Great place! When they say fastacos they arent kidding. We had our tacos in minutes after we placed our order. The atmosphere is really cool. They have tvs every where and a full bar. The staff was super friendly and the food was really good. Fresh and tasty. They have a salsa bar too! Really liked having lunch here

My son, daughter-in-law, 2 grandkids and myself went to the Crowley location today. It was so good. I had the green chile enchiladas. The chips, the tacos all incredible and all the workers did a great job. I cant wait to go back. Thank you!

I love the classic nachos from FasTaco. The crispy tacos are also amazing. The taco shells are crispy and freshly fried in the store. I love that they dont put onions and peppers in the guacamole. Its the only restaurant that I can eat guacamole because it doesnt have onions or peppers in it. Love this place.

Food great. Drive through is made strange and hard to get close to window. Today got food and 4 drinks. Girl handed out drinks to me one at time. I asked if they had a carrier - she literally gave me an eye roll and said yes but they only hold 2 drinks. I say thats okay. She asks how many i want - i say 2 - another eye roll. She hands over carriers. When she comes back with food, I tell her for future she shouldnt roll her eyes where the customer can see her. She rolls her eyes and says maybe customers could be nicer. I asked her what was impolite about asking for a drink carrier. Upset girl now. Manager comes - I explain that older customers consider eye rolling as attitude and not part of the customer service. The manager says girl is tired and has worked long shift then- I kid you not - manager turns to other employees and does the please save me from stupid people face. Obviously i can see where she learned her customer service from.

DO NOT come here. I paid $50 for two bowls full of lettuce with barely any chicken, one chicken burrito that was no bigger than a twinkie, and a regular quesadilla that was flatter than Texas. Save your money, go to Antonios in burleson. Or even Taco Bell!

My wife is a big fan of this place. I love their nachos. Customer service is great. They all have been very pleasant at the location I go. I do not like the drive through so I avoid going there for that reason. The prices are in the higher than Id like range. But, all in all a trip every once in awhile doesnt hurt. LoL. You do have to check them out though. Price aside, you will go back.

Today was our first and last time. Horrible experience through drive-thru the young man with dreadlocks that is dyed. Thought he had someone that would believe all. He just made me staying firm on not letting high schoolers work. The drive-thru for lack of understanding and customer service. From the beginning we pulled up to the mic to order a number seven that came with soft taco burrito and nachos after realizing that the menu didnt specialize specialize, what type of burrito? I tried to ask the question numerous times before pulling off from the mic. I looked to my left to see the young man in the window. Still moving around. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and pulled forward. He gave me the SOB story of his mic went out but I watched him take the order of the truck behind me. Once I reach the window I asked my question and he pretended to accommodate my request. I did not want beans. I guess he thought I was going to take that and drive off. But if anybody knows me, Im going to check my food first. I pull off to the side not only to find out. We have beans but there were only beans on everything. The soft taco and nachos only had beans and cheese. The burrito that we specifically ordered to be beef only had beans and cheese. I did proceed to go in and talk with the manager. He offered a remake but at that point to have a verbal conversation with somebody calm and understanding ( supposedly)and you still make that type of mistake, was absolutely no mistake and you wont get a second chance to do me like that. Tonight was disappointing waited at window while I saw my food ready waited 7 minutes til the guy came back to the window ,tacos were cold thats never happened. There were 4 orders sitting there. Guess the bean burritos got smaller.thia was 0n Tuesday at 6pm 3/5/24. No napkins. $29 for a disappointing meal. Dont eat out much . So might be awhile again maybe a different time of day.

10/10 reccomend this place. I went through the drive thru & wasnt rushed at all while placing my order even tho I was being a little annoying... I didnt know what I wanted.. too many yummy choices. The guy who took my order was very polite & repeated everything back to me to confirm my order was correct. Everything was bomb!! The salsa Verde was my favorite.. especially if u pair it with the quesadilla!! I got the personal quesadilla with steak which comes with a small 2oz portion of nacho cheese & crispy tortilla chips! Yum!! I will definitely be returning here as much as possible! Also, to add.. fair prices! Cant beat that!

Nice little place and honestly a hidden gem. I hope they figure out how to market. It would be a great place to spend an evening if they had anything going on. One thing I was disappointed in. I basically had to rebuild my taco. The elements were rushed, so they needed to be spread out so I would get all the flavors in every bite. This was my 3rd visit, and they have all been the same. GREAT place, but people, make the tacos like you were going to eat them yourself.

Great food - I usually go every week. However they tried to charge me for the Spicy Green salsa last Friday. Not extra salsa, just a couple that should have come with the meal. I told them I didn t need it and remove it and the cashier gave it to me for free anyway. I thought it was weird that he came to my car even though I was only the second one in line. Either he was trying to get a tip or they are trying to charge for salsa that should come as a condiment for free. I went to FastTaco in Burleson yesterday and asked for the same Spicy Green salsa with my 6-taco pack, no extra charge. I ll be going to Burleson from now on.

The new building in Crowley looks really good on the inside, but the drive-thru is horrible. Im not basing this post on the drive-thru customer service because its good. But the actual drive-thru lane was planned horribly. When you drive up, you physically cant even line up alongside the service window. Also the food is great and the customer service is also great. Vegetarian options: They will always take the meat out to make any of their entres vegan. Today at lunch was my first experience with this new place. The tacos were full and they didnt taste old or excessively greasy. Service was what you might expect these days. My negatives are price (about the same as Taco Casa, Fuzzys is still the best value for tacos) and the driv-thru exit WILL cause car accidents with cars entering the property.

I was overcharged on everything. Also, I ordered the cheese dip and chips and they put the cheese and jalapeños in the container for just jalapeños with a spoonful of cheese. There was only enough cheese for 2 chips and it cost 3.99 plus .49 cents for the jalapeños. I got the beefy enchilada dinner and they charged 8.99 plus .69 cents for the jalapeños. I still have my receipt. Plus I waited in line for about 20 minutes. The staff didnt seem to know what they were doing. They kept asking each other what to do. I love Fast Taco but something needs to change.

Ordered the 13 pack of tacos. Along with 3 beefy burritos. I asked for extra hot sauce. When we ordered it from the drive through speaker. We get up to the drive through window. This place has really gone down in quality but the price has surged. Maybe if the owner used the money for that fancy display on employee raises, they might be motivated to include all of the items we paid for. 4 Items and a drink was over $30. What happened that now its 2.00 for a tiny scoop of beef? Its outrageous! I honestly dont understand how this restaurant can stay open. I dont mind paying extra but please give me what i pay for. I cannot believe how much the prices have went up. I understand price increase due to covid. A 6 pack of tacos use to be around $7 now $10. It cost me $6 for a meat and cheese burrito that had NO meat in it. The food quality went down. The service is horrible and for some reason they like to keep your credit card. I always have to ask for my card back. I use to go here once a week then quit going because of the service. Now I wont be going because the price increase is not worth the quality of the food. The prices recently went up and its really not worth it anymore. Paying almost 11 dollars for the classic nachos that doesnt even come with a drink... You can go to a nice sit down resturant for that price. The food is OK, but at the price they charge it puts them lower than all the fast food Mexican chains. For the price the nachos cost you can get the taco cravings box at Taco Bell with 5 tacos and 4 five layer burritos and feed the whole family.

Not worth the prices at all. 2 people eating there can easily cost $30. The meat has no seasoning, beans taste like theyve been sitting a while, canned cheese. Very little fresh ingredients, stale chips and bland flavor. The tacos are ok. Last time we ordered from there it was only because Santos Tacos were closed. We spend about the same there but the food quality and flavor doesnt even compare. After I ate it I felt sick to my stomach and actually vomited. Never again.
