I highly recommend using Witcher, Realtors, an amazing realtor company to work with when buying your first home. We were blessed with an Amazing Realtor Alyssa Barnes who went above and beyond with assisting us in purchasing our home. What could have been a difficult process Alyssa made it her priority in every way she could to make things easier in our process, she literally made herself available day and night. Explained everything very thoroughly. She promised from day one she d be there every step of the way even after closing and that s exactly what she did. We are forever grateful for Alyssa and definitely appreciate her time and hard work and all the effort she put in for us. She guaranteed us closing within 30 days and she made it happen! She literally lived every moment of everyday into our process and we are now in our home happy healthy and enjoying every minute of our new home! We definitely recommend using her as your realtor she s amazing and a true blessing!

Alyssa Barnes, is not only good she is exceptional! I had less than 24 hours to find a rental home for my family. We were relocating from NM for a new job with the college by end of June. She rearranged her schedule to set time to show me houses, we were able to accomplish the walk thrus, submit an application and get accepted for the home we chose within 7 days. She went above and beyond to give recommendations on location, places to explore and eat! She is a fun realtor with the drive to help you get into what youre looking for! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Alyssa Barnes 10/10!

The professionalism shown with this group will spoil you and ruin your future for working with other realtors. Truly an unmatched experience and never once were they anything less than proactive. If you re selling a house, she will get you every dime it can get. If you re buying a house, she will go to war to get you the best price. Despite the many glowing reviews, I want to share our unfortunate experience with Jane Marie. This is my first negative review ever, but I hope our story will save someone else s nerves and money. Jane Marie, who overpriced the sale of our house, leading to a significant waste of time. Despite our expectations of a lower price, she insisted on a higher price and promised a quick sale within the first week on the market. However, the house remained unsold even after four months. About a month after being on the market, she suggested lowering the price by $15,000, but it was too late, as valuable time had already been lost. Furthermore, Jane Marie made mistakes in describing our property when listing it. She understated the square footage by nearly 1000 square feet, causing confusion among potential buyers. In four months, we had only four showings, and there were no visitors during open house events at all . We were offered virtual staging services by our realtor to add some boost in the sale, but due to financial constraints, we declined. Jane Marie assured us that she would cover the designer s fees herself. To find a way out of this situation and avoid financial losses while paying two mortgages, we decided to rent out the house. Jane Marie insisted that November and December were the hottest months for sales, as investors poured money into real estate during this period. Our house was simultaneously listed for sale and for rent. However, for over a month, we received no inquiries or viewings for either option. Our biggest mistake was signing a one-year contract with Jane Marie, and when we tried to switch realtors after four months, we were asked to pay $1000 to terminate the contract, despite no such condition being in the agreement. This fee allegedly covered advertising expenses, photographer services, designer fees, and other unspecified charges. Strangely, we were not provided with any receipts, and when I requested photos of my home, which I had paid the photographer for, I was denied access for unexplained reasons. In conclusion, I would absolutely not recommend anyone to work with Jane Marie and her company as professionals. we got a lot of stress and negative emotions, and never sign a contract for more than three months.

My husband and I were moving to Corpus Christi for his job. One Saturday we decided to attend a few Open houses. Madison Rodriguez happened to be one of the realtors we met that day. She talked to us to see where we were at in the process. She also told us of some other places in the Corpus Area to look. That evening she was emailing us available homes on the market that had features we were looking for. We also needed to put our house on the market but didn t have any idea on a realtor to use. Madison started calling several realtors in our area until she found the perfect one for us. Once we listed our house we scheduled 2 long days of viewing the different houses we thought that we would like. We didn t want to put an offer until we had one on our house. Luckily our house received an offer in 12 days, over asking price. Now it was time for us to make a decision. We messaged Madison to set up viewings of our favorite ones. She also added a couple others. We had it narrowed down to 2 houses. We made our choice and Madison took care of everything else. Our mortgage broker told us that we could close in 14 short days as we needed to close on our current house by then. The offer was made and we had a successful closing on the day we needed. The title company created a temporary issue but none the less we moved in that day. Madison went above and beyond for us. Anyone looking to buy or sell should know that Madison will be fair and honest during this whole process.

First off I would like to say our agent Jo Ann Casas was wonderful, very helpful and made us at easy about placing our home up for sale. That being said we decided to do a broker walk through with this company. Well in walked Jean Marie whom proceeded to disrespect us by saying we needed to declutter our home by taking our family pictures down in the hallway. When I explained that we have sold homes before with our families pictures up, she became very rude and condescending. Telling us we would never sell this home with them up, and you do want to make money right. I explained to her we choose to sell and do not have to sell. At that time I ask our agent to have Jean Marie leave our home. You should never have to be disrespected in your own home, and by someone you hire. My wife and I were looking for a piece of property in the Corpus Christi area. We did not live in the area, so we were relying a lot on our realtor. Luckily, we were working with Eric Vela. Super nice guy, been in the area a long time, with great local knowledge, which my wife and I needed badly. We found a piece of property that needed a little work to be ready to live in. I moved to Corpus Christi from out of state and I already had a place lined up. It looked nice from the pictures, but when I arrived the house was a complete disaster. I wound up having to spend 5 nights in a hotel with a Uhaul truck full of my belongings packed in the parking lot, and I was stuck looking for a place to live over the holiday weekend. I randomly reached out to a contact listed for a rental property who then connected me with Eric Vela. Eric was super understanding of my situation, and he immediately started searching to help me find a new place (he literally called me back on Christmas day!). He went out of his way to show me properties on short notice, delivered paperwork to me at the hotel I was staying at, and spoke directly to potential leasing companies on my behalf. He was amazing to deal with and such a sweet person, I dont know what I would have done without him as I do not know this area at all and I was already exhausted from the move and it takes a lot of time and energy to plan showings and try find out about application processes, etc. If you are looking to buy or rent a new property I would highly recommend him! It was my first time looking for a place on my own. I was done with apartments I wanted a TownHome or a house and had a specific budget. Eric Vela was the first realtor I got in touch with that was responsive and gave me the attention I was lacking from other realtors. He was very professional and I could tell that he really wanted to help! It has been one year since I went through proverbial hell on a buyers behalf. The realtor was not seasoned, nor did they go to bat when the sellers agent decided to play hardball. As far as I am concerned we were a sellers dream. I didnt argue on the price, didnt ask for fresh paint, or a professional home cleaning. I was appalled on the final walk-thru as the sellers agent left the outdoor shed looking like something you would find in a foreclosure. My husband and I both felt disgusted and belittled in the entire process. It was not our first time with a home purchase, but the first purchase here in the state of Texas. Most reputable realtors would go above and beyond, and it was incredibly upsetting for me to have to get the broker Jean Marie involved. It made the entire buying experience an absolute headache, and I walked out the afternoon of the signing more relieved to be done with the realty business than the actual pursuit of purchasing a home. I have friends in the realty business in the state of Virginia that go above and beyond for their clients, but in leu of a fruit basket or a gift card to an eatery; I was able to get some holes in the wall fixed and a drawer in a California closet repaired. The irony in all of this was that close to three weeks after close, the sellers agent sent us a calendar magnet (rhymes with Phyllis) with their logo emblazoned. I actually hung it on the fridge as more of a satire of the ordeal. While I appreciate Jean Marie picking up the pieces, I did not appreciate the banter during closing, nor the pseudo anecdote of the sellers physical state. She is in fact alive and well. I am thankful for the experience on how not to do business with just ANY realty company in the area. Perform your due diligence and do your research as it will serve you well in the future.
