Not appetizing. Im not sure what those are supposed to be because our order was incorrect. We would have told our waitrsss but she never came back. We had to hunt for our own silverware. We sat at a bar table because the material is peeling off the booth seats in the restaurant area. The host was nice and told the bartender that we needed water. We could see her speak to our waitress but then neither of them brought us water. We got their new burger which was covered in grease & the fries were cold & greasy. We went there to watch the Longhorns game that required a special ESPN account. The positive is that it was such a poor experience that my husband has agreed to gwt that ESPN package so we dont have to do that again.

My wife and I sat at the bar. The bartender did not write down our order (which was not simple) and we knew immediately itd come out wrong. Sure enough it did. Were so tired of this in the restaurant business. Write down peoples orders and make sure it comes out correctly. Its not hard.

Came in on Sunday football day, I get things are busy but, our server didnt come and check on us at all after we got an appetizer, water and an alcoholic beverage. Just kept passing our table. Seemed like she didnt want to he here. We sat at table 82 a booth, but whoever the server is doesnt need to be a waitress, seems like she needs to be washing dishes or something else. We wont be back here....

I placed a lunch order for my team a day in advance, only for it to be cancelled 30 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. When I called the store to find out what happened, I was told that orders get lost and that this issue occurs often. There was little help provided during the call, and I waited on hold for 15 minutes before the manager finally picked up. They acknowledged that the order had been placed in advance but admitted no one checked the date or time, nor did anyone attempt to correct the mistake. I was simply told to reorder, and the food would arrive later. This entire process was frustrating and unprofessional, especially when I was trying to motivate my team with a timely lunch. To make matters worse, when I reordered the exact same items, there was a $30 difference between the two receipts. Somehow, the first receipt was incorrect, though the second one reflected the proper charges. Overall, this experience has left a bad impression, and I will not be ordering from this establishment again. A positive team lunch turned into a nightmare.

Read some mixed reviews so was hesitant to come but i sure am glad I did! My waitress was Shelby and as soon as I sat down I had a menu and a drink order taken. I had the chille burger and it was Fantastic! Food came out about 10 min. after I ordered. Fries were hot and Shelby had a refill ready to go. Nothing but a great experience all around. This place is made to starve and dehydrate people. I showed up at 11:05. And scanned for food at 11:10. I was excited to go to this place, but i was wrong, me and 4 of my friends were not given a waiter till 12:00 after we ordered food and drinks online, we had to ask the waiter 3 times for drinks. Until she brought me a lemonade. People that got there after got there food before my group. Little was i expecting that this place didnt bring me my tray of food until 1:00 PM. The waiter never saw that I didnt have my food until 12:50 pm because she had just ignored our table the entire time. Then I had to tell her my order and it got brought out at 1. I paid 26$ for 15 mix and match combo traditional and boneless, original and garlic parmesan. I got 10 wings in total. And the worst part of all was these wings were the worst wings ive ever had. They were barely cooked. And the garlic parmesan didnt have any parmesan on it. And I never once got asked for a refill of a drink. If you wanna come here and wait 5 hours for food this place is for you. This place was an awful expedition for me and my friends.

Came in for the UFC night. While i was expecting it to be busy so i was a bit more understanding on wait times however these were ridiculous. It took 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us while we were seated . It took a food runner to notice that we had not been helped and offered us water while we waited on a server. Our server finally approached us about 20 minutes after that. We order our drinks around 845 and told the server we would order food around 9. About 40 minutes later we were finally asked if we were ready to order around 945 at this time our drinks had still not arrived. By the time they did come around and take our order it was around 10. When the food came out an order of wrings was wrong. If it wasn t for UFC we would probably of just walked out but we came to watch that and enjoy are meal so tried and just be understanding. Probably the worst service I have ever received at this location and maybe ever in my life at a restaurant. In no way were we offered any kind of comp despite the horrible service . Honestly probably will not be returning to this location ever again. I know it can get busy in these nights but service that bad is shocking.

First off, the waitress didnt let us finish our order for the first part And then my boyfriend and son move to the bar and instead of letting them take their order that they had at first to the bar they made them cash out first and he had to do 3 different tickets and they charged him for the chips and salsa, which were supposed to be endless, but they werent because the first one ordered, they made them cash out and then the smart ass manager told my son well, this aint chilies which we already knew that never had a problem till tonight and this was our favorite place plus drive over a hour and half to go to this one never again corporate will be called Monday morning

Been coming to this location for 10 years. This place went downhill FAST. It seems like they are always running with a skeleton crew. The Bad: Took 8 minutes to even be greeted. The table didnt even look like it had been wiped down properly. Every single TV was on the UFC fight, I asked the waitress if she could change one of the 80 TVs to ESPN for boxing and she flat out said no without even trying to ask the manager. This is the first time someone has refused to change a TV for me here. The place wasnt even packed, there were TVs that werent even being watched by anyone. Every drink took 30 minutes to get to us. It took 45 minutes for my friends to get their appetizers, one of which was an order of queso and even that came out wrong (friend asked for no pico). Both appetizers were cold. We asked the waitress for a Jagerbomb. Apparently a waitress working at a bar had never heard of Jägermeister and instead of asking someone about it she immediately said they dont have it, which we knew was not true. We convinced her to ask the bartender about it. After a long wait she came out with shots of Jager, NOT the Jagerbombs we asked for. Not wanting to wait another 30 minutes we take the shots and again order JagerBOMBs for the next round and we explain to our waitress for the second time that a Jagerbomb is Jager mixed with Redbull. After another long wait, she came back with 3 shots of Jager and 3 cans of Redbull, not even regular Redbull, Watermelon Redbull.... Our waitress asked us at the beginning if our checks would be separate and we said yes. Not wanting to wait 30 minutes for our check we try paying using the QR codes on the table only to find out she had not been separating our checks. We had to remind her what all each of us had so that she could separate the checks. Once she did, my friends tried paying using the QR code on the table which didnt even work (it gave an error which trying to pay). The Good: The service was so terrible that it was actually hilarious and me and my friends were cracking up throughout the night. Definitely a night we will look back on. Overall, I dont blame our waitress for the terrible service. Her incompetence is indicative of either a poor training program or poor hiring practices, both of which fall on the General Manager.

Horrible service. Here for hours, no water, took an hour for appetizers to come, when they did come they were cold. Not busy just poor attention to customers. Also it is hot enough to sweat while sitting down in the restaurant. We usually come very UFC fight night and tolerate the poor service because of the good food and atmosphere but tonight was just unacceptable. We will not be returning.

Imagine going to an establishment so frequently that you re known as a regular. Just to be denied service because of how I was dressed and considered not of age. As many of times that i have frequented this place, i ve never been carded. The issue isn t a matter of not showing my license. It s the fact that policies were never put into place until i appeared in work attire. At my grown age, why would I walk straight to the bar and confidently order a drink if i know Im not of age? Especially in formal work attire suggesting that I work in the service industry as well. No worries. Word of mouth travels fast and I can t be surprised since the downturn of authenticity this brand has faced. Expecting bare minimum customer service is asking too much. There s better places out there, one bad apple won t spoil the bunch

So disappointed in this service, literally so bad. One bartender on a Friday night, sitting at the bar, and was ignored for a minimum of 10 minutes while she made her well drinks and ignored everyone at her bar. She refused to make eye contact with any guests at her bar. I understand you have a job to do at the well on a busy-ish Friday night, but she needs to be WAY more attentive to BAR guests. They re paying tips, not her tip out. Anyways, be better and more hospitable.

This place is comical. Feels like the entire staff is in training and is scared to make eye contact. Got our shot glass size of queso after 30 min but it had a hardened cold crust on top probably sitting in the back for half the time. Got the queso back, hot this time, but likely warmed by adding hot water because it was now a thin soupy mess. Im writing this during my visit...51 min in and still havent received my 15 wings. No napkins given until after our food was delivered and we asked for them. Order was wrong, asked for boneless, got bone in. Order was more wrong, got original wings instead of mild, so the kids were upset. Ordered a crispy chicken salad and got a chicken ceaser salad. The waiter had a tablet that didn t work and had to get a new one. The waiters don t even ring up the orders anymore, you have to pay yourself. We didn t have plates or trays to eat with until 5 minutes after the food came out. I haven t had this bad of service at any restaurant in several years, really I can t remember service this bad. The restaurant was even running out of forks. We won t be coming back to this location. UPDATE: 03/30/2024 After I filled out the online complaint form shown below, absolutely nothing was done about it. No emails, no phone calls, no gift cards, no apologies, nothing. We ll be switching over to Pizza Hut Wings or Wingstop. The Buffalo Wild Wings in Addison has gone down in service and quality. We won t be dining there again.

This restaurant quietly charges you a $2+ service fee on all carryout orders, on both the app and website, before tip and tax. No service was provided. This is not standard within the industry, nor should it ever be. In the cart, it lists service fee as TBD. When you go to checkout, it quietly adds it to the subtotal, before tip and tax, and no service fee listed. Im not certain if this fee is applied to phone orders. Its not that I cant afford $2, its the principle of the thing; an unethical business practice. This should not be normalized within American restaraunt culture. The food is pretty good, though.

Took 45 minutes from time of order to receive the first attempt of my wings. They were wrong. It took another 10 minutes for the second attempt guess what they were wrong. The whole table has waited for drinks server doesn t come see you manager doesn t care he is hiding and avoiding me. One of the guys sucked on his celery to get moisture out to swallow the dry wings. Don t even walk in the door just run away. Good luck on food, service, or anything because unless you want cold food no service and the wrong food then don t come. There were only four tables with a few people at the bar when we arrived before 6pm on a Thursday. Here is maybe 10 now. This place is terrible absolutely a disgrace to the food industry. I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant. Food took 49 minutes away to get to the table, I ordered an alcoholic drink (jagerbomb) staff did not know how to make it. They gave it a shot but it was straight Red Bull. Wings were not tasty at all. Look at the picture for reference. First of all, amazing amount of tvs to watch various games. I was there on a Sunday morning by myself because I recently moved to the area and they were close so I decided to check it out. It was moderately busy so I took a seat at the bar. I was greeted by pistol and she promptly took my order and got me my drink fairly quickly. It appeared she was the only one working behind the bar and as someone who has previous service industry experience noticed she was basically a one woman show. I even asked for a dr pepper at one point and rather than make an excuse she grabbed a glass of ice and had to exit the bar and go to a server station near the bar to fill it. I didnt ask questions but could see she was willing to go the extra mile. I digress... There were so many gnats I had to place a napkin over my drink after every sip to avoid swallowing one. I hope they get this under control because its a very nice place at the end if the day for a local sports bar. I ordered the chicken wrap with wedges which she recommended and it was so tasty. Id definitely return if the gnat problem gets resolved and I can enjoy myself without worrying about a bug in my drink.

I dont like negativity, but this is just ridiculous. I came in on a slow evening with a friend and we sat at the bar. We were greeted promptly by pistol and she took great care of us. Although, after just simply ordering a few of the late night appetizers and cocktails it was what seemed like an eternity to get our queso and pretzel knots. She kept leaving the bar to check on our order and informed us the kitchen was a little overwhelmed and it wouldnt be much longer. We couldnt understand because the place didnt appear to be very busy on a Monday night. Finally we receive our order but it seemed thrown together on the tray with no care for the food. It tasted ok and we had planned on ordering wings, but because it took so long for simple appetizers we werent inclined to stay and decided to go elsewhere. Also, there were so many gnats flying around the bar we were too busy protecting our drinks to have a decent conversation. This location seems a little disorganized and lacks the ability to keep customers coming back due to the lack of concern for the order times and cleanliness. Id advise going somewhere else in the area to just relax and enjoy yourself.

I am very disappointed in the service today. Food was good but took a long time, I understand it was a game but still. Only one worker was working 90% of the place, they looked over worked and not supported once so ever. Everyone was nice but you can see the stress in the workers. All I can say is Lesley was very sweet and needs to be appreciated for taking care of all the tables when others weren t about able to get the job done. The worker looked overworked and overwhelmed. I will be reporting this to corporate, this was completely unacceptable. Do better Buffalo Wild Wings.

I do not recommend this place, the tables are 20 inches each other, there is no privacy to talk, also the waitress was very unfriendly, and every time I needed a refill or something from her it was difficult to find her.

I was told to seat myself. Sat there for 20 minutes without a single person asking for my order so I left. The place wasn t busy just awful service. There was only one other table with customers and they didn t have a waiter come by in the 20 minutes I was there.

2nd visit here at this location. First visit was amazing service was good. This visit service wasnt great we waited almost 45minutes for food and it was cold nacho more so room temperature wings like it had been sitting a while no napkins or Utensils were provided. We had to ask another server.

Well, dont come during lunch, unless you plan to take longer than an hour for lunch. (Maybe this one is an obvious one, since its BWW and a nice hang-out spot.) The $4 fries order came with like 15-20 fries. I know they have a small order and a basket for more, but even on this small order, at $4, youd expect a little more fries. The wings were missing like half of the sauce on the wings. Ive actually seen this more and more at BWW for some reason; and at several different locations. This one, Cedar Hill, Fort Worth, list goes on. So, Im wondering why they changed up how they take care of their food preparations from years ago when they were looked at as the go to spot for wings. When we first walked in there, we saw one server for a while, and we thought this could take a while. Shortly after we saw like 7! So, they were actually well staffed for 1pm lunch. FINALLY, a restaurant in todays day that is well staffed!! YAY! :) .. Unfortunately, well-staffed but not well trained maybe. Even the managers could have helped out while their servers may have been falling behind. Its all about training... and from the back to the front, top to the bottom, they may have been lacking a bit. Sorry.

Went in with a group of friends for dinner before we headed out to the bar, we ordered drinks the waitress asked us for our ID s gave them back then comes back 15 minutes later asking for them again and takes them to go check the state book waited another 30 minutes . Accusing them as being fake we got up from our table and walked to where her and all 5 other employees were looking at our ID, when we go up there asking for them because we are leaving they said that our ID s were fine after we threw a fit. we are all 25+. Very rude and unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. I have come here many times expecting it to be a different experience. After several attempts I am inclined towards writing this review, please find another spot when you are hungry. This place does not treat customers well. Its take about 20 minutes every time someone to even attend someone. Every single employee that works here is exceptionally rude and arrogant. Save yourself disappointment and find another spot.

For starters this place is WAY too overwhelming and has too much stimulus in the dining area, which I do not remember them having that many tvs. But this isnt the reason I am giving a 1 star. Our server was nice but the service was not good. We were a party of maybe 10, and everything came out super slow and late. Almost 30-45 minutes to wait for bar drinks and an iced tea. Plus some of our food like the appetizer took almost an hour and a half to come out. In fact it took almost 2 hours to get our food out. I dont know if she needed help or the kitchen was struggling but we probably wont be dining here for quite some time.

Went in for lunch. Sat at the bar after waiting 5 minutes to be seated. Then while at the bar there was nowhere to sit because they hadnt bussed the area and then after she asked me for my drink order forgot. Then another customer came in she Then asked me for what I was having again to which she did not get my dr pepper. She did however get the other guys water. Not sure how you can be a bartender and cant get a simple dr pepper. Got tired of waiting and just left. Sorry customer service.

Out of all the Buffalo Wild Wings I have went to this one is the best one so far! Smells clean once walking in, food is fresh, atmosphere is great! The general manager is very sweet along with the rest of the staff, very helpful and inviting! I have no favorites when it comes to people who work here but some names I can remember that left an imprint on my experience are Lesley and Olivia! Keep it up yall ! <3 Vegetarian options: Their cauliflower wings are GOOD!

Horrible service from the waiter my mozzarella sticks were basically thrown on the table and almost fell off the edge before I stopped them. The waiter then complained to a coworker about his section. I paid for the appetizer and drinks canceled my order and left. This location will never get my money again.

I called in a pickup using the app. It was very easy to make the order. There were wing flavors listed that the location didnt carry anymore. The biggest problem was with the lemon pepper wings. They were old and very dry. Overall, the wings were smaller than the wings I had at the Denton location a day earlier. The service at the pickup station was easy and pleasant. The staff was nice.

Visited this location last week and will never be returning. We had a party of 7 total (4 adults, 2 kids, and 1 baby). When we arrived (2 hours before closing) the lady at the front told us to sit anywhere. 5 minutes after sitting they asked if we could move booths because the one we chose was closed for the night. We moved, even though it was an inconvenience since we had kids and a baby, especially because they lady had told us to sit wherever we wanted. We order our food and mine comes out with 5 wings instead of 6 like I had ordered, not only that but all 5 are drums (which I didn t ask for), they don t appear fresh and barely have any lemon pepper seasoning. I tell the waitress I m missing a wing and she proceeds to look around at the other plates as if we re hiding the wing to try to get an extra free one. Then she gets her manager to come to our table just so that I can explain to him that I m missing 1 wing?? He tells her it s fine, just to get the kitchen to get another wing. I tell the waitress if I can please get a flat since I only received drums and she tells me it ll be a 14 minute wait because they had to cook some, I say that s fine. We finish our meal and she brings out the check. Mind you it had been 25-30 minutes and she still hadn t brought out the wing but brings the check. I ask her for my wing and she tells me she can package it to go. At this point I m fed up and tell her that s fine. Advice to this location, train your hostess and waitresses to have better customer service and be a little friendlier. Also, we were there 2 hours before closing time, the wings should ve been fresh. There s no reason to stop making flat wings 2 hours before closing and if so then tell the customer so they can make the choice when ordering!!!!!!!

So, Ive seen this a Lot in Texas... Food safety just generally seems to be an afterthought. And food just doesnt taste great, the water tasted weird and looked weird too. Just, food safety is my main concern. Cause after Buffalo wild wings, the feeling of your stomach being upset... It generally means food poisoning. We didnt feel good, we felt sick after eating buffalo wild wings. Flies were buzzing around also.
