Lived across the street for 2 years. Used to be a nice part of the community but lately the noise level and traffic has gotten out of hand. Music and activities are very loud as early as 6 am and as late as 9 pm. Kids constantly screaming. People speeding out of the parking lot. Not to mention the 4 am trash pickup.

I never got to share my experience with the kaycee club. So here it is, David is an absolute professional, we had no issues planning our wedding and he was on board with all of our ideas. Our reception was perfect, the food was great, and the bar was well ran. We couldnt have asked for a more professional team, Thank you!

David and his team went above and beyond for our wedding reception at the KayCee Club s Upper Hall. We met with David several times to talk about our vision, and he was very responsive to texts and emails before and after these meetings. He and his team transformed the venue into a beautiful reception space and were accommodating to our unique menu and signature drinks . The staff was great during the event as well, being responsive to our guests needs and keeping up with food and drink needs. Overall, we were so happy with everything!

They dont let you bring in your own water any longer to the pool. I dont get it. Very high priced membership. Can I at least bring my own water? Maybe people were sneaking in vodka and the cabana was losing business. Who knows? But... They have booze and food! For that its awesome. They improve the place each year it seems.

WEDDING VENUE AND CATERING If I got married a hundred times, I d always have my reception at the KayCee Club. For starters, the price was truly unbeatable and they had no sneaky hidden fees. Despite being so affordable, they also make it easy on you. It s venue, tables, linens, draping, catering, and alcohol all in one vendor, but not marked up like crazy. The alcohol is way cheaper than anywhere else (except places where you bring it yourself). Working with David was great. You need honest vendors to preserve your sanity and your budget, and David is 100% honest. The KayCee is a popular venue, so he often wasn t quick to respond. They aren t primarily a wedding venue, so some things (like making a floorplan) aren t as easy as you d expect. And I definitely recommend the draping package to make the hall look wedding-worthy. But overall, I d do it again and again. The day of, they were perfect.

A members only club with Great life guards. A delightful snack bar. The bathrooms are clean and spacious. Lots of shade and the kids have a great time. Very easy for parents, guardians, caregivers to feel comfortable with kids in the water. Swim break every hour. The Kaycee Club pool gets my highest recommendation!

Staff was rude. Yelled about people brings in a drink from outside when setting up 2 hours before the reception started, offered nothing to drink ahead of of dinner. Dinner servings were extremely small, one slice of beef, 3 pieces of roasted potatoes, and a spoonful of rice. Was told no when we asked for additional plates for the cake.

Great service, the staff here are very friendly. The place is clean and in great condition. Big event space, we just finished decorating the place for a wedding. Lots of space, great flooring too. It looks like they have outdoor events as well, theres a pool. But we are only using the event center. They cater as well.

I have been calling and emailing everyday about my status on the wait list. Recorder says that will get back to me but no one ever does. Website doesnt post office hours and the pool staff doesnt know. How do I get to talk to a person? I finally gave up and it had been several weeks and I am still waiting on a return call or email.
