The absolute worse Chinese food I ve ever eaten in my life. I cannot put any words behind how bad the food was. It is not your traditional Chinese food & if so I cannot tell. I ordered from the last night off of a menu which I was told was outdated upon arrival. I don t eat chow mein but being that was all I saw again on the outdated menu I ordered it. One order had no noodles in it & the other was terrible. They refused to swap the already paid for items for what I actually wanted. The eggrolls taste like dirt. Sweet & sour sauce tasted like it was cooked with ginger. Just an overall terrible experience & terrible staff. I should have known to stay far away from this place when I pulled up its behind a Verizon store & had absolutely no cars in the parking lot. It is also a buffet too so that may play a part in why their food is so terrible. I spent a total of 60.00$ & woke up this morning with diarrhea. Stay away from this place by all means.

Completely empty and now we know why. The food was chewy. Dried out and gooey. The service was pretty lame considering we were the only people there. When theres duct tape on the furniture, you should just walk out, and thats just what Im going to do from now on. If the dining room looks like this, imagine what the kitchen looks like.

I love this restaurant, it breaks my heart they arent that busy, because every experience Ive had with the owners and workers is so nice, they even refused to take a $7 tip for a takeout order which i repeatedly asked them to take. Vegetarian options: There isnt much veggie options, definitely look at the menu online before coming in. Parking: Very easy to find parking Kid-friendliness: Owners are so nice and dont get upset at children.

We just moved to this area. Live in Keneific. We showed up just after 5 pm. Was disappointed there was no buffet, even though it states buffet. There were 2 cars in the parking lot and no one in the restaurant, but there were tables full of plates from past customers. The food was awesome with extra generous portions. We ordered fried chicken and got fries, teriyaki chicken, I ordered the chicken broccoli, sw÷t and sour delight, some egg rolls plus a pan fried dumpling. Price wise, you get more than youd expect. Waitress was very accommodating and knowledgeable of the menu. If you order a soda, its a bottle from the fridge. In the hour we were there, only 1 previous table got bussed. Mixed experience.

My wife and I dont eat Chinese often, maybe once every 5 to 8 weeks. Weve tried all the options in the Crosby area, and China Ko is the ONE we have enjoyed the most. Lots of food for the $, and it has been good every time weve tried it (probably about 15 times over the last 2+ years). Every time Ive been in there the place is very clean, we usually get it to go, but have eaten-in a few times. Their location sucks, I had lived here nearly a year before I even knew it was back there!

I thought i would try a new place....I should have trusted my nose when I walked in. The place smelled like they have a sewage leak. The place was empty and not very clean. I ordered wor won ton soup and dumplings. The dumplings tasted old and dried out. I have never seen won ton soup served with the juice and the vegetables separately. But that is how they do it here. The vegetables taste like they have been cooked in grease that has never been changed. And the order took over 25 minutes to complete even though I was the only one there. The food is definitely not fresh. The place is disgusting. I literally took one bite and threw away the plate because Im afraid that it may make me sick. This place Needs a complete renovation in my opinion. I definitely will not go back. I also would not recommend this to anyone. I would like to actually worn people not to waste their money or time.

Ive lived in Crosby for almost two years and just tried this place last Thursday. They have discontinued the buffet, for which I was disappointed. So, we ordered off the menu. Man...that food was delicious, hot, fresh veggies. I think it is some of the best Chinese food Ive eaten. Portions were large, pricing was fair and service was excellent. Ill be back.

Second time I been there in 2 months. Order the same thing. Shrimp fried rice extra shrimp. 1st time shrimp was raw. No flavor. This time it was cold rice was starchy,clumpy, no extra shrimp but I paid for it. I called to tell them and Mexican heavy set host was rude as hell. I will never go back.

I ordered Teriyaki Chicken..Orange Chicken,chicken fried rice and chicken lo mein....the teriyaki chicken did not have the teriyaki flavor and it was full of veggies...the chicken fried rice...was dry and had very little chicken...the lo main was mostly noodles very little chicken...the orange chicken was so dry...like the chicken was cooked earlier..I live 8 mins away...the food was room temp...would not recommend this place to anyone...wanted to take it back and get a refund but they were already closed. Some of the worst service I have received in recent memory. Would recommend a hard pass. Waited about 8 mins after walking in to seat myself another 10 for a sever to come over to us. Saw my serve twice. Once when he took our order and once when he brought the food. Food overall was decent if not a bit cold. The eggrolls on the other hand should be avoided. Foul smelling and tasting. Again with nobody to come check on my party after I finished eating I wanted about 5 mins at my table before going up to the counter and waiting another 10 to check out. At closing I also learned to my kids sweet teas and my bottled sprites were the same price at $2.50 a piece. Some of the worst service I have received in recent memory. Would recommend a hard pass. FYI this place is not a buffet, even though the pictures might market its as such.

What happened ? The 1st time I went here the place was bustling with customers, had multiple staff members and was one of the best places in Crosby to eat. Now, I wonder about about security concerns in an empty parking lot. The place looks look its closed down, one staff member to take your money, another to cook your order. First time there. Ordered to go. Was looking forward to eating my meal and hot and sour soup. I have to say...not even close to the way it should taste. Meal was super salty and noodles burned, but the worst part is that the shrimp was hard and chewy. The hot and sour soup was nasty tasting, tasted old. Overall, the food was disgusting. I visited this restuarant as a child, again in 2017 and today (June 6th). Both of the most recent visits have resulted in me feeling like I wasted quite a bit money. The food tastes burned and the flavor is just not there however very salty. The egg rolls were disgusting and so were the entrees. Maybe Im choosing the wrong food but I highly doubt it. It is a big Chinese food place in Crosby that offers a lavish buffet for a good price, if this is what you are looking for. Besides all Asian tradition you will find some local stuff among the buffet items, like brats, cheese rolls or occasionally slices of pizza. The Sushi is surprisingly good and really affordable!
