Terrible Walmart, rude employees, dirty store, ect. Always flies & gnats in bakery & produce area. Employees block aisles with stuff either, inventory, stocking or clearing shelves, ect. They act like shoppers are rude for trying to get to products being blocked. Been told come back around in a little bit when Im done! Customer service does not care. Items will show in stock but then you cant find item in store on aisle listed. Employees shrug & say they dont know. They really dont care bc they know only other grocery stores are Aldis & Arlans or dollar stores. Many many unhappy customers!!

Apparently grown men dont know the difference between a transmission and an engine. Brought our vehicle in for an oil change before our road trip. They drained our transmission instead of engine oil, totalling the car. Apparently, this is not the first, or second time its happened and they refuse to take accountability. If I could make them owe me stars I would.

Incompetent auto department, do not trust them with your vehicle, even for a simple oil change. Unfortunately my Subaru was totaled when the tech drained my transmission fluid instead of the oil. Walmart never took responsibility and I am out thousands of dollars and no vehicle with no one being held responsible.

The 2 stars is for delivery same day and thats all.. and honestly their meat prices have gone WAYY OVERBOARD.. 8.00 for hamburger meat lb. No ill have everyone KNOW HEB DELIVERS TO CROSBY its 7.00 but their meat is better quality and better price.. as well as the in store coupons carry over on the app as well so you can still use those as well. My previous review stated that they needed to clean up and they did. It was really nice when I went in last night. They cleaned and rearranged the store and put up new racks. It really brightened up the place and made it feel better to shop, except my asthma did not like the bleach smell. There was one change I did not like. They have more self check outs and less people checkouts. I do not go to the store to check out and bag my own groceries.

If 0 was an option that s what I would rate this store. I have had such a terrible experience with deliveries and pickup orders. The reserved parking numbers are not available on the app to choose from. The only other option is to call and no one ever answers. The wait time is more than 30 minutes when you finally do go in to speak to someone to tell them where you re at. Not to mention that people lack common decency and park in the reserved spots so you can t always find a parking spot. This is so ridiculous. At this point the headaches and time spent isn t worth it. Driving to the next town for an HEB pickup is more reasonable. Something should be done to correct this asap!

If there was other options in town Id take it, unfortunately there isnt within a 30 min drive. Between most of registers closed, the amount of people waiting to check put while employees congregate to direct next person in line to a green light to self checkout, then having the 3 checking receipts 10ft from you literally just watched you buy dogfood stop to check your receipt like we dont see them 3x a week buying dogfood, its annoying, but whatever. I guess thieves are so bad these days theyre carrying out 3 bags of dogfood these days. Particularly like it when at 1040pm we had to run in for medical supplies, bandages, etc, and door greeter said nobody else was being allowed in because they close in 20 min, when I said what we need is 30ft from the door and why, she said just go to the gas station and buy bandaides or go to the hospital but its too close to closing time and shes not letting anyone else in. Sure miss the days when our super walmart was open 24hrs a day

As an employee that worked for Walmart over 15 years, you better NOT turn a customer away if they couldnt find something. I ask an employee to help me I was told that he doesnt work that area. He stated hed call someone which NEVER came. Proceed to the register checked out, the guy asked did someone come help you I replied NO. He then stated that something needs to be done about that. Upon leaving I see something that I wanted to exchange for a bigger size went to customer service and the cashier is fighting trying to cash someones check that wouldnt read through the feeder. I asked TABITHA if she could assist or have someone open another line she replied NO. Well guess what she just did lost money for the company. I bet SAM WALTON IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE HE DIDNT PLAY THESE TYPE OF GAMES. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE NO ONE CARES ABOUT IT. ONLY WORRIED ABOUT GETTING PAID!! SAD BUT TRUE!! Some shelves are empty and prices are still high. Store was clean They do not have enough handicapped parking spaces. Its difficult for people in wheelchairs to find a parking space. Staff was helpful and friendly. Store still in disarray but should be completed in August. Still short on handicapped spaces. Some products are still not available and have not been for quite a while. Still hanging in there. I know they will be back to normal soon.

I was in self checkout and employee standing there and I tried to ask a question. I said excuse my I ask you quick question .he look at me and why I mean I guess and rolled his eyes. I quickly said nevermind and he said no go ahead now that you stopped me from getting drink on my break. What?? Why are you standing there watching people scan there stuff, with Walmart shirt and ID Badge but your on break . I just said no it s ok and he rudely continued saying well what is it what do you HAVE to ask. I paid and walked out, then that wonderful employee was now standing with the receipt police she literally watched me check out and pay for my ONE item. I had to get out my phone, search the app only to get it and she said no I am good but maybe you need it for return. And they thought annoying me was just highlight of their day. All the employees are rude and treat you like a thief and stalking you throughout the store and watching you scan items and check their handheld to make sure we did their job for them. Avoid this place. I used to only shop here for everything, but I will drive way out of my way to be treated like a human and not crap that is beneath them

Horrible automotive technician. Willfully misleads customers on pricing. Be aware of the false advertisement presented by technician before signing for services on their tablet. Technician charged me for tire rotation. When brought to his attention he tried claim it was store policy. Explain to the technician I was not paying for 4 tire rotation when nothing was rotated. He went in and I called the store. Nobody could find my order???? This is a sign... And the young person my husband spoke to said she was too busy to help him she was helping other people. Had to drop the rating by one star because of poor Internet connection. WalMart encourages the use of WalMart Pay but it is only accessible in the Crosby (TX) store about 25% of the time due to no Internet connection. Also customers cannot use the WalMart app while shopping to locate items due to no Internet connection. The staff is excellent. The store is clean. Product availability is lacking at times but that may not be the fault of store. O

Drivers do not follow directions provided and you end up with no groceries and a debit on your bank account that you don t get back for 7-10 days. Sometimes this is extremely inconvenient because i may not have enough funds to reorder the whole order again and wait for the refund on the original order.This has been an ongoing problem for the past two years that I have lived here. There are detailed instructions on my account as to how to get to my home.The store never answers the phone when you try to call and inquire about the order either. I have had them call me back the next day and give me the excuse that the driver doesn t speak English and that is why they couldn t deliver because they can t read my directions. All i have to say to that is there s an app for that and they need to employ people that speak English. This is America not Mexico.

5 stars for a couple of things, the first being your employees. The couple of employees that Ive met today and talked to for a few moments were very kind and helpful. I truly appreciate that. Not being from the area, I dont know my way around your store very well. The second reason for the stars is for letting this tired old lady spend the night in your parking lot in her rig to get out of driving anymore in the rain. It was coming down very hard and your Walmart store was a beacon in the storm. I truly appreciate that even more than I can say! My most sincere hope though is that Walmart will not fall victim to following suit with so many other box stores who are replacing cashiers with self check outs. I do less shopping at Walmart than I used to for that very reason. Please dont join the companies and corporations in this country who are putting people out of work. People need their jobs, they need to work! They need to earn their way. I cannot bring myself to use a self checkout, I will wait on a cashier or just leave the store if there are no registers open when I come in. *And message to the receipt checkers at the door, please dont be upset with those of us who choose to walk out and not show receipts or just flash a receipt and keep walking. We are literally trying to help you keep your jobs. We all know there is no way in the world that you can physically look at a receipt and glance into the basket and know that everything in those many bags is accounted for on that receipt. If you were to be put in a position where you had to account for every single purchase on a receipt, a lot of unhappy customers would be lined up all the way down to the other end of the store. So please understand the position we are in and the your position that we are trying to help save. Most of us out here want our cashiers back! Has become somewhat tedious at times to shop here. Out of certain items that were obve readily available. As is well known, not enough personnel at checkout many times.

Plenty of workers but only one or two cashiers open, this is everyday. No one never picks up phone at this Walmart location. Needs better customer service.
