Martin RUEDA was a great help after all. I had two class A misdemeanors and he got them dismissed. We started off shaky, but ultimately he did exactly what I needed him to do. Hopefully I won t need him again, but if I do I would definitely use him again.

The absolute worst traffic attorneys I ve ever hired and I ve had my fair share of speeding tickets The reason to hire an attorney wa so was so busy that I couldn t deal with the court I needed help and these absolute fools took my money and that was the end of it I ve had to deal with everything myself and it was worse because I thought the matters was handled I basically paid them to tell me what I know and there is no refunds only bad attitudes I did my differed disposition after they accepted the first deal that came through even though I wanted to fight it After completing it my attorneys I ve used in the past normally send it it to the court and handle everything from there but when I told the attorney I finished my defensive driving all they said was cool good luck and I had to figure out the rest on my own

Absolutely pathetic traffic ticket scammers. Dont hire them to help you with anything like this. They will accept the same exact offer the court will offer you directly (without representation), even when you advise them not to. Thats exactly what happened to me. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.

Very helpful and profesional. Handled a speeding ticket in Dallas County area all thru phone and e-mail. Which was very convenient. Didn t have to step foot in court until it was time to pay for the ticket.

This is the worst attorney i saw in my life, he is taking decisions without coming back to his client. He put me in guilty position where I told him that i am not guilty. When i asked him to review the case in the court since i am not guilty ,he asked for 1500 $ you know why ? Because he do not know whom I and what is my case ! Those attorneys are looking for money only , first request is debt card need to pull the money, . After he took the money he do not care you are guilty not guilty, dismiss or pay or keep it in the records.. the important thing is they want to steel money .. bad attorney at all i strongly do not recommend and zero stars is fair with him

Mike Stephens & Rueda law is great! Extremely fast at resolving the issue that I had. Im happy with the results, didnt have to do a thing. They took care of everything in a few days, less money and the ticket will not go on my record if I dont do anything stupid for the next 90 days. Thank you Mike you are the best. I am going to be brutally honest here This is a great service for people who don t have time or genuinely need the help of attorneys to handle minor infractions. But you ll see why I m giving 3 stars towards the end. These attorneys are good respectful guys and they will keep the ticket off your record But just like 99% of defense attorneys these days, they talk a good game but they won t actually put up a fight for you. Guilty or innocent. They won t file a basic discovery motion or motion to dismiss or argue your case at all. What they ll do for you is charge you $75-$100 and get you a 90 day probation (deferred disposition) and a 6 hour defensive driving class.(just like every other attorney) If you want a jury trial, they will charge you way more than what the actual citation costs. (Just like every other attorney these days) Honestly, if I could go back in time, I would ve kept my $100. Went to the prosecutor and just requested a plea bargain myself. It doesn t take a law degree or law expertise to go to pre trial and ask a prosecutor for probation and defensive driving so there s really no point in getting attorneys for this unless if you re extremely busy person during the day. If you simply don t have the time, or you re afraid of the court system and don t wanna get railroaded in a biased court system due to ignorance, then Yes I recommend paying these guys to go talk to the prosecutor on your behalf so that you don t have to take off work. But if you are well-versed or even have a VERY basic understanding of law and the justice system simply go talk to the prosecutor yourself (if you have a pretty clean driving record.) SAVE YOUR MONEY. It s honestly a bit disappointing that defense attorneys do around 8 years of schooling, pass the Bar exam, Lsat just to request plea deals all day. (No offense) but like I always say, It s just business One last thing, I find it a bit shady that they made me PAY FIRST a non-refundable fee, THEN made me sign a contract after they had gotten my money Honest fair people would first let you review the contract before taking your money.

I had found out that my dad had gotten a letter back from this law firm. I tried calling but no one answered. They re supposed to be a five star rating. But if I could give them no stars I would. My brother got them to represent my dad but failed to win the case. I m disappointed. So now he has to pay the court and had to pay this law firm.
