I thought that I had my match for finding the worst catfish and seafood place in Dallas, but this place takes the cake. And not in a good way. The catfish wasn t seasoned at all, my broccoli had more seasoning than my fried fish. Decided to give the oysters a shot, and that was a complete mistake. talk about the most vile thing I have ever put in my mouth in the history of my human existence. Literally spit it out in front of the bartender, and had to run to the bathroom to heave. I don t know who is in Charge of your food, quality checks, but this place just about tried to kill me with food poisoning. I will never be eating here again

They got 1 star because the oysters in the half shell were good other then that they would get a 0 star. Everything else was horrible. Service, food, wait time to get a menu, and drinks were horrible! I wouldnt recommend this to anyone. I spend $70 on 2 appetizers 2 meals and 1 alcoholic drink and we didnt finish any of our food except the oysters. And when we said we wanted our check the waiter asked if we wanted a box for our left overs I said no it wasnt any good he said nothing and brought me my check and walked away. I was so upset.

I tried to call in an order, the guy that picked the phone up didn t even announce the restaurant name, when I went to place an order, he had a very nasty attitude. So I just didn t order. To me when a person is rude to you on the phone that s a red flag for me to not order for them. It s too much going on in the world for me to even take a chance to be a victim of some kind of heinous crime, all bc you don t wanna be at work.

(1st star) on the strength of your choice to eat or entertain like karaoke (2nd star) smoking environment vape friendly.. Now the real reason for such a poor review waitress was very unattended and bias towards us Sizing up pockets in other words assuming that money was being budgeted.. Never once gave us a hospitality vibe with being first timers like this is a real life embarrassing experience highly wouldn t recommend this jive at all!!!

The food was terrible. I m not sure if it was because we came late night or what but the Cajun pasta was dry and flavorless . The boiled shrimp that I asked for hot was cold , stinky, & just not good. We didn t eat and I told the waitress it was terrible. She just handed me my ticket and left it at that. The reviews were so great but the experience was quite disappointing.

Me and my boyfriend tried this place out for the very first time and the atmosphere was great food was great but service was horrible. He took 10/15 mins to service us but he did check on us after we got our food but he got mad because we tipped him an amount that I guess wasn t up to his standard. I don t have to tip my hard earned money! I coulda gave my tip to the chef for the great food and not the server or the service I will not be back to that location. That was extremely weird and uncomfortable! Unacceptable!

Save your time and money! This place seems cool as you approach but as soon as you walk in all you can smell is cigarette smoke which isn t a big deal if you re just there to drink but who wants to eat in a cloud of smoke. The service was HORRIBLE. I m pretty sure our waitress (short lady with glasses) was drunk. She forgot to put our food order in, then came to the table apologizing for it and said she d comp the food. When the food finally came it was only 2 of the 5 items we ordered, she told us that we didn t order the other items and she didn t even comp the food that was brought out. The catfish fingers are disgusting they taste like they were frozen first, like fish sticks. The fries were ok but cold. I can t speak to the other food items because they never brought them out. We waited here for almost 2 hours and never received the food we ordered but we did get to watch security slam an older lady to the ground before kicking her out :( trust me this place is TRASH and not worth a rusty nickel.

I had the absolute worst experience of my life last night. Charlie the bartender has a major lack of customer service skills. He was extremely rude and condescending, called me a lowlife because I didnt tip his agregious behavior, then refused my friend and I service when someone offered to pay for us a drink. He got upset because he brought me a quesadilla with spoiled beef and I cancelled the order, he was just not a kind person, his vibe was just wicked.. Kirk the manager was just as bad because its like he didnt seem to care or be concerned about how we were treated. I recommend asking for anyone EXCEPT Charlie.

My first time in this location. Had to wait for bartender to clear glasses from previous patron. I noticed there are a lot of regulars at the bar and they were quite loud. The music was very loud and everyone was shouting over it. The food was on the mark for this chain. The NBA finals were on and one patron was getting excited and even louder than the roar of the regulars. One of them told him to shut up and hit himm. The louder patron pushed him into another customer. Manager asked only the louder guy to leave and not the assailant. This did not bode well with either the loud guy or the other patron who was not involved. The loud guy threw his beer across the room to the floor and turned to leave. At this time another of the regulars bum rushed the loud guy and shoved him from behind. Others rushed in to prevent further escalation, and the loud guy left. Most fun Ive had in a while.

When we walked in, we were told this is a smoking bar, but the food here is phenomenal and that was 100% accurate. Everything everyone in our party tried was fantastic, no complaints. The chicken fried pork chop was recommended as the best option, and it is so good, you might like it even if you dont normally like pork chops. The grilled oysters are also top notch, but if you need a less adventurous option, the cheese fries have an excellent queso on there that will please the pickiest of eaters. Definitely a great pick for some unexpectedly good food.

Fantastic place for some good comfort food in the heart of Addison. My father and I like to frequent this please whenever we are in town on business. We like to play some cards and most nights they will open the door to the venue next door called Memphis. Note that smoking is permitted here, so if you are not a smoker your clothes will absorb the smell.

I ordered food to go from this place. Its not somewhere you would want to sit and eat (unless you like to hang out in super small bars). Its a small bar connected to a club (Memphis). Staff were pretty cool. As far as the food, I give it three starts only because the jalapeno appetizers were BOMB! Basing it solely on the catfish, its 2 stars and thats only because the ranch dressing was good and the serving sizes are big. The catfish was definitely bland and the fried part slid right off the filet. To be honest the catfish filet dinner could probably feed two people. The food may be hit or miss depending on what you get. This would be one of those places to try for yourself (dont get the catfish filets though, theyre a waste of money). If I ever go back itll only be for the jalapenos.

I finally got the chance to place an order today, well I attempted to place one. After they guy answered the phone, I asked how was he doing (because I have manners) and his response was so rude that I just told him to have a nice day. It would have been a privilege to try the food but I really don t like attitude served with my meals.

So ,I called to ask about a menu option because we were ordering door dash. The guy ,extremely rudly, says we dont do door dash, if you want it you have to come get it . It was only a menu question. I will drive the extra 4 miles to get to the George Bush location in Richardson, as they were very friendly and helpful. The guy who refused to help at the beltline location, you should probably find a job away from the public anhelpful, whoever

I d give this place zero stars if I could. Just don t go there. Went with my girlfriend and the blackened fish and garlic shrimp have absolutely no flavor. We don t eat pork and asked the server if the beans came with pork and he said no. There were chunks of weenie in it and NOT red beans. Supposed to be red beans and rice but they were pinto beans and again, no flavor. Total waste of time.
