I really enjoyed the kabobs and mediterranean food. The food was colorful, hot and tasty. We delivered with Uber Eats. Naan and hummus didnt taste fresh. Very dry. Kabob meats taste great with rice. Beef Gyros was good but small for $17.00. Sufi Trio Platter $25 was good. Long waits if you dine in. Overall the best in Corpus Christi, Texas.

First time I went I did not feel welcome . I waited several minutes as the workers glanced in my direction but no one came to help me. Once I was finally helped I felt like I as a total bother. Never having been there it was not the greeting I had hoped for. I just tried a second visit and the same situation. I was never helped so I finally left and the person busy working in the back said thank you. Thank you for making it easy for me to never return.

I really enjoyed the freshness of my meal. Good selection of some Mediterranean favorites and the staff was cool. They have adequate space if looking to dine in, but I ordered my meal to go. Be sure to allow yourself some time because, as I said earlier, the meat options are cooked fresh to order.

I dined at Sufi Kebap and had chicken shish kebab and hummus. The food was decent, about 7 out of 10. However, the service was terrible. After the meal, we wanted to have baklava. We were told to pay first. They didnt clear our empty plates. The woman refused to serve the baklava. When I went to the counter to pay, she handed me the baklava in a plastic container. I felt uncomfortable and didnt take it. When I about to go out I saw bug in the restaurant btw. Never again.

I spend a fair amount of time in Corpus, and Ive eaten here before, but I felt that Sufi Kabob deserved a review. I eat Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food often, but Sufi is the best Ive had in Texas ( out of Austin, San Antonio, Dallas or Houston ). Im not going to split hairs about desserts, sides, hummus or whatever, but just the overall food tastes better here. I plan to continue eating here and exploring the other items on the menu as I have not been disappointed with any of it thus far. If youre ever in Corpus and get that taste for Mediterranean, do yourself a favor and stop here!

We stopped by this restaurant for lunch during our trip to Corpus Christi. The food was Amazing! It s freshly made, delicious and served hot at your table. The naans are freshly prepared, very thin and probably among the best naan I ve had. Hummus with Garlic naan is a must try! We also had some lamb kabab, chicken shawarma wrap and shawarma over rice. The place was very unusually casual with customer service. We were visiting to have a different menu style. Outside the restaurant it smelled like rotten carcass. The dumpsters seem to be full and smelly. Which didn t matter but the food and service was not up to the mark. Custom platter had tandoori chicken and lamb shish kabob that were not well done. We had to ask for extra condiments. For the price that they offer it might seem alright but there is so much they could improve up on.

Very good restaurant. I have been living in Corpus for 2 years, and Sufi is probably the only and best place for Muslims to have 100% Halal foods. If you like middleeastern or South asian foods, sufi is perhaps the best place to try. I highly recommend it. The staff is super friendly, and you will always find a neat and clean environment here.

Since I first wrote my review the owner took immediate action, I have been there 9 times since and everytime my order was correct no missing items no over charges. I want to Thank the Owner for getting this corrected cause theres no place in CorpusChristi or surrounding areas as good as the food here. EVERYTHING is great perfect now. We ordered from Sufi kabob last night because it s Ramadan and we wanted halal. We are not from Texas and are here for a couple days. My daughter and I ordered two chicken shish kabob platters. We almost missed out on their fabulous food. We drove here on a Saturday evening following Google map directions. There is not brightly lit sign and we had thought the place had closed. Defeated, we drove on but at the last minute, I caught their sign. We circled back and didnt regret it. The place is definitely mom and pop which is a plus in my book. We chose to split a lamb shank kabob with an extra small salad. The lamb was perfectly cooked and the salad was seasoned well enough to not need dressing. My wife enjoyed the rice also. Family of 6 went to dine in at this cafeteria style restaurant based on menu and reviews during our trip to CC. Food: we ordered chicken lamb paneer kababs, Veggie naan pizza, mango lassi. The chicken and lamb were delicious. The salad that came was not seasoned at all. The paneer was burnt. Falafal not so very tasty. Mango lassi was fresh and delicious. Naan bread was delicious. The worst part was the service and ambiance. Digital menu board and prices, yet there was a sign that due to supply chain issues the prices were going to be higher - which they were by $1-$2 per dish. Was charged a 5% service fee without any notice and then was prompted for a 18% tip at checkout. Why is there a service fee when there is a prompt for tip? The paint on the walls were peeling. There were notices everywhere about who is allowed to enter, using the right cups for soda. We understand that business need to protect themselves against people taking advantage of them but having multiple signs on door and the walls put us off. The restaurant was understaffed. The bathroom was locked. Overall a miserable experience, uneven food quality. Such a waste of location and opportunity to be a great kabab location.

The inside has about 5 tables that seat 4 people each. They have a good-sized menu with something for everyone. The food is amazing and cooked fresh to order. I love watching the employees cook while waiting for my food. Its fascinating watching them cook the Naan bread. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. Went in last night with my husband and son for a gyro. The Hispanic lady at the counter seemed annoyed to have customers. She and a younger girl were less than friendly. Upon looking for a table was disappointed to find EVERY table in the completely empty restaurant was dirty. We asked for a cloth to clean a table off ourselves. Our Naan Was cold. My Gyro was VERY cold and I could count the number of fries on my plate. We only ordered 2 entrees with a side of naan and the total was almost $60. The environment was dirty. Terrible customer service, and awful food. Will not be returning.

This modest restaurant has a great selection of Mediterranean food items. During my visit, it seems like most of their business is to-go as the dining room is spartan with less than 10 tables. The deli cases are full of meat skewers and desserts. The food was excellent. The naan was light and crisped to perfection and was great with hummus. The chicken shawarma was hearty enough to take half home and seasoned perfectly. If you re a baklava fan, I cannot recommend their version enough, it was light, not overly soaked in honey, and delicious!

The girl that answers phone will not take responsibility for orders that are wrong through Grubhub. Called and they told us it is Zabiha Halal, they get meat from Houston. We ordered food to be delivered at Best Western Hotel at Corpus Christi from here. The food was nice, we had chicken wrap and masala fries. Masala fries are good too. Chicken wrap is not that spicy but it goes well with green chutney. On the menu it did not say that chicken wrap comes with regular fries and garlic sauce. Since we did not know, we ordered masala fries on the side and ordered extra garlic sauce. We ended up with a lot of fries and extra garlic sauce.

I can say that it is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We went for a family dinner. The service was done with plastic plates and small plastic spoons. Plastic fork didnt cut hard meat and the knife didnt exist anyway! Our plates arrived at different times and the food was cold. The beef gyro was awesome, lots of fresh veggies and meat, the naan was toasted perfectly. Kiddo had the cheese naan pizza, also yummy, about the size of a medium pizza elsewhere. And last but not least the baklava with honey syrup was some of the best Ive had. Light, airy on the outer layers, more dense in the middle and the perfect amount of honey!

The place is so good. They have limited selection but they do the best in whatever limited menu they do. They have three naan varieties out of all are freshly baked in front of our eyes. Falafels, we re soft on the inside and pretty crispy on the outside and had perfect amount of seasonings, and tasted just perfect. Never had such yummilicious falafels. veg kabobs were so fresh and grilled in as soon as we placed the order. Their baklava was simply out of the world. So crispy and just the right notes of sweetness . Their chutney, hummus, and everything was fresh and delicious. I loved their food !! And I can t stop raving enough!!

Since moving from Austin, my wife and I had been looking for a great Mediterranean place to eat. We were so grateful to find Sufi Kabobs because their Hummus and tzatziki sauce were spectacular and made to order. The Naan was fresh and along with Hummus and the tzatziki made for a great afternoon lunch. We have now found our Mediterranean go to restraunt.

The food was better than what we were expecting! We had tandoori chicken platter, kafta kabob platter, fries with masala, and supreme pizza. Fries with masala was really good, the perfect amount of spice with tartness! Kafta kabob and the chicken platters were really good! The pizza not as expected but filling and yet light! This place is highly recommended! Plus it s halal! They had prayer mats!

Once again. Aint my favorite choice but I really luv my Definitely Extremely Better Half. She digs this kinda chow. Iraq and other fun-filled garden spots have jaded my view on this chow but here I am. Food was well presented, the rice was very good, my beef kabob was tasty, the Naan was also super fresh! Honestly, I have never wrote this long review for anyone, the food was so awesome, and the price was good, and I thought why not share my opinion as customer to make this place even better. Since the food was the main reason visiting the restaurant; I would rate the food taste as excellent, pretty fair amount, reasonable price, and tasty. The food preparation time was excellent as well; it took only about 8-10 minutes for the food to be come to our table. With all the points they have, the owner needs to work their customer service skills - like welcoming visitors, greetings and just some warm words would not harm anyone. Or, just a simple smile will make customers day and does not cost them anything. My little daughter was asking why no talks here. Likewise, the tables could have some napkins, and a little tooth picks on table and offering help or just mentioning the drinks are free and they have them in the corner. Because they serve the drinks free - it will be a free marketing for them and can simply benefits the owner, and the customers will appreciate they generosity. Hope to visit the restaurant next time with much better service.

My boyfriend and I went to eat here today because not only is the food delicious. There as well have great customer service, the staff is very friendly. I am a regular at this restaurant. However, today as we were trying to enjoy our meal a family came in. The kids were everywhere, pulling on the Christmas tree and playing with the lights that were put up. They complained about the food and started yelling at the manager making a whole scene. They wanted a refund for the food even though they ate it all and even called the manager not smart for giving them a solution they didn t want. If you can t afford to pay for the food you eat then don t go out to eat at restaurants. Kudos to the manager for handling the situation very well. We ll be back soon.

If you are looking for Mediterranean food, I give it 4 stars. If youre looking for Indian food, I give it 1 star, mainly because they dont really have Indian food. Yes, they do have Indian deserts. Yes, they have Lassi but its more like a vanilla shake than a Lassi. They have no Indian entrees, no dal. And nothing was cheap, to put mildly. The people were nice.

Best of the best you can get in the city right off the highway and get you a plate of the chicken shish platter with a great prepared side salad! The falafel is very compacted and the crust is right on top! I believe everyone should have this other then fast food this straight from the source! Btw the way the falafel is packed to go is so righteously fulfilling after a long grind day :). Finally , they also have been operating for 5 years with great flavor!
