Had the pleasure of working with Mr Tyler Gregston, and he delivered phenomenal work in fighting my case. Very communicative and open in his approach. Set realistic expectations from the beginning on how TWC operates, now after COVID cooperate . Very diligent in fighting my case and warding off the bullying ex company I worked for. Had timely manner on submitting the most important documents to TWC, and was very knowledgeable on the TWC inner process. The unemployment claim we challenged, was being discharged from work due to work related injury or illness. My suggestion on success with Mr Tyler Gregston; 1. Have detailed info written down as well as all documentation before your consultation 2. Be accepting to reality that times are different, and jobs/corporations either lack quality workers to get the correct job done or overworking workers - you have to come in with your A++ game to win 3. Corporate right now is a sh** show you must have documents to show there misbehavior because they will try you in any illegal form they can 4. Be patient, this seriously is a process Thank you Tyler for your time and help!

Stacy Cole is a board certified, highly professional, hardworking and diligent attorney we had the pleasure of using for legal representation for just over two years. His interpretation of workplace law is razor sharp and the level of professionalism and how that information is conveyed to the relevant parties as the case progressed was very organized and easy to understand/follow. When no other firm would listen/take my initial claim; Stacy Cole Law, P.C./Macee were seriously the only legal team out of almost 10 different groups across the metroplex to hear me out, offered to represent me in the same conversation and fought tooth and nail for over two years to rectify and find a favorable outcome for my situation. Although I hope it s not needed in the future, I cannot imagine myself using a different firm or consulting a different group for any workplace related complaint. 5/5, Highly recommended law practice!

I was charged $75.00 to get a call on Monday at 12:00 pm on 3/11/24. After waiting and waiting. I finally called and was on hold for a long time and the so-called attorney I spoke to. The first thing he asked me was how much I make an hour. I asked him why that was so important. He got mad and started arguing with me. He was so unprofessional and rude. After wasting 40 minutes of my time. For him to just tell me Texas is an at-will state. They can fire you if and when they want to with or without a reason. So you can leave if you want to or stay and put up with the hostile environment or whatever it is you are going through. There is nothing we can do for you. WOW. After all that I realized I had been taken advantage of my $75.00. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I gave them one star because if I didnt this would not post.

Buy a UNO reverse card, and hire this guy. I cant tell you guys the BULL I had to go through. The extreme anxiety, all the lies I had deal with. Trustworthy & Competent; which in my opinion are the two most important characteristics to have in an attorney. The process from start to finish was simple & straight forward. Tyler Gregston was easy to work with & explained the Employment Laws to me in a clear concise manner so I understood exactly what my options were & where I stood from a legal standpoint. I was dealing with employment related issues over the period of a year when I first called Mr. Coles office. I was matched with Mr. Tyler Gregston. At that point I called a lot of law firms. So, I was very skeptical at first. During our first conversation on the phone he was very clear, professional and detail oriented. He went above and beyond to collect the right evidences and was able to build a very strong case. He approached my employers lawyers amicably and kept pushing to the right direction. He worked very closely with Mr. Cole when the case became complicated. Having a two great lawyers on my side was definitely important. My experience with this firm has been extremely positive. I worked with Mr Manchester on an unpaid wages claim. He was up front with me from the consultation onward, giving me a concise explanation of the damages owed, vs how much he would see. During the entire process he was quick to communicate with me, and when he asked questions they were relevant and to the point. From my laypersons perspective, he was an expert at the relevant points of law, and an excellent negotiator. He was willing to work with me after normal office hours and conducted himself with an extremely affable, friendly, and professional manner. I LOVE YOU, TYLER GREGSTON! Ok, maybe to say that would be going a bit overboard. But seriously: I could not be happier with the legal representation I received from this firm. Im guessing you may find yourself in a situation like I was in: you may have an employment law matter pending; maybe you dont know a lot about the law, but you understand the seriousness of the situation, and you know you need help. Youre pretty sure it would be a good idea for you to lawyer up. But time is of the essence, you dont have a lot of money to be spending, and you know you need to choose wisely. Take it from me: Trust Stacy Cole Law. I would rate this firm TEN STARS if I could. Ive never written a Google review, and I probably never will for anything else again. But if this review might help steer a person like me, into making the decision to call Stacy Cole Law, thats why I took the time to write it all down. Ok, granted: everyones situation is different. Nobody can win your case for you if it cant stand on its own merits. I came to Stacy Cole Law when I was fighting to correct a perceived injustice that had been done to me in the workplace, and there were possible employment law issues in play. Understandably, it was a time in my life when I really needed prudent legal advice, as well as a strong and steady advocate on my side. At my consultation, I met with Mr. Tyler Gregston, one of the firms attorneys, and I agreed to retain his counsel in my legal matter. Throughout our correspondence and throughout the case, I found Mr. Gregston to be an intelligent, reliable, and capable legal advisor. Additionally, I found him to be possesssed of sufficient humanity and interpersonal skills to fill my needs at the time, which included not only capable legal representation in this official matter, but also competent legal advice, as well as a clear-eyed assessment of the merits of my case, and my chances for success in the proceeding. Mr. Gregston did everything and more which was necessary to prepare me for the official matter. My case had a lot of different compents and Mr. Cole addressed each and every situation that came up. He either kept me informed via phone or a quick email. A lot of the lag time was not from his office, but rather the employer being extremely difficult. My professional opinion of Mr. Cole is with utmost respect having to had to work with lawyers over many years in my previous profession. Along with my personal opinion you will find that his office works hard for their clients.
