Scheduled an appointment days ago for a call about my trademark needing to be taken care of. When the time came no one called and when I called them someone told me to call back and the attorney would answer no one answered 20 minutes later still no response for my scheduled meeting with attorney Tyler Berger. Poor service

Tyler Berger has been an amazing source of information for my business since 2013. She is a rare find as she always has comprehensive answers or solutions to my questions in extremely prompt fashion. To top it off, her prices have always been quite reasonable as I have found other attorneys do be double or even triple her rate. Frankly I dont know how she does it all, but Im not complaining.
