The worst experience I have ever had, I have been trying to request an appointment since November of last year and I have gone repeatedly and the only thing they say is that there are no appointments and I call the number that they never answer or leave a message which they never answer, I dont understand why that waste the time of low-income people who need help.

I went looking for legal advice and they do not have lawyers available, they told me that I could come next month to make an appointment possibly for the next month but they advised me not to wait for them and to look elsewhere.

I cant dry eat this yesterday because I was told by a law enforcement agency to get in contact with them to help someone that was is seeking asylum she was very rude she kept cutting me off she kept telling me that they didnt have an appointment until next year to call back and maybe I would have some luck when I asked her for other information like any other charities because this person has no one in the United States has four children one on the way didnt finish school dont know how to work at anything she told me that she would text me some information and I never got the text Im very disappointed with the person that I spoke with because I know that this is not represent everyone in the company the way I look at it if you dont like what youre doing or youre not in it to help the people with the whole heart then go find another job

I wanted to share my experience with this company from a different perspective- I m not sure how they treat people that need assistance with their legal issues but I was totally disappointed & disgusted at the lack of training of their hiring personnel!! I applied for a job (data entry) I interviewed over the phone w/Bianca Rodriguez from San Antonio- a few months later she calls back & says they wanted me for a different position legal assistant I was excited & told her I was interested. Paper work was started, she needed (references) I got those that started a week passed she said, we needed three references, we ve gotten two try to get the last one .a few days later she calls back and says, well - still try to get the last references but we re going to go ahead & officially offer you the job I was so excited!!! And she said I was going to get a laptop & printer sent out to my home, I was a little confused because she never mentioned this was a work from home job, which I didn t mind at all I was so thankful. Come to find out, the actual day I was supposed to start she said the job had closed & I never heard back from her!!! I was so very disappointed not to mention stressed out by the whole situation- I contacted HR Department and spoke w/Jinteel Crockett (Senior Director) she apologized for the misunderstanding & schooled me on the hiring process (as if I didn t know) but I thought working remotely was a different hiring process and besides it had been months since I had applied & figured they did all they needed to, anyway I felt at first, they were trying to blame me for not knowing any better, that people don t just get hired with an over the phone interview only but things are different now than before! At the moment that I filled out the application Covid was still running ramped & things were changing. They need to do a BETTER job at training these people! I could ve done a better job!

Not sure. I signed up for the news letter and wrote my name on the cause paper, but online, I interpreted that they help immigrants and I stand for equality because the love of my life, my husband is from Honduras.. long story short, theyre lawyers, only. Or at least thats what the lady said when I called

Thier office is in the second floor. If you want to be seen you have to arrive very early like around 5am but they dont open intil 8am. Make sure and take all your important documents.

We have come twice for the consultation with the lawyer, they open at 8:00 but you have to wait in line at least 2 - 3 hours before, because they only serve 4 people. I told them that I was going to pay for the consultation but they told me that it didnt matter because I had to come earlier. Why do they offer their services on television if they do not have the capacity to serve the public. And they refuse to give appointments. We feel disappointed with this institution.
