Badmus Associate is the best Immigration law firm in the US in my own opinion. Very professional and run a very simplified process. All my paper works/ submission was done electronically. I didnt have to physically visit their office to engage them. They filled my EB1-A application on the 4th, and I got approval on the 9th. According to Attorney Ann, they will only proceed with filling if they are 99% sure it will be approved. During my first meeting with Attorney Badmus, I immediately had a very positive feeling about her and the whole team. I had the pleasure of filing for my Green Card application with Attorney Badmus and her paralegal Christina Maturino. In every aspect, they exceeded all of my expectation. I had a very bad experience with a different lawyer prior to reaching out to Attorney Badmus. My goal was to submit my application by a certain time, which I was feeling like I would not be able to meet due to the negligence of my previous lawyer. Attorney Badmus took her time to listen to me, assured me that she will try her best to meet my timeline goal and she sure did. My goal was to submit everything by December and even though it was a busy time of the year with the holidays, they did the finest job to meet my desired timeline. They provided me with documents for my review before submission, which had absolutely no mistake. I am someone who asks a lot of questions, and they always had the answer for me. After submission, the wait was long - it took about 13 months to hear back from USCIS with a decision. I am naturally a very worried and nervous person. During those 13 months I called or emailed Christina so many times with so many questions, worrying about why it was taking so long - Christina ALWAYS sounded kind, patient and if needed repeated the same explanation to me to help me feel at ease. I grew up seeing my father deal with US immigration process himself - my father was not able to secure his Green Card in the US and therefore moved to Canada. The whole immigration process was an anxiety provoking process for me and I am glad I chose Atrorney Badmus and her team - they treated me like a whole person and not just another application that they were dealing with.
