disappointing, but I continue to use OD for the convenience and quality. So if those housekeeping issues can be cleaned up, I would rate a 10+. So you can use this as a training and development opportunity, and if you are looking for a great Customer Experience Manager, let me know-I would consider a career move to clean up these nuisances.
