Been there three times in the past 2 weeks and there was only one lady out of the three I saw that bothered to help. Also, it seemed like you needed a Microsoft account to use Microsoft programs on the computers.

The staff members are unable to give legal advice, legal opinions, or any interpretation of the law. Staff may assist visitors in using available materials. Staff includes a Reference Attorney who may be able to assist with the filing of court documents in Montgomery County in simple family law cases, if the parties are in agreement on all issues, and if none of the parties is represented by an attorney. ~The Montgomery County Law Library is open to the general public. Members of the general public are welcome to come in to do their own research. There is no fee to use the legal resources on premises. Wireless access is available. Computers are available to conduct research using various online legal databases; and to access the internet to search other legal sites. A multi-function printer is available to photocopy, scan, fax, and print from computers, according to a schedule of fees, and in accordance with copyright law.~ The Law Library is a research library, with its collection focused on the area of Texas law and documents; with access to the law of other states available via computers. They also have United States statutes and cases. There are books and online resources in the Law Library collection that provide guidelines for making legal forms. Books and materials may not be taken out of the Law Library. ~The Law Library makes available legal print and online resources to local judges, litigants, and attorneys. ~This is directly across from the courthouse, therefor parking can be awful as it is the downtown area, but thankfully, there s a public garage nearby so you can potentially (usually) snag a space in there to keep your car out of the heat.

Be aware that this is downtown Conroe so parking spaces are very limited. The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all, very dry. Also, there are certain forms unaccessible for certain cases such as step-parent adoption and termination of parental rights.

The categories and number of sites you censure is identical to how the communists and other rogue dictatorships do. You are no different. This should be a wake up call to everyone!
