The lady behind the desk was super unhelpful. It s Friday night and my husband wanted me to look for a particular item. There was no one was in the store, she didn t even get up from behind her desk so I could see her face, when I was asking her questions, so random. It appeared she was watching something or on her phone. Bad customer service.

Shawna is simply the best! She has always treated me like a treasured client instead of a customer. I shop for some more rare or hard to get items and she bends over backwards to work within her limited resource to get me what I want. She manages this location like a specialty shop that caters to its clientele. I really hope ZIPPS gives her more support and resource to build the base in this area. SHE is you alls secret sauce in this area! Dont lose her!
