I love this place! Im not sure if many of you know, but there is a discord server dedicated to getting/posting a photo of your Canes order. If you come to the USA, youre obligated to have at least one or two canes meals. The food is good and so is the service, the workers are fast and the chicken they get is high quality. It can get loud in there sometimes, but thats just because its popular.

Literally got about a half of what I usually get as far as the amount of fries. There were no employee interactions. We ordered online & my order was sitting on the counter. I picked it up and we sat & ate. Nothing special.

Sneaky sneaky, hey, I don t mind paying nearly dollar extra for the canes sauce but to make the containers that hold the cane sauce shorter to give us less should be considered a crime against the public consumers. Sorry but I won t be going back to canes, the lines are too long anyways. Update: I called, no answer however, they did call me back in attempt to reconcile the situation. I appreciate the call back and the service. Will update again.

If you want fried chicken, Canes is a great place to go. My only complaint is in trying to get ketchup out of the dispenser. You could have a birthday trying to get enough for the fries and chicken. I know its heretical, but I dont eat the Canes sauce.

After calling to discuss my discrepancy with the manager, I was hung up on. The chicken in each basket is soggy from sitting. Theres pieces of just broken off from the fryer. Each piece of chicken is a different color tone and the most minute piece of chicken ever seen in my life. This was my go-to place all the time but I am for from this point forward reconsidering other options. Note , I just picked my order up 7 minutes from the place of the order.

1st timer!! 1st timer!! I have always avoided placed that Hand Bread Chicken chances are 95% sure there will be HAIR in it. Randomly trying it for the 1st time I was correct super over rated establishment, but I also noticed some hits as well. The restaurant location open, spacious, clean not new but kept up for sure. Toast absolutely bomb and delightful its the BUTTER for sure. Fries needs some Seasoning and I mean Literally throw some Seasoning salt any salt on those fries. Signature sauce definitely not all that basic Mayo and Ketchup mixed with something else not a fan with Bland fries Noooooo..... Now that hand battered chicken right. Yes, absolutely hair in the batter lights on eyes examining blond hairs sticking out of one piece of my 2 piece sooo a waste of money as I threw it out. My request Freshly cooked it was but seriously Chic Fil A I stand never will I go against what I already know about these restaurants they are too loose with their staff HAIR NETS and cover up the FOOD not at all a complicated request when you spend your money on a product that should be up to par.

We had a huge order for pick up Saturday night. When I was pulling in to pick it up, I got the call that we needed to add 200 more fingers to the order. I walked in to ask if we could add to the order, and the employees happily took care of making the extra fingers and had me loaded and out the door in under 20 minutes. Amazing service!
