First time trying this neighborhood establishment tonight. Short review we ll be back! Perry provided excellent service and helped guide us through the menu for our first visit. Opened with perfectly made martinis and had the cauliflower app (salsa verde was herbaceous and delicious). Squid ink pasta and shrimp and grits were delicious, well portioned entrees with quality ingredients. DO NOT LEAVE without trying the chocolate mouse dessert. One of the best desserts of recent memory and prepared table side. As my wife just said, a few other tables just got the mouse and they are all smiling! Enjoyed the food so much no photos taken. We will certainly be returning. Dietary restrictions: Menu appears to accommodate many dietary restrictions. Parking: Valet near by.

I had the most incredible birthday celebration at Stock and Barrel with a group of 16! Our waiter, Matt, was absolutely amazing he went above and beyond to make our night special. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive and accommodating, making sure everything was tailored to our needs. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a birthday bash! Every detail was thoughtfully handled, from the seating arrangement to the service. I felt truly spoiled and appreciated. We enjoyed the atmosphere & Perry provided excellent service & explanations of the dishes & cocktails on offer. My girlfriend had the Wagyu meatloaf and loved it. I had the Korean Fried Chicken & was not as delighted. Id never had Korean Fried Chicken before but doubt that, in its best presentation, it is supposed to be dry, barely spicy & tasting slightly burnt. In hindsight I suspect Id have better enjoyed a different selection. The cocktails, appetizer & dessert were all excellent.

My dining experience was really memorable.. So impressed as I hadnt planned to dine here when out in Bishop. Couple hot takes: Nisha (sp) our server was an absolute treasure. Everything she recommended was a hit and she was super friendly. The drink specials were unique and tasted great. The gin/tomato drink had me smelling colors - IN A GOOD WAY! Had a nice brunch experience here on Saturday afternoon. The food was amazing and seasoned well. The brussel sprouts are roasted very crispy and I had the fried rice with lumps of crab so good. We did the restaurant week menu and really enjoyed it, however the meatloaf was slightly dry-with Wagyu I would ve expected it to be more moist. Otherwise everything was great! It is loud inside so if that s something that bothers you, this place may not be your cup of tea, and parking is also difficult as there s just a small lot out back or you have to valet. They will take _$5 odd your ticket though! Overall, I would definitely come back and probably ask for Matt! Parking: Small lot out back

Did the restaurant week menu.. whipped feta with perfect grilled toast and the fabulous artichoke. Grilled to perfection. I decided to try this spot after seeing it listed on DFW Restaurant week despite their Prix-Fixe menu being very underwhelming. We were seated at the worst table in the house facing the unattractive backside of the kitchen expediter who, in a not very courteous manner claimed I made their hostess cry by inquiring about possibility of changing tables AND he suggested a patio table on a 100F day (inexcusable). The table is wedged in the bottleneck and passed by all waitstaff picking up food from the kitchen often times sideways because of the bar crowd encroaching onto the space between the table and the bar. Nevertheless, we had a great time that Julio so expertly made possible. Food was delicious and I should be able to expect great experience if I spend $600 on a meal for 4 people. If it wasnt for the table situation and then the food expediter being rude Id give it 5 stars all around. Advise, ask for any other table in the restaurant.

Travel for work all the time and always eat out - this place was by far the best food I ve had in a very long time. Peak quality across the board - appetizers, main course, sides, dessert. We ordered the beef cigars, mushrooms, and artichokes for appetizers. I had the bone in pork chop (perfect cook and taste) with incredible smoked corn as the side. Morgan, our server, superb. Overall, do not miss a chance to eat here 5 stars.

The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving was a top of the line experience. The staff greeted us for our anniversary reservation. Julio,, by far, was our best server we ve had to date. He was knowledgeable, funny, and professional. His recommendations were spot on. The food compliments the atmosphere and venue. All I can say is Salmon and Bread pudding. The best! We will be returning soon for many more date nights.

Great meal and great drinks. We ordered the artichoke appetizer (amazing) and the grilled peaches feature item was amazing. Stroganoff features item, squid ink pasta and fried spaghetti were our faves. The evening was amazing because of Nisha, our server, who was attentive and fun. Highly recommend and will be back

Stopped at Stock and Barrel for dinner with coworkers and Morgan, our waitress, was awesome. First time in after reviewing ratings and we were not disappointed. The food was great. We had Brussel sprouts, artichoke, fries, the wagyu burger and curry salmon DE-LI-CIOUS. Morgan was a great server and took great care of us. We will definitely be back. Great hidden gem! Be sure to park in the right parking lot. Parking: Be sure not to park in the wrong lot. Park in the lot specifically for patrons. Read the towing signs.

Had salmon last time, meatloaf the time before... This time Wagyu brisket and short rib burger with thin cut truffle fries... Truly hit the spot. Kirstens martinis/ blue cheese olives led the way. Finished with a nice Pinot and no dessert. Once again, everything I expected, and great conversation with Kirsten. I highly recommend. BTW... I always sit at the bar which has developed a loyal and friendly following... No one is a stranger unless you prefer to be.

I am visiting from Charlotte, NC. Everything about this restaurant is amazing! Julio our waiter made excellent recommendations and was very attentive, and has a tremendous sense of humor! I throughly enjoyed the signature old Fashion with the meatballs, which were amazing! So much so I ordered the meatloaf which was pure deliciousness, paired with a glass of Malbec !!!!! We shared the bread pudding which was over the top and one of the best desserts I have ever eaten! I am a real foodie and this restaurant is excellent! I will definitely be back!
