We should have known it was not going to go well with Dan Chern when we showed up for our scheduled appointment and he had know idea that he had one. After the initial visit we informed Dan Chern that we would most likely be using his office and the next day we confirmed and sent him the information he required. On the third business day with no response or communication at all from Dan Chern I called him. After a short conversation I ended up hanging up on him, I was pretty upset that I wasted a lot of $$ and have nothing to show for it. I did finally get an Emil from Dan Chern stating that we would not be working together, and I agreed with him. I do not know maybe he had a bad week or something, but at the end of the day, I m still pretty upset that I wasted a lot of $$ and have nothing to show for it.

We re pleased with the outcome and Mr. Chern handling of the case. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. Highly recommended! Mr.Chern provides legal services to the public with his professional knowledge and practical experience. From the first meeting, we knew all the details of the contract and what would happen next. Its much better than other lawyers who are here to collect consulting fees and dont know where to swim after talking for a long time. There are many lawyers who can speak Chinese and English, but not many who can do things. And in the American judiciary, those who know American law have the final say! Highly recommended!

Dan advised me on a wide range of options for setting up my business and drafted an operating agreement once I found an investor. He knew the right questions to ask to get to the heart of what I needed and always looked out for my best interest during negotiations. His fees were very reasonable and within his initial estimate. Dans consul will likely pay for itself many times over in saved legal expenses down the road. If you are looking for legal advice for your business, I recommend you give Dan a call.
