I wouldnt consider hiring her EVER! Shes the one who takes advantage of elderly clients. The whole time i was her client, I never talked or even seen her. Then she kept herself as my lawyer after I fired her. Social Security fixed it to keep her from collecting a fee for doing absolutely NOTHING!

All i told her was if my father inlaw trys to put me down as a primary care for my mother in law without my permission (its fraud btw) she said she wouldnt give out information i was giveing a heads up bc he can get in serous legal trouble and they might get in trouble if they allow it without haveing me there or contacting me first i only agreed to be a care giveier if she agrees to move to her daughters place (bc i cant stand her dad)

Ive heard so many complaints about this Firm Neglecting to fully do their Job as an Attorney for SSI & Disability. But I had given them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately the rumors were infact true do to my experience with this Law firm. She had assured me 4 years ago in the beginning with such confidence We most definitely had a Great Chance for obtaining SSI & Disability. I have been denied after 4 long years of pain & suffering let alone mental disabilities. I have to admit In my personal opinion I would NOT Recommend This Law firm what so ever! In my personal opinion I would have been better off finding someone who cared about their clients or go threw Any other agency that wouldnt just give me smoke & mirror hopes & security in the firms abilities to do their job correctly.

I contacted the office because I had been denied 3-4 times for disability and see if they could help me. I was told they could help me with my appeal and it could be a lengthy process. I got a packet of what to expect and to contact my State Representative, which I did that and everything that was needed on my end to help my case. The process did take a few months and if I had any questions the staff would answer my emails or calls if not the same day it would be answered as soon as possible. The staff was always very helpful to me. I am glad I was referred to them because having to do the appeal on my own is very stressful and I knew they knew what needed to be done. I trusted them and I won.

(Wednesday, August 23rd) My initial phone call went good. The lady asked a few questions to see if I qualify, worth there time. I was told I would receive phone call for the lawyers assistant the next day. Phone call lasted a little over 28 minutes. (Thursday, August 24th) I just had gotten out of my doctors appointment and hadnt eaten since 11am. It is now 3pm. I get the phone call from the law office. The lady started asking me questions. it was now 3:35pm. I asked how much longer. I really hungry. She responded, 20 minutes but go ahead and eat and call me back. I called back around 4:15pm and was told she left for the day. I had to eat. I just recently found out I am diabetic. I called back again on Friday, Monday, Tuesday with no luck. I received a letter in the mail on Monday or Tuesday, stating I do not qualify for SSD. So, I call on Wednesday asking for an explanation why. I was given three reasons. Age, not insured and didnt see my pc provider enough. They had made there decision on wrong information. I see my doctor once week as well as do lab work once a week. I have to go to several different specialist. The second thing they got wrong was my date of insured by SSD. They had till Jan 1st of 2023. I told them it started Dec 1st 2018 till January 1st 2026. I ask are you going to reopen the case or take it since you have the wrong information. She said no. I tried called several times to complete the assessment with no luck.

When I became eligible for disability several folks referred Ms. Day. When I first saw her she looked like a woman who knows her job. She had 2 beautiful dogs with her. It was a sight of elengence. I told myself that I was in the right place. She won my case and it was true. Years later I got declined because I didnt have an address. I called the office and her secretary was rude and said they dont do appeals and hung up. Im still disabled and with this appeal.

I am a very satisfied client . Her team of Lawyers and her office staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I didnt know anything going in and was with another Company this other company was awful. Everytime I called to ask questions etc. I was given my new Case Advisor I had 6 or 7 in 4 months. It was bad experience but I fired them went to Kathleen Day and they walked me through let me know everything going on it was great. She also knows Medicare laws and your best plan depending on your needs. I recommend them highly.

when you seek council, you have this false sense of security with hope its now a level playing field, having this intelligent, hard working person with all the knowledge of the law thats needed to help your case. Unfortunately this is not what i experienced. Its apparent (from the comment section) not everyone is treated equally or received the same services or courtesy from this office. mrs. day seemed to have it all figured out, only when I stood in court I realized shes not helping AT ALL she just sat there (she wouldve collected had I won) not sure what she was doing, not her job. I found a good law firm from out of town, and the difference was obvious. In conclusion my advice keep looking. She also told me she does not file appeals. THEN WHY DID YOU TELL ME YOU DIDNT APPEAL YOUR CASES??? Im going off the words you spoke to me. Everything I said is true.

Worst lawyer to hire, my wife, lost case because her assistant lawyer that represented me was very rude, negative, stating that she never wins a case with this judge hearing our case. Just called this place to get help on a disability claim. Whoever answered the phone was rude and didn t seem like she wanted to be bothered. Very unprofessional. It s bad enough that people call this place for help and the untrained rude staff sound so bothered and inconvenienced with the call. I just told the girl who answered the phone she had a bad attitude and thanked her for her time and hung up. Would not recommend this joke of a place to anyone. This lawyer really needs to train her staff on how to communicate with people.
