Had a terrible experience trying to get wills prepared. The initial meeting went great with Paula. But we never received the draft despite reaching out countless times over a period of months. Complete waste of time and left our kids unprotected for months on end. I don t know why they kept dragging us on rather than just owning up to it that they weren t going to prepare the documents.

MESSAGE....to whom ever reads this, especially if you are a male fighting for your NATURAL God given EQUAL RIGHT to be a father to your children! Paula Lock Smyth is THE REAL DEAL and WILL SUCCEED as your attorney! I am a Haitian American male who hired Paula Lock Smyth to represent me in my divorce and child custody case. Upon my search I found her site which stated she is very successful representing men in divorce/custody cases. Obviously I found that comforting, understanding that family law tends overly favor mothers. Although my divorce and custody battle was finalized relatively quickly, the circumstances and potential negative outcome that loomed over this case though out the duration of the year and a half process, was a constant daily dark reminder. Im a very positive and optimistic person but you gain true comprehension and insight of what frustration, and mental exhaustion means when you are the unfortunate people that have to experience divorce and or custody issues. I had been wanting to get my final affairs in order for a long time. After my father passed away about a year ago, I saw 1st hand how having your Will and a few other important documents makes the business of a death in the family easier for the family to handle in that time of grief! I have known Paula for about 6 years now. I hired her as my lawyer for my divorce in 2011. Very pationate, prepared, professional. Cares and is not scared to stand up for her clients. Very personable. Here recently I needed her professional help again. My ex was looking to modify decree and keep my younger daughter from me. Paula stepped in there and did not let that happen. Visitation is back to normal!
