I recommended this law firm to a close friend because they were recommend to me by a really good friend. I have never hired them as my lawyer. I only had a consultation over the phone with Rocio and everything she explained sounded good. Unfortunately my friend hired this law firm to help her with her legal matter. Honestly they didnt perform as well as people say it in some reviews. My friend is still battling with her legal matter . She paid a lot of money and still getting charged for stuff she wasnt even aware. Yes this family firm will charge even if you breathe in front of them. They advertise as spanish speaking, yes they do but when is time to go to court a non Spanish speaker represents you and you have to pay for a translator appointed by the court. These what happened to my friend. I am writing this review on behalf of one of your clients. I been following her case along this whole time and honestly really dissatisfied and I feel bad for recommending this law firm to her.

I dont know if she studies to help or to steal... a very close to me, I requested her services for a divorce, she was paid what she charged and she wanted more money and since she did not want to give her more, she canceled the court dates without notifying her... she has no professionalism, she is not interested in helping, she just wants money I recommend that you look for a real lawyer who is professional and likes to do his job, not only wants to take money from people and continue taking advantage. The lawyer Rocio she didnt support me in my case. She didnt care about I was a victim of domestic violence, they were worried about the payments only. Rocio did not support me even though I was a victim of domestic violence, even though I brought her all the documents. She wanted me to sign a document where I would accept that I had not suffered domestic violence at the end of the process and of course I did not agree to sign it. Sometimes I had to talk and talk to get information about my case because they didnt call me. I was very frustrated with their service.

If your case is uncontested you may find this firm useful. If your case is contested i do not recommend this firm. Between filing, discoveries, communication, etc they ll run through your entire initial retainer and continue billing without your case being resolved/over. They requested to withdraw as counsel due to communication, which I respect and totally agreed to the withdrawal.
