Tim Clancy is, hands down, the best lawyer! I was charged with a DWI and was referred to Tim. I was scared, nervous, and so clueless as to how my life was going to be and how the court process worked. After having my consultation, I immediately felt better and had hope that things would be ok. Tim explained the process and advised me to get started on some of the things the court requires. The outcome of my case was better than I could have ever expected! He is knowledgeable, kind, patient, reponds in a timely manner, and wants the best outcome for any client. Mr. Clancy and his entire firm were extremely professional, educational, helpful and very compassionate throughout the entire process. He helped from day one which lead to a 2 year long process due to the way the Dallas court system operates. He did everything in his power to help me and my situation and at the end of the day found the best outcome with all things considered. Tim Clancy is a wonderful person and attorney. He was referred to be my a very good friend in Texas to help with a sticky situation my son got into. From the very beginning I felt comfortable working with him. I felt like I was talking to a family member. His communication and reachability is top notch. I cannot say enough good things about Tim. He works hard to get what is fair for you. He doesn t use manipulation tactics or find loopholes around the law. He is honest and straightforward. He communicated very well and is very effective in everything he says and does. He always keeps you in the loop! I truly feel I can trust Tim with anything. I hired Tim for someone very close to me (Ill refer them as an L). The charge was a criminal offense and L had to spend overnight in the jail. Tim suggested a great team of bonds people and L was out of jail the next day. L had a pending greencard application with USCIS and it was a must to have the case dismissed. Tim worked for this case Dec 2018 to Oct 2019. That 11 months were the worst time of our lives, but Tim got the case dismissed and when the court documents, along with the dismissal paper, were sent to USCIS, they approved Ls I-130 right away and L is waiting for their greencard to be mailed home today. If youre looking for lawyer that is knowledgeable, diligent, etc., Tim is the one.

i had one felony charge when I was on a hunt for a lawyer. Finding a good lawyer who is going to represent you is not the easiest. I met with three other lawyers before I met with Tim Clancy and the moment I sat down with him I knew he was the one who was going to represent me for a charge I didnt commit. Tim Clancy is smart, dedicated, honest and very influential in the court system. He was always there for me when I had questions 24/7. After a few months of us getting together all of the paperwork together I was hit with a second felony charge. Now he really had his hands full. Fast forward months later I got my court date set and we got the grand jury packet ready to go, it was basically do or die for me. I got a phone call from Tim after him being in court and I couldnt have asked for better news. Both cases were dismissed and now Im in the process of getting an expunction. I am beyond grateful for Tims expertise in law and finding all the facts. He is truly a wonderful lawyer and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
