I would like to start by saying I have loved in Conroe for 4 years now and my family and I have ate here multiple times throughout the years and have never had a experience like this before with this establishment. Today my sister and I and my sister s friend decided to go eat here for lunch. My sister and her friend went in before me so I am not speaking about the experience before I arrived to the restaurant. When I got there I sat and got my food and talked with my sister for a bit. My mom called and we did put her on speaker and although we only on the phone for about 1-2 minutes i would say we was a bit loud which when i noticed i told my sister to quiet down and from then on we talk in a low tone or wasn t talk at all. The first instance was our waiter comes and takes a couple plates she was then talking with my sister and her friend and then she left. Once she left she came back shortly with a check which confused me because I still had a plate of food and was actively still eating. She then asks us if we together or separated and we told me she leaves and comes back with the checks split how we needed. She then left again but came back two more time to ask how we were paying and picking up plates we weren t even finished with yet. So at this point i am aggravated because It feels as if we are being rushed out and yet I am looking around and I don t see any other waitresses doing this to their customers. So we got up and as we were going to paying the women is showing frustration as if we were not moving as fast as she wanted to. My sister was the first to pay and the lady kept asking her repeatedly is she was using apple pay in a rushing manner and then when my sister says yes she then proceeded to pull my sister by the arm to the machine and this is when i told her she does not have to put her hands on her which is when she just nods and smiles. I was then up to pay and she was also rushing me and as i was unlocking my card she kept asking many many times was i using apple pay and snatching my card once i told her no. Im not sure if maybe she was getting off of work and we were her last customers or what but it was a overall bad experience and I pray they will read this and change some behaviors so more customers are not feeling this way. I will not be returning.

Food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Service is always attentive, welcoming, and quick. Bathrooms are always clean!! We enjoy coming here and appreciate Cindy, Linda, the cooks, and waitstaff. Oh and people LOVE the spicy crawfish and steamed snow crabs. I enjoy a hot cup of jasmine tea with my meal. Erika Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here and they have many options plus ice cream.

The picture is the size of the buffet. Then they charge you if get more then a few pieces of sushi (I think more then five pieces) which is crazy. I will NEVER go back there. Kioku is huge, clean, friendly, plenty of space& just in EVERY way better!!!

Boy! I have sat through one hour of endless eating, love their sushi truly fresh and best cooked and prepared sushi rice! I love the nigiri salmon the most.. Also enjoy the Chinese cooking too, broccoli beef, sweet sour chicken/pork, Definitely return for Friday,Saturday and Sunday dinner time for the giant crabs

This isn t best buffet I ve had ,but I was in the area so I decide to give it a try , very small seating some of the food were fresh some taste old , only thing I like here was the crawfish it s well seasoned with good flavor and spice , the service was poor and the atmosphere was alright the table an chairs need to be clean properly

Went in about 130 fixed my plate sat down and started eating FOOD WAS COLD. Told waitress she took my plate to kitcken . A few minutes later she brought it back hot she took plate of food and microwaved it. I as ferious and got up snd walked out and let everyone in the restaurant know why Went back and they have gotten there act together. Food was excellent and fire hot Will be going back soon.

Great food and amazing service. Waitress always kept our table clean and free of plates. The food was hot and fresh from the kitchen! A few of my favorites were the sushi, fried Rangoon s and the ice cream machine. (There was chocolate and vanilla.) I wish some of my table s other favorites came out when we were wanting to try it, but we didn t get the chance to try some of our fresh favorites. Other than that no complaints.

Great place for what it is. Its not a five-star restaurant. But if youre looking for a variety of seafood and dont mind a buffet, this is your place. They even have snow crab legs with melted butter included with the dinner buffet at certain times of the week, mainly on the weekends. Just call ahead to verify.

Stay away unless you like old, tough, dry chicken and bland noodles and fried rice. I know it s a Buffet and the food can sit for hours, but it should be refreshed often. Catfish was great hot out of the fryer You have to time it right. Crab was old and hard to eat the claws when they aren t cracked open for you. Shrimp was super dry and chicken was lack luster and zero flavor. Convenient place if you are in a rush, but if you re looking for fresh Chinese food, run the other way.

We tried this place out for the 1st time. We love Chinese buffets so we drove 35 mins to give it a go. We went for their all u can eat crab legs. They had lots to choose from. The fried fish was good and they have several options for shrimps to choose from. I liked everything I tried. The only thing that was not that good was the beef and broccoli. It did not look appetizing. For sure, the hot and sour soup was 1 of the best I have ever had. It was soooo good!! The place was clean and well kept. The service was not bad, certainly not the best. The hostess was a bit lost. I definitely recommend this spot.

Neither the food nor the service is hygienic. I had to call a Chinese woman to see that she had hair. The food had to wait while it arrived. Everything was scarce and after a while they began to fill up again, but out of hunger I had to eat what I wanted. was left at the moment

I feel like the restaurant is smaller but provided good food exactly like the other buffets. I ve been here a over a year ago, but everything is just as nice. I ve been to Kioku buffet, just down the street twice over the last year. The total for one person was $16.88 without a tip, while Kioku was slightly over $20. If you have a large family going here might be worth it because it s exactly the same food and just as good. Slightly less different dishes. I ve been to Ni s Chinese buffet over a year ago, near Incredible Pizza just south, but the food wasn t good. Nothing there tasted great. I think my least favourite thing was the stuffed mushrooms. I went strait for the sushi first thing because I wanted to get stuffed on rice first, everything was good over all. I really like some of the red meats dishes like the ribs, porks and beef. I like trying everything, there is a lot of choices, but I really like the Clam with the chopped crab meat mix. There wasn t a ton of vegetables but lots of fruit on the end. I also really like the seaweed and side dishes for the sushi. They constantly kept making more things and were busy in the kitchen. I think of Korean, Japanese and Chinese. I like the music choice. The building is cleanly redone, even though the outside looks old part of the city. I didn t eat all day really so thank you for letting me stay and write the review. They give 10% off for the review so I was more than happy to tip 10%. Even though I ate more than my fair share, I didn t feel rushed to leave. The waiters seemed pretty nice. I read another persons review and realized the cheese cake is in a fridge cooler by the door. It doesn t look great, but it tastes better than the ice cream. While this isn t a 5 star restaurant, it doesn t cost $100 for a meal. The floors and other small repairs will probably eventually get repaired if more people come. 5 star Value dinner. If your feeling healthier I always like to go to Jason s Deli for a salad buffet.
