This is the kind of food that makes your tongue beat your brains out. Absolutely exceptional cuisine and I m beyond disappointed that I hadn t tried it sooner. The flavors of all the food we tried were incomprehensibly delicious. Hands down one of the best places to go in Crowley for something outside of the boring fast food. Try everything. Everything. it was a total mess . The cook came out from the kitchen and yelled at a customer , the food is always good but I see if you question something they will try to give you hostile energy , and the overall atmosphere was hostile and unsafe , I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying dining experience if your afraid to speak your voice .

I witnessed some of the worst behavior I think I ve ever witnessed from an establishment this weekend. I came in to pick up my order and there was another lady waiting for her food ahead of me. When they brought out her order, it was bags of cold noodles. I actually couldn t believe what I was witnessing. The man (not sure if he was manager or not) was EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful, and belligerent! He started to kick the young lady out and blame her for what was going on. It was coming off as very racist. This was NOT the behavior I expected to encounter. I will NOT be returning to this establishment.

Clean restaurant and outstanding customer service from the super sweet lady at the front counter. We had two orders of the pineapple fried rice with shrimp. The meal was fantastic and everything tasted so fresh. We will certainly return to Pandan Thai Kitchen! Thanks again!!

First time trying this place, and were surprised. Is delicious! Everything. Taste really fresh and have a lot of flavor. My new favorite place in Crowley. Its better than Panda Express and taste of asia for sure. Dont think about it. Just come and try it. Is a small dining, put the atmosphere Is nice. they have FREE ice tea. And even a share book stand. You can go and grab one or bring the ones you dont want and donate for other people.

Great food- definitely deserving of their 4.4 rating. It is great prices as well. We got the Crunchy Spring Rolls, Spicy Basil Fried Rice with beef and shrimp, and the Pad Kee-mow (Drunken Noodles) with Shrimp. It was so delicious, flavorful, and fresh. Also, a good serving size to where we were full and had leftovers. We ordered the meals extra spicy, we definitely tasted the spice but I wouldn t say it is extra spicy. We eat a lot of extremely spicy food so we are probably just immune. Wish I took a picture of the food to show you all but we smashed I definitely will next time. This will be my go-to Thai place when I am in the area. I will have to try the macaron ice cream sandwiches as well. Based on the other Thai and Asian restaurants I ve been to, I wouldn t say they are completely authentic but I don t care since I went only for some food and not the experience. I did include pictures of the menu for your reference since the online ordering didn t include descriptions.

Fantastic Thai Food! Everything is Delicious. You can taste the quality and authenticity compared to other places. My usual go to is the Pad Kee Mow (Drunken Noodles) w/Tofu, or the Pineapple Fried Rice! They also have an amazing Thai Tea made with Almond Milk option, which is rare to come by since most Thai tea is made with traditional condensed milk. Having a dairy free option is a win for the lactose intolerant folks out there! Definitely one of my favorite places in the area.

First time i went great was great. Second experience was a disaster. I ordered tamarind chicken with fried rice, Great! my wife ordered shrimp fried rice, Great! A order of fried dumpling and an order of spring rolls. Now the spring roll had a long hair wrapped inside of it and it ruined my dinner. Also my wifes dinner was ruined because she threw up her food watching pull a long hair out my mouth. I went back to the place and asked to speak to the owner or a manager. The owner is not available and there is no manager according to the young white kid taking orders. He said all he can do is refund me the money for the spring rolls. I didnt feel that was justified for the fact that the entire meal was ruined. I left my name and number for the owner to contact me to resolve this matter but i got no answer. I didnt want to result to posting this matter cause it can affect the establishment but i was not cared for.

At first, went in and sit down at the table. Expecting somebody to come and serve me. And the guy at the counter just stared at me didnt say nothing. I finally asked him I had to come to the counter to be served. And he said yes, but did not volunteer any information beforehand. I ordered my food for dine in. Placed a to-go order that I was picking up (not delivery). Staff were young teens/early 20 s greeted immediately as soon as I walked in and both were extremely friendly. They were both cleaning and the place was already looking spotless. Food was excellent! Very fresh, wonderfully packaged for a to go order too. There is a tray at the counter for sauces I liked that. Ordered Pad Grapow (beef) and Basil fried rice (chicken). Both absolutely delicious. Serving sizes were filling, ingredients were so fresh, hot, and definitely well seasoned. My only complaint would be I ordered XXXXX spice level - could have been spicier. I pass this place every morning at the gym and sad it took me to so long to try it. I will certainly be back and definitely will dine in next time.

10/10 recommend. The staff was extremely friendly and the food portion was generous. The kids menu portion was also very generous. Recommend the pad Thai and any of the stir fry options. Very happy with our lunch decision here at Pandan. We could taste the fresh quality ingredients. We ate in the restaurant. Small but clean and the ladies that were working the counter were very pleasant. Fast service and food arrived relatively fast. I ordered Panag Curry with tofu and Tom Kha Soup. Vegetarian options: Vegan food is served there. They have tofu for people who dont want pork chicken beef or shrimp. Wide variety of noodles and rice along with the vegetables that go with it. This restaurant sent me to the hospital. I had rice with shrimp and everything was cooked in less than 5 min. I was told it food poisoning. Make sure you cook all you seafood very good and keep food refrigerated. I eat seafood once a week and never gotten sick anywhere else.

Great food as always, however the service can be good one day and bad the other. One employee in particular (I hope shes only just an employee) named Kenzi needs to be trained on customer service. She can learn a thing or two from her other coworkers. Customer Service is key when youre working with food. I hope Kenzi and those who disregards their customers, reads that and keeps this in mind. I ordered the food in the restaurant to take out, paid and one of the young girls told me We ll bring right out of for you . I was literally the only car parked in a 4-parking lot space and I waited for more than 40 minutes. She told me they were going to bring it out . After a while I thought it was taking a bit longer (for a 4 plate order), so I went inside, the girl was on her phone, and my food was waiting on the counter for who knows how long. She should ve told me to wait inside or come back in a few minutes, but no, she literally said We ll bring it right out , she didn t even bother to come out and say that my order was ready even though I was parked in front of the door. Again, food was good, but the young girls working in the counter need some training or care a bit more about their jobs even though all they have to do is sit there and wait.

What a delicious and health food choice in the middle of so many fast food restaurants. The food was very good the ladies brought it out to our car it took about 7 minutes to fix both pad Thai meals!

The menu provided here on google is not current! The pricing is way more expensive and the lunch special no longer includes a drink and teas are no longer $3. There s also no longer a soda fountain, they only sell their specialty drinks. I hadn t been since their relocation and was very surprised! Food is still great just much more expensive than it was before

Every time Ive been to this restaurant, the food/drinks have been fabulous, as well as the service! I cant speak to the service at the Burleson location since Ive never been, but this location is awesome.

Was looking to order from on line menu. It was quite confusing. Since its only a few miles away, we went in person to order takeout. I asked if they had any gluten free meals and hostess answered she thought all the asain food was gluten free. I was now in trouble because its not. My wife ordered her meal, I refrained do to lack of knowledge on servers part. When asked if they had a togo menu, she advised they were out of them, sorry. Oh well, we tried.

The food was really good. I ordered Pad Gratiem and a kid s Egg Noodles Stir Fry and they were both delicious. I kind of expected the Pad Gratiem to be a little more garlicky so I was a little disappointed with it. The best part of our meal was the Spring Rolls. They were so delicious. The total for this and 2 drinks was 22.00, without tip, just in case you want to know how much it will be.

Normally I would give a 5 star but 3/14/21 was a bad service day I guess. Called several times and no answer. I then called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. I then drove to the site and was never told welcome or I will be right with you while the order taker was finishing up with 1 other customer. I then left after trying to place my order for approximately 50 minutes total. When I arrived to the restaurant there were only 2 customers there and it seems that I was ignored after being a loyal customer for 6 years. Last time spending my money at this establishment. Goodbye.

Its not spicy and it doesnt seem that they give you an option for making it spicy so its not like most of the more authentic thai restaurant s that Im used to. The food was pretty good otherwise
