Mr. Cotts is one of the most impressive attorneys I ve had the pleasure to consult with. He does not have the holier and smarter than thou presence whatsoever. He brings it back down to a human level and truly takes the time to listen to you to develop an understanding of your problems. He very clearly explains his processes, plan of action, and pricing. He s very transparent through this. He was so patient and kind with my father. Mr. Cotts knowledge with tax law is obvious and I am confident in my decision with choosing him to help my family. Im currently serving in the Texas Army National Guard and had an issue with the IRS. Long story short, someone stole my identity, and I was having issues with my Security Clearance. I had been going back and forth with the IRS for 3 years before I hired Mr. Cotts. He promised me he could have the issue resolved in 3 months, which he did. A little over a year ago, I went online to my 401k site to take out a distribution for the holidays. I screwed the pooch and accidently took out all of my money, which is something I didnt want to do. I called them up to ask if I could get this reversed? This where fun began. The IRS took the taxes and the people in the banking sector placed the money in a holding account Initially I was told 4-6 weeks. Then 6-8 weeks, then i was told it could fake several years. Not willing to wait this long, I employed a Lawyer named Daniel Cotts, out of C.C. Texas. Today I received word that most of the money was put back, with the rest coming. I believe I couldnt received this money as soon as I have without the help of Daniel Cotts. A gain, Thank You Mr. Cotts!
