Very happy and impressed with Safe Harbor and the realtor Raquel Beyluni. The staged at my house at 15045 Tesoro drive, Padre island, Corpus Christi was beautiful. People appreciated the colors and beach style furniture. The house sold without any headaches. Best realtor of all time! She always goes above and beyond. We purchased our house a while ago, my husband and I were not able to see it in person beforehand being in a different state due to work...but she did a video walk through for us. She treated the walkthrough as if she was the one purchasing. Giving us advice on the good and bad of the houses we looked at. My family and I are so thankful we found Mrs. Bailey. The truth is simple, how many people can say they still know their realtor and like them years later. If youre looking for a home and you want to be treated like family, then this is the company for you.

I cant say enough great things about Safe Harbor Real Estate and Cheryl & Greg Bailey. Being first time home buyers, my husband and I had a ton of questions along the way. Cheryl went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. Even though our home was not purchased in Corpus Christi, they traveled to assist with inspections and closing - truly going the extra mile. Her real estate knowledge is very impressive, and even our builders representative stated he had never seen a more thorough agent. Having Cheryl represent us was the easiest and best decision we made during this process.

Cheryl Bailey SOLD another house for us! That makes two in just 3 years. The latest home she got sold had a contract offer on it after just a few days on the market. We talked with her about it, held out, and before you knew it we had two more contracts. There are several houses still for sale in the neighborhood we left, but Cheryl got ours sold. I dont know how she does it but I am glad to know her.

James was an absolute delight to work with! Seriously made the entire process of selling my home stress free & super easy! I was worried that since my home was located in a smaller town that it would take awhile to sell but in less than a month after putting it on the market, James had it sold with the buyers paying majority of the repairs & closing cost! For over a year we worked with Cheryl and her team and they went above and beyond!! They helped us purchase our dream home that was a fixer upper, with an as-is price and somehow managed to get the seller to pay for $10,000 in repairs. When selling our old home, they prepared us for the worst but delivered the best. Right before the house went on the market they increased the price and had it sold in two days. My advice to anyone looking for a realtor is just listen to Cheryl and her teams advice. We would recommend seeing Cheryl and her team to anyone even if they arent ready to buy or sell because of their knowledge and work ethic.

If you are looking for a home in Corpus Christi, Padre Island, Port A, Rockport, or any other surrounding area(s), Safe Harbor are the experts you want, trust me. I was very unfamiliar with the area and she made it VERY easy for me to find the right neighborhood and home. She still helps me find local contacts if I ever need it. Still willing to help me out even though I bought the home about a year ago. Cheryl has helped me out in many ways. Her and Greg have great integrity, not easy to find these days. Cheryl Bailey has been a God sent agent for the work weve needed over the past couple of years. My brother-in-law contracted ALS and we had to sell four houses quickly. Cheryl was very easy to work with and she was like a personal assistant in handling all the many details of repairs and contract transactions. My wife and I were so blessed by Cheryl and her team! We decided to move to DFW to be close to our grandkids and we encountered several issues with the builder which we suffered through without Cheryl. I strongly suggest that you do not want to buy or sell a property without having Cheryl on your side. God bless her and her new agency!!
