How can the restaurant mess up Soup, Salad, & Bread sticks? This is how .. soup was completely watery near zero meat or anything else, salad was just salad not the typical salad thats all fixed up with everything. I was served chopped salad greens with one slice of tomato and one olive... Seriously? Bread sticks tasted old with a couple being hard. Its not a national issue, its a local issue.

Walked in to grab our fave soup and lemonade. Chicken & Gnocchi. Was unpleasantly surprised at how awful it was. My husband and I sent it back and just paid for lemonades. The soup was poorly made ( hardly any chicken, chicken skin eww which made it fatty and oily, larger vegetables than the meat and overall runny like it was made with mostly water.) Our server Sam was nice about taking it back so we paid and tipped her and left. Definitely will not stop by again if they ruined the soup then what about the food. SMH plus there was a really long wait for fresh breadsticks and it was 3:40pm so not very busy at all.

The food is always super great at The Garden as me and my family call it.We had the shrimp as an appetizer and I always get the Chicken Marsala as my entree.Its always on point and I recommend this restaurant for anybody trying to get away and enjoy a great lunch or dinner.Its an old school vibe that doesnt miss on flavor.

The food was okay and we had put a cash tip down on the table, and we realized that it had already took about $30 out for a tip when we paid with card and when we asked her about it she said yeah, but she still took the tip off the table so that was kind of the downside she basically got tipped twice and she didnt even think twice about taking the money on the table after we mentioned the $30 tip that was taken out when we paid with card.

This eatery has become a favorite of mine. Although I hadnt been to this specific location before, our waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The soup and salad, my usual order, were consistently good. Each member of our group enjoyed their dinner immensely. We will certainly return if were in the area again. The locations convenience to the highway and ample parking are significant benefits.

First of all I always go to Olive Garden, and usually I have a pleasant experience, but the last couple of times they got my order wrong,I spoke with the manager Javier and he assured me that he would take care of the matter, after several hours I called him back. He said he had gotten busy and would again take care of the matter! I understand getting busy, but it s been 48 hours and still nothing! I m sure I ll go back, but if you say you re going to do something do it!

The restaurant smelled like pee. The food was below average I order the 6 ounce sirloin with a side of fettuccini Alfredo. I order the steak medium and it came out like beef jerky. I dropped in for dinner, and it was cool. I ordered my usual Fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken fritta and a boat of Alfredo sauce for my bread. The breadsticks came out a little overcooked, so they were hard. For the first time, I ate the peppers in the salad, and I have been missing g out because they were good! Of course, I sat at the bar, and the bartender was pretty attentive.

to start, we were sat promptly and greeted welcomely at 8:30pm. The initial interaction with our server made it seem like she wanted us out immediately. She rushed us for our drink order, and every 2 minutes came back to see if we had picked literally anything off the menu, so we finally told her we would get the Ziti Fritta as an appetizer. Once she came back we ordered drinks and entrees (i ordered a Strawberry Limoncello Margarita), she came back to ask what i wanted again and i confirmed i wanted that drink. Our drinks and food come out, and we ask her where the appetizer was and she told us she didn t put it in after literally rushing us to order? and i told her it was fine and to not put it in at all. The drink i had received was in a different glass compared to the picture but i figured the bartender maybe ran out of the other glasses and substituted them. The drink was horrible and i drank it because i had ordered it and didn t want to cause the server to send it back. We order a dessert, and look at our bill to see that the drink i had ordered was put in as the spiked strawberry lemonade which compared to the menu looked like the drink i got, but indeed didn t order. We asked her about it, and she changed the drink on our bill to the one i ordered even tho i didn t receive that one?? so a manager (short man with glasses) happened to walk past and he came to talk to us, i told him everything that happened drink wise and he refused to take it off the bill because i drank it. YOUR server rang in the wrong drink (that was horrible anyways), proceeded to try to charge me for the one i didn t get (and was $2 more?), and now he s refusing to even compensate for the mistake. What if i was allergic to something that was in the one i drank because she got it wrong twice? he stated it was because of consumption but what if i had drank half the drink? does that mean i only get half a drink if they fixed it? all of that over a $6.50 drink after we spent $75. how ridiculous.

Our server Daniel was great. Very attentive, very professional and very personable. Our orders came out fairly quickly and accurate. Normally our meals are very good, however yesterday the pasta seemed to be much saltier than in previous visits. Probably a one-off thing, however that isnt the reason for my post. I have noticed that whenever I pay cash, it doesnt matter how much the bill, I get my cash difference rounded up to the next dollar. I dont know who is benefiting from this practice, but I dont appreciate it. I feel this must be the server doing this so I also leave a lesser tip amount. This practice seems to be rampant in the industry, and I dont like it. I usually leave a 20% tip if everything went OK, however when the server does this I leave a much smaller tip. I feel Olive Garden management need to nip this in the bud. Its unethical and wrong. How about making this practice a fireable offense? Thank you

I like Olive Garden because I used to work there when I was younger. This location is clean and typically busy. Thankfully we got sat right away and the service was prompt. For some reason we got sat at the booths in the bar area. Typically don t mind but they were conducting two interviews right next to us which was a bit awkward to listen to. Again, very impressed with how the management has kept up with the cleanliness of this place! Food was hot and was a good experience overall.

The food was delicious. We didnt get the salad 1st. It came after the main meal, so it was very tight at the 2 person table we were sitting at. This caused our food to be cold. Plus, we were sitting at a cold spot. We hadnt really made a dent in eating our food, when the waitress brought us take-home containers & carry bags plus our $6.00 take-home extras. Made us a bit uncomfortable. Does she need/want us to leave? And of course, theres no room for all this extra stuff shes placing on the table. So we packed our leftovers, paid, & left. Im not into this type of Italian food, as my family was half Italian (we ate a different style of food, guess there is a big difference) Anyway, was a descent experience al in all. Service was OK, seemed to be a little chaos, and confusion about table layouts, but other then that it was nice. Daughter left here purse there, when we left (we live an hour away) so we called to see if it was left, and it was. We said well be back in a week, maybe, if they could hold onto it for us, the said yes. I went back a little more than a week later, and they still had it. Unfortunately the money was stolen out of it, so my daughter was very sad. I of course reimbursed my daughter for her lost money, but this incident help to show her the type of people that are in this world (it was only like $6 in her purse) shes only 7 years old, and its a tiny pink n teal mermaid purse with matching wallet inside, so you know it a childs purse that youre stealing from. Anyway glad we got it back, and cant blame the workers, as it could have been them, or could have been a customer who found it, who knows. Would have been a 5 star rating if money was not stolen Oh, and before anyone thinks, maybe they thought you didnt tip well enough. One, it doesnt give them the right. Two, I ALWAYS leave a 20% tip or better, no matter the service I receive. This specific visit it was a tad over 25%

The shrimp scampi sauce is disgusting it tastes like pasta water with lemon. the bus boy had to be told to pick up french fries and broccoli off the floor you. dont want people walking into your restaurant seeing food all over the floor it shouldnt need to be said. but all in all the Olive Garden is the best place to get a fresh salad good bread good food thats not deep fried and the lunch menu is an excellent price and so are the entrees if you order at night because you usually end up taking home leftovers so its very good

This place is NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE.. The service most of the time is horrible. Why should you have to ask a SERVER for silverware, napkins, refills on drinks etc Plus THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS. They offer a promotion for 10.00 or 25.00 dollars but it s only PASTA AND SAUCE. If you want meat it s another 5.00 or so in reality you re still paying the full price menu. But the server does not tell you there s an extra charge until you get the bill. A side of salad is 4 or 5 dollars.. you still walk out paying 60.00 for 2 people. Just for pasta a soup and a few pieces of meat. They are way over priced. Pasta is one of the least expensive things to cook.. we used to go every week. Not anymore.. Then the servers EXPECT 22 to 30 % of that in Gratuity.

Just an all around great experience... From the time you walk in there till you leave the service and food is simply amazing. The bread sticks are so freaking good. My personal favorite is The Tour of Italy, having a bit of it all. Cant of wrong..

Quick service and delicious meal. The fettuccine Alfredo was creamy and scrumptious, and the Chicken Parmigiano was a perfect size. We were able to share the Tour of Italy as the entree and a spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. Hit the spot. Sicilian Sunset, a new beverage to the menu was lightly sweet and refreshing! Everything was great. Recommend getting there early, it fills up quickly! People were already seated and served less than 20 minutes after opening.

From S. A. It was very nice here. Food was good. We got the build your own pasta. Staff came by often for refills and to remove dishes. The manager walked around, making sure everyone was happy w food and service. Had kid meals for my grandson. Parking: Plenty of parking up front Kid-friendliness: Have kids menu which includes drink. Very nice Wheelchair accessibility: Have plenty of space to move around. They also have booths and tables so they can remove a chair if necessary

We had checked in online with the olive garden app and unfortunately it was not working correctly and our spot got skipped. We waited no more than 10 min and Zeke (Im guessing a manager.) Helped us and made sure we had a table very quickly on valentines day. He and the ladies up front were very nice and they took what could a have been a frustrating situation to a great situation. Thanks Zeke! And Mario our server was awesome and took very good care of us. Great experience because of the staff!

Best dish, there is the shrimp Alfredo. They put lots of shrimp and sauce. The servers are great. Always friendly and great attitude. They are always pleasant. Ready to assist you and make any changes to your meal as you prefer.
