I went to the interview at USCIS for adjustment of status due to marriage, I left the interview with the news that I had a deportation order, I left scared, my wife and I went to two law firms where they treated me terribly, as if I were a criminal, they told me that the prosecutors were not signing anything to reopen cases etc etc, I arrived at the Lira firm and from the first day they treated us extremely well, super professional and attentive, I arrived with a deportation order and 47 days later I had my residence approved I think immigration is afraid of these lawyers hahaha everything was super fast, I recommend them with my eyes closed and I congratulate them all, this is the feminism that the world needs.

Id like to begin by stating that this review aims to express my personal experience rather than defame or discredit the organization. Jenna and Mady stood out as particularly helpful during my time with this company. Its important to note that my tenure here was brief, lasting only two weeks. Throughout this period, I worked diligently, often completing tasks ahead of schedule and offering assistance to my peers whenever possible. I maintained regular and effective communication with my direct supervisor, checking in each morning and keeping them updated throughout the day. However, despite my efforts, a minor mistake on my last day became the basis for my termination. Two individuals, one of whom I had minimal interaction with previously, informed me of my termination, citing a need for someone who could communicate effectively. Interestingly, that very morning, I had proactively discussed my performance with the same individual, receiving positive feedback and encouragement for my initiative in team communication, and how other issues were not going to be held against me. This conflicting feedback left me perplexed and feeling targeted from the start of my employment, reinforced by reminders of being under a three-month probation period. An incident where I was questioned about my phone being on my desk (though turned off and out of use) further contributed to this sense of being scrutinized unfairly. The demeanor of the individual handling my termination, marked by a smirk and a taunting goodbye as I left, only reinforced my perception of being targeted throughout my time here.

A few years ago, with the uncertainty of DACA, we reached out to multiple attorneys in attempts to try to renew my wifes DACA ahead of time since it was all over the news that it would be taken away. Sure she would lose time renewing early, but it would possibly grant her the certainty of having an additional 2 years to be in the U.S. and be able to work. Every single attorney that we asked would just shut us down and tell us that we had to wait 60 days to renew. Until one day, we went to speak to Jenna at Lira Bravo. She was well aware of the situation and said my wife could renew sooner than 60 days and she actually recommended it considering everything going on. A few months after that, my wife received her approval notice for her DACA renewal. We continued going to them for the following years for all the renewals until we met with Jenna again and discussed AP and AOS around June 2022. Jenna and Madelein were great to us! They were so attentive with our cases. Any question or concern we had, Madelein was always so responsive and understanding when we reached out to her. It is obvious that they genuinely care. They helped with both AP and AOS. Because of their help, my wife now has her resident card. We are forever thankful for them because they took my wifes case when no one else would. We would recommend this firm to anyone in need of help with their immigration case(s).

I explained my case to three different people and sent my information in a timely manner for scheduling an appointment. They didnt reach out to me; I had to contact them myself. The lawyer I spoke to told me she didnt know about employment-based cases, even though their website indicates that they handle adjustment of status cases based on employment. The communication kept getting interrupted, so, to be honest, I do not recommend them. I had high expectations, but I received a low-quality service. I absolutely do not recommend them.

Everything went smoothly and fast. Overall it was a great experience, and I can t thank her and her team enough for this opportunity. For the first time in a long time I feel like I can be in peace without the fear that everything can be pulled right from under me. This gave me stability and a solid ground to begin building my future. Not only that but now I don t feel as trapped as I used to, I can travel anywhere but most importantly, I can travel to my homeland to see those people I left behind oh so long ago. We all have that childhood best friend, or in my case two. I was lucky enough to have had these last 10 years with my brother but not with my cousin and I m beyond excited to see her and my other relatives again. Maybe now I can feel a more concentrated connection to my roots and my culture. I think the best thing of all is being able to visit my father s grave, a man I never got the opportunity to get to know, or to have enough memories with, but nevertheless my father. I miss him every day and while I know he s with me in some way, I d love to sit in his place of rest and finally be able to tell him all the things I never got to say because I wasn t aware enough. I ve never felt this much hope and for anyone seeing this, I wish you re able to feel this. I recommend Lira Bravo Law, PLLC to anyone seeking an immigration family based firm. They handled my DACA Renewals since 2018 and started my residency process in 2019. I was initially doing Consular Process for my residency but thanks to Madelein, Monica and Jenna for encouraging me to do Advance Parole through DACA in 2021. Thankfully, my Advance Parole was approved in 2022 and once I came back I was able to continue my residency process though Adjustment of Status allowing me to adjust in the U.S. and was also Approved! No legal advice, they just filled out the paperwork but nothing further, it was very disappointing I had very high hopes giving all the positive feed back, before my moms interview they were still missing documents that I had already given them, asking me everything all over again, barely even prepared my mom for the interview, and right before going to juarez told her that its probably unlikely that shed get it. She didnt get it and that was that. Found another lawyer and she pointed out all the wrong things they did and,she is now actually doing something for her and giving advice doing research and trying to fight for her.

I was not very happy with the service at first and I was very disappointed. We thought we would get excellent service based on the google reviews but unfortunately it was the opposite. I would call and never get call backs from the paralegal that was helping us. I had to speak to the manager in order for me to get helped. After a couple of months I started receiving calls from Linda Contreras giving me updates on the case. I didnt realize the person who was helping us before was no longer working with Lira firm until Linda called a month ago giving us updates again. I am extremely happy with Linda s exceptional service as she has been very attentive with our case. We as customers understand that you have other customers you work with but, there is a way to manage all. Best lawyers and paralegals. Helped with my husbands hard case. He got detained by immigration and they were able to close the case by the time he went to Juarez. I worked with Juana Arriaga and anytime I needed to get a hold or her I would have email her and she would get back to me fast. I definitely recomend Lira Bravo Law. Paula and Madelein worked on my case. They were always friendly and always on top of the documentation I needed for my case. For my waiver, Paula gave me a list of documents they required for me to summit. The list was easy to follow and I was able to get them for her. Paula was consistently checking on me while I was on the process of gathering documents. The best way for me to contacted her with a question was through email. She always responded to me on the same day. Madelein helped me to get ready for my interview in Juarez.
