Admirals Club and Lounges are a wonderful place to go for a quiet and relaxed atmosphere before flights and during layovers. Even the older clubs, like at DFW airport, are nice, clean, quiet and ideal for the business traveller or people who do not do well in loud and more overwhelming spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: Every Admirals Club Ive been to has accessibility.

This was my worst experience with disabled assistance. He was so aggressive and r hubude. His customer service was very unprofessional. Im sure management is expecting better from their employees. He became angry with another co-worker and a passenger. Wheelchair accessibility: Very bad service.

The Admirals Club in St Louis was fantastic! It wasnt too big for the staff not make each person feel welcomed. I felt very comfortable from the moment I stepped into the Club to the time I left. I will be back if possible!

There was no internet access, and the food options were meager. I was forced to use my phone as a hot spot as the wifi was unavailable. I had a long layover in DFW and wanted to attend some Zoom meetings and work. This lounge only provided a place to sit and work. The AMEX lounges have far better options. Ill stick with AMEX in the future. American Airlines level of service has morphed into uncaring and miserly. Cmon their service is dog doody. Just sayin. Despite having hundreds of thousands AA miles and their Citi credit card, Im extremely dismayed by AA and its lack of customer service. I am presently exploring using a different carrier and abandoning AA completely. So, it gets worse. I lost tens of thousands of miles of loyalty from their incompetence. American Airlines without question has the worst security, the worst customer service, the worst airline...which pretty much puts them as the leaders of the worst airline ever. Im done. ZERO STARS!!! The folks who work for AA in Reno are pleasantly great.

A great place to wait out a layover or delay! Very friendly staff and a decent array of things to eat and drink free, and extra-cost drinks if you so desire. Lots of different seats in various configurations. If you are a frequent traveler its a worthy investment to get a card that gets you membership here. They can also perform occasional booking miracles for you if you need it!

I tried out the day pass which was only available for trip home. Better experience than first flight by all means... no smelly feet sliding between my seat and window to pop me in the cheek! Or knees or foot kicking into lower back the whole flight! That alone made the payment for upgrade worth it!!! Be aware if you are on exit lane seats or front rows with no seats directly in front of you, you are not allowed to place small bags or purses under those seats. They have to go into upper storage compartment... grab your phone, book, or handheld item that you can hold on your lap. Menu choices are fancy... too fancy for this Texan. Some of it was good... some I dont know what it was but a small sample said nope, not for me. But it was better than just a cookie for the trip out. Seating is a lot better than Economy for leg room. I didnt try the reclining seat, I was worried I might bump someone behind me if they had laptop on the table (probably not, but I was comfortable without the recline). If you travel a lot, definitely worth the fees!!!

Great place to grab a free drink or snack, get some work done or close your eyes for a few minutes between flights! A nice break from any busy terminal with flight assistance available too! I actually enjoy a lengthy layover if it means I can relax and refresh in an American Airlines Admirals Club. Although our layover in Dallas was not long enough to fully experience the lounge, we did have enough time to quickly use the restroom and grab a breakfast snack. The food was good but not particularly memorable. But the disappointing features of this particular lounge were its lack of finish and service. I noticed worn carpets in the public areas and toilet paper dispensers hanging loose from the wall. Also, the bathroom needed servicing. It wasnt filthy, but it was messy and not up to the standard that I have experienced at other Admirals Clubs. All in all, this location is worth using and does offer a space of solace in the busy airport terminal. However, it does need a bit of sprucing up.

My initial flight was cancelled a month after I booked it! To get a change of flight other than what they picked for me wouldve of cost me hundreds of dollars more...??? Every flight was delayed, so delayed I had to be put in a motel overnight with a $12 food voucher, which at the airport we all know is a soda pop!?!?!? The lines were awful! Staff was very polite & patient but I will not fly with them again. They changed my flight after, of course, my 24 hour deadline to refund!!! They expect Us at the airport 2 hours early but could delay every flight I was on within an hour before take off & I my couldnt do a thing about it..??? Just incredibly disappointing! Especially when youre paying hundreds of dollars to be disrespected by their failure to maintain schedules. Inconveniencing my life & the life of my elderly relatives who ended up having to drive 2 hours 1 way, late night because of cancellations & delays... Just no respect for passengers timelines. This was an experience Ill avoid in the future!!! Driving wouldve got me there at the same time frame with honestly less stress!

To me, because I travel a ton the admirals club is worth it to me. Only complaint is I always forget to get the WiFi password and its changed between other airports. Not on them. I always enjoy the business center and the food is decent. Sometimes its really good and sometimes its just meh. But its worth the membership to me.

We were separated on our anniversary holiday to hawaii and the staff did not want to know . Told us to pay extra to be together . Then again from dallas to Washington seperated agai . Wanted 89 dollars each for us to sit together. On 7 hour flight to hawaii had a packet of pretzels thrown at me and 1 drink . Absolutely disgusting treatment for how much we paid . The experience was meh. The sesame bagel had very few seeds on it. It was unclear how much the bankers cost on the menu. The sesame one was more expensive than the 6 seed one and the usually how much do you tip when waiting in line and they didnt even say good day. It was warm and filling food.

Update is that this one needs a bit of attention.. Average for an Admiral s Club. Would be a -1 star compared to the typical international club . But then that extends to the entire domestic airline experience so what can you do? Update: not sure when I wrote last review, but stopped by the club today and they were substandard to say the least. Most clubs have moved to the hot food selection. This one had cold boiled eggs or fruit. That s it. Cereal selection was just two kinds and no yogurt toppings (like granola). And drink machine was the typical half dozen (so limited selection) fountain machine instead of the modern push button (multi-selection) machine.
