Sarra R was absolutely a horrible waitress. If you don t want to work in customer service, then don t. When we first arrived we had an AMAZING waitress named Jelena and she provided great customer service and was very welcoming. Unfortunately, we were passed off to Sarra and she made me feel like I was an inconvenience and like I was bothering her. After asking for the bill due to lack of attentiveness, I realized Sarra was focused on eating instead of serving. I will not be coming back when there are plenty of restaurants or bars that have better customer service. To note, we were 1 of 4 tables (not busy at all).

Super cute spot but service is HORRIBLE. Server took forever to get our drink order, then took forever to bring out our fountain drinks she also took so long to even come get our food order. Never once brought us refills and when we asked she took about 30mins to even bring it out. Food and alcoholic drinks is understandable if it takes a while but her customer service and even brining out fountain drinks was unacceptable never been to a place where it take 30mins to bring out fountain drinks. We had to even cancel an order of wings bc we were waiting for them the whole game at this point we feel that she was just forgetting to ring in our stuff. Come to find out she added herself tip because she charged more than what it was shown on receipt.

Went for the dogs races. Which was fun except couldn t get a drink. Even standing at the bar for a drink with no one else in line stood for over 20 mins before finally walking away. My husband went up later to try and was talked to so rude by the bartender. Ruined our experience there

Atmosphere (dachtoberfest) is great however the barstaff is sorely lacking. It took forever to just get acknowledged at the bar much less actually get a drink. Asked for a Sam Adams Octoberfest and bartender says they only have summer yet I point out the tap handle. She then tells me oh were out of it. I go around to the other side and order it and weird that they serve it to me.

By far, the best and biggest venue in CC to watch sports and have a good time. I did not have food on my last visit. I was there to watch the Canelo Alvarez fight, and it was a blast. Lots of people there to cheer on their favorite fighter.

We came by, for the first, time to watch the game. It was 5:00 and they had stopped taking food orders. What sports bar closes their kitchen on a Sunday afternoon? Our waitress was nice but service was really slow and they kept running out of the beers we were ordering (Shiner?). Will not be coming back.

I reserved a table to watch a brazilian jiu jitsu event (Niche event) for my birthday and the manager Carlos was very accommodating. Carlos helped me set up before the event to make sure we were able view the event when the time came. Overall it was a pretty great experience.

There was only a waitress that was taking care of us. She was working with other customers who were there too. It was a Thursday night. Not very many people there. She was working really hard! Went for ufc 303 and my service was sub par. Ordered wings and never got them. Waitress stopped coming around and when I got her attention she said one second and came back 5 mins later. I was pretty dissatisfied with the whole experience that I closed out at the bar and didn t bother with the server.. It wasn t until a bartender named AREE provided hospitality that accommodated just enough to atleast make my return possible. Her know how of the service industry and hospitality should be the standard for all the servers at Little Woodrows.

The only reason I keep coming back is because I ve had so many great experiences at various Little Woodrow s while living in Houston. This location is a shame to the name. The first time I visited, they were out of all cheeses. Not just one kind, you couldn t order a cheeseburger, pizza, mozzarella sticks anything that had cheese. Every time since, the real issue has been the absolutely horrible service. The girls behind the bar cant seem to handle the orders that come in, despite the fact that the bar is almost always empty. The real issue is the absolute apathy of all workers here. Management needs to figure out how to actually serve a customer, having a big projector and lots of TVs will only get you so far.

Great venue with lots of entertainment screens, frequent live bands, and a variety of bar games to keep you engaged. You dont come here thinking about the food or service, you come here to mix & mingle. Good thing, because the first pizza was burnt to a crisp (as in actual charred black crust) and came out before the appetizers. This should have never been plated and definitely not served. They made us another one. We had a table of 10 which is fairly typical here and they are setup for large groups. All the servers were overworked, which made keeping everyone happy difficult. Ours did a good job trying, and of course compd the pizza without question. The difference between food that gets good reviews and food thats just meh is probably about 50 cents to a dollars worth of time and ingredients. Imagine how many more people would come in if everyone raved about the food. I mentioned my visit to several friends commenting about the large, fun space. Each of them said yes it is, but the service sucks without me even mentioning service. This is a clear indication of a leadership issue. Labor for wait staff is dirt cheap since they primarily work for tips. Having an extra server for all dinner to closing shifts is easily covered in 8 hours, and a labor cost of under $20. Thats a senior management problem, squeezing the golden goose way too tight. This was my first visit to any Little Woodrows. I now know to pick a venue that pays more attention to customer service and food quality.

Terrible service both times Ive been there, first vist sat at bar, and bartenders took a long time for drinks and appetizers... second visit went to see the Camelo fight, great coverage. But we had to flag down our waitress after she kept going by and not stopping to introduce herself or get our drink order. Every drink ordervwevhad to pull her over last time we wordered a couple of beers we waited well over 45 mins finally had to tell her to cancel our order and close out or tab. Going to stop coming here for events. Been here three separate occasions and somehow get charged for random drinks and sometimes charged for other people s order entirely. They say they fix it and then I get charged the wrong order on my credit card statement. Keep receipts if you come here just in case you need to dispute the transaction. Pizza is good though.

I love how many TVs there are and the drinks are good. HOWEVER, the service is terrible. It takes 20 minutes to get a drink. The servers come by only if you ask for them. We went today to watch some march madness and ordered loaded fries at half time, the game ended and we still didn t have them. No. No way. Do not recommend. Went to see a game, what a mistake. No table service unless we asked a manager for table service, and then saw one person an hour after we arrived then never again. We got our own drinks from bar, but even that took 30 minutes. As far as food, 3/4 of the menu sold out. This at 5:30 pm. We ordered 3 items. 2 arrived. One was queso, but that was not warm so could not dip a chip. Tried to speak to manager later about issues, but he spent the majority of the evening talking to a specific young lady at one table. We interrupted him showing her his tattoos to ask for the 2 of 3 food items ordered be removed from our bill. Perhaps when no game on this place might work. I will not be back to find out.

Went over to meet friends & family for the Dallas Cowboys game. Was surprised to see very few waitresses/ staff and a large crowd for the game. Reason for my review. Went on a Saturday night... walked up to the bar and asked for a drink menu and the hag bartender was like no, what do you want. Found another bartender on the other side that didnt have an attitude and was able to order a drink. Found a table and the server was worse than the bartender. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I received a burger from the restaurant, but they removed the cheese after initially placing it on the burger, even though I had informed them of my severe cheese allergy. This situation is even more alarming because had I not checked, I could have ended up in the hospital due to my severe cheese allergy. They brought me a remade burger that was burnt. Please stay away from this place. The food is so disgusting. The ladies who are the waiters have terrible customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND THSI PLACE.

I 10/10 would NOT RECOMMEND. Had two servers telling me two different answers about my found and I waited an hour to get my soda. My mother got her alcoholic beverage before I got my soda. Like I said and will let everyone I know I would not recommend wasting your time here. They even brought me a wrong check and it costed more. I don t know what else to say to convince you guys this place is horrible. First time experience and will never be back.

There were 6 of us. I received my food first. TEN MINUTES LATER, two other people received theirs. Then the 4th person. The 5th and 6th persons received theirs approximately 22 minutes after I did. What the heck?? We were the only people in this place!! My chicken quesadilla was served with Remoulade... is that nuts or what? My group voted not to go back !! Dietary restrictions: None!

Perfect example of why I prefer locally owned businesses. Ordered draft beer, and it tasted like the lines were dirty. It happens. Places try to save money. Request bottle. The waitress attempted to bring another draft, but I had already made made my mind up. Ordered appetizers of chips and sala. it was nice that they were fresh and explained the long wait. So long that our food came out with it. No manager in site and got charged for the rotten slimy draft beer! 15-18 for a chicken sandwich.

This is a great addition to Corpus Christi! I love the spacious patio, and especially the swing sets. The fried pickles are incredibly delicious. In fact, everything we ate was delicious. We plan to go back real soon! Highly recommended! Daye is the best waitress! Shes so friendly and efficient! All the employees are great, but Daye is the best! If you havent been there, go check it out. You wont be disappointed.

A large venue to catch all your favorite sports teams including a large patio with a big screen. It does get packed during some popular UFC fight cards and other pay per view airings. Never had a problem with food or service, other than the table service being a little slow during the aforementioned events.

Celebrated my bachelorette party here, and me and my friends had an absolute blast. The service and outdoor scenery was top tier, and the staff made the night so special. Went on Tuesday night & the service was horrible. Waiter was super slow we were drinking our water like crazy & she hardly came around. The food was gross. Everything we ordered came with a side of fries, then when our food came out she told us there was no fries, so they gave us tots. The tots were HARD and seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The boneless wings, the breading was falling right off & the fried pickles tasted old. our food wasn t hot but just a little warm. We didn t want to complain because we were starving and we had already waited a good 45 mins to get our food & it was hard to find our waiter the whole night. Mind you, there was hardly anyone there. Didn t care for this place and won t be going back.

Something Corpus needed was a place like this. The service was not. Sucks to say my friends and I had a not so great experience here. I ve been to this place when it s fully packed with people, to where there are only a couple people. The service is so bad here, they take forever just to greet and get to your table. This is a beautiful sports bar, but man after that.... We stopped in shortly after noon when they opened. We were doing reconnaissance to see where we could go watch a Wisconsin Badger basketball game. Nobody is in the place, bartender was ok, but not overly welcoming. She had no idea if the game we wanted to watch would be available, however she did get a manager in time to give us the information. We got a small lunch. Corndog and fries we split as it was 2 corn dogs and fries. The menu is very limited for the size of this place. There was no other tables getting food when we were there and the corndogs had raw dough inside, fries were low quality. Eat before you come to the game.

Should be zero stars. Horrible service from the beginning. Sat at a table for five to ten minutes all the waitstaff just keep passing us. We move to the bar where we got a drink and placed an order for food. Mind you it s a really slow night on a Tuesday. 45 minutes later still no food, bartender told us it s still a long wait for our food. I ordered one appetizer and. A sandwich both which should not take 45 minutes to begin with. I didn t stay to wait because by then we were hungry and in foul moods.Never again will I go there!
