So we sat down and a guy threw coffee on his wife a couple tables over then hit her with the mug!!! Apparently she was cheating on him? But still we witnessed domestic violence at this location and the staff all came to watch it happen and try to help. My food was great but my friends eggs got sent back 3 times because they were over cooked 3 times. So she ended up saying forget it and just eating her avocado toast. Having to send eggs back that many times isnt acceptable.. Hopefully this location gets better because I LOVE first watch.

I shared a delightful brunch mid-week with my daughter. I was concerned at first that this meal contrary to a typical weekend brunch would be lackluster and service would be nominal at best. To my delight, I was so very wrong! The food was hot, fresh and outstanding with a distinct hand-crafted feel. The service was stellar without being over bearing. It was a great way to share a meal with my daughter.

First off, if the restaurant itself didnt need a winter coat to enjoy the friendly folk and good food it would be a 5. It is the end of summer and yes when the restaurant is packed SOP is a 65° AC setting. However, I have no idea why, but I always need my winter coat to dine with yall. Jeromey? Not sure if I spelled his name right is a keeper, oh my is he talented and wanting to blossom. He asked me a few questions to which I answered. I hate the texture of omelets but like frittatas- in short he was hungry to know the difference. The kid is hungry for knowledge about food and about learning. I love seeing that in our future generations. He was supper attentive as well. Food was good as always. Having a local place that staff recognizes you and is always smiling is such a refreshing thing to have in the neighborhood. Dietary restrictions: They are clear about where the allergens are.

I had a frustrating experience at First Watch in Conroe initially, where a promise about a menu modification wasn t fulfilled. However, the way the front of house manager, Ashley, handled the situation truly turned it around. She was incredibly friendly and took the time to invite me and my family back to make amends. On our return visit, Ashley personally ensured our table was well taken care of and went above and beyond by covering our entire tab, which was a generous and unexpected gesture. I was just hoping for a free appetizer and an apology at most, but Ashley s commitment to making things right and her attentiveness were far beyond what I could have imagined. The staff at this First Watch location are welcoming and clearly care about their guests. Thanks to Ashley and her team, we had a wonderful dining experience and felt genuinely valued. I m looking forward to returning to this amazing restaurant again and again. Highly recommend!

My first time here for a bday brunch. The menu selection was great and I had a hard time making up my mind. I ordered eggs over medium and they were prepared over well. Although, my husband s eggs were prepared correctly (over medium). Even so, the food was delicious and the seasoned potatoes alone will bring me back. Next time I have my eggs pouched.

Tried for the third time to take my family here to dine, again watched several families and couples arrive after my family of five to be immediately seated. Hostess staff was aware and attempted to discuss what they were doing only demonstrating they further were clueless. This has happened to my family 3 times now. Simply put, they do not support groups or families larger than four and intentionally avoiding these groups with prejudice is no longer acceptable. This is why I am warning patrons to avoid this restaurant as that is just rude and wrong. Can t comment on the food as I have yet to have a chance to try it, can comment on the atmosphere as I felt unwelcome the moment I said table of 5. You re better off going elsewhere.

This was, without a doubt, the best experience I ve ever had. The FOOD was hot & outstanding from the well prepared eggs whether poached or over-easy. Next the Banana Granola Pancake flavor profile was spot on for homemade banana bread and a Belgian Waffle delivered wonderful flavor. We enjoyed the butcher shop quality and flavor in each Pork Sausage Link. Now dont forget the 100% Cold Squeezed Orange Juice with Pulp tasted like it was just picked off the tree and the coffee had a smooth, slightly robust flavor! These 2 breakfasts were an excellent start to the day!! COMPLIMENTS to the CHEFS!! As for the SERVICE, KELLY was so patient and attentive to OUR every need! Recommended a 1st time breakfast treat for us... The Million $ Bacon. We never had to ask for refills on coffee or water. KELLY always had a smile, cheerful personality and made us feel like we were the ONLY ONES in First Watch!! YOU started our day out on the right foot! KELLY, thank YOU for such EXCELLENT service!! Parking: Somewhat difficult due to the MULTIPLE businesses at this location sharing one sizable parking lot. In addition, each business was not allotted handicap parking.

My mom and I had an impromptu breakfast date and decided to try out First Watch. It s a very nice, comfy and aesthetically pleasing restaurant. Our server Tiana was awesome. She took her time to answer the thousand questions we had about their well stacked menu and she took care of every request. And the FOOD!! Oh Em Gee!! EVERYTHING was delicious. Tasted like it was made in a private kitchen just for us! I highly recommend their flavored pancakes (mom and I tried the carrot cake pancake and the banana granola crunch pancake). Their fresh juice was also delicious. We will definitely be back for more!!!

I just went in the morning to have a delicious lunch with my husband and I had to see how the waitress who greeted us, a mature white woman, gave her a plate at the bar (the chef) , with the salad served For someone who wanted to take it home in a box and she grabbed a piece of chicken and bit it before putting it in the box to take it to the lady who was waiting at her table to take it home, it seemed very unpleasant to me. You pay for a dish and it is unfair that it arrives incomplete and that there is no one to supervise that section. It is very easy for the customers lets see whats happening back in the hallway.

I stopped in for breakfast while I was out working to help with the storm damage from Hurricane Beryl. I asked if we could get some ice and we were able to fill our coolers for free. We were even told to come back anytime we needed more. This was such a blessing. All of the convenience stores were sold out of ice. The staff and food here are amazing!

I feel like it has been a long time since I have been able to give a rave review for a restaurant but First Watch makes it easy. I visited First Watch for the first time ever on Thursday, July 4th. The restaurant has a fresh, modern farmhouse style decor. Its beautifully decorated and it was very clean. There werent many people when we arrived around 8:30 a.m. But it began to fill up over the course of our time there. Aaron was our server and he was an absolute delight. One of the best servers I have had in a LONG time. I had the shishito hash skillet and it was delicious! My friend ordered the lemon blueberry cornbread and a veggie omelet. She also ordered the watermelon wake up juice. WOW! That is appropriately named because it WILL wake you up! She didnt end up liking her omelet due to the texture of the goat cheese and kale. The texture and flavors just werent to her liking but Aaron didnt skip a beat in helping her get something she would enjoy. The store manager, Keely Hayden, even made a visit to our table and asked for feedback about the meal and gave my friend a coupon for her next visit. Talk about above and beyond CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was really surprised at the level of top notch service that we received - Keely, the steps you are taking to set your restaurant above the rest--please keep it up - it is NOTICED.

We love First Watch for breakfast and Brunch (they do have Lunch but weve never tried it). It has a very good breakfast thats a step above most breakfast joints. Today the service was a little slow. We were at the Conroe location so not sure if thats normal for them. We usually go (and prefer) the location and 249 & Louetta. But this was good food for sure.

My rating: ***** Comments: My wife and I just had breakfast at your Conroe TX location (449 S Loop 336 W; #1000; Conroe, TX 77304). First time at First Watch. The food was delicious and we both really enjoyed it. I have no complaints but I do have some suggestions: - We are seniors in mid 70s; the wait staff wont have to repeat themselves IF they look directly at the person when speaking; also speak clearly (enunciate) and a bit louder as many seniors have difficulty with softer voices (often female). - my loaded omelet (with pico de galla) was delicious but it would have been better if salsa was available. - my wife loves a latte with her breakfast - it would be great if you served them as well. If the answer is no, could she bring her Starbucks Latte into the restaurant? I spoke with Ashley about this when paying - she was very pleasant and receptive to my suggestions. We live close by so we ll be back!

This was the 1st time I have been to this particular First Watch. Due to it being Mothers Day we arrived just before it got too busy. The atmosphere was good enough to level out my 19mth old and her few dramatic moments but the sitting arrangement was not good. The table was roo small for the big plates they bring and in arms reach of a toddler in a highchair. My day was one of those days when everything was not going well. Murphy kinda day. I ended up at First Watch where I was going to have some coffee and wait for my wife to pick me up. Missy, the pic with her nose on the door, brightened my day right up. The menu looked great so I invited my wife to join me for breakfast. Taylor kept me hooked up with coffee until my wife arrived then delivered our food which was delicious. Turned into a great morning!!

First Watch is a fantastic restaurant! I tried the Purple Haze and my Mom tried tropical sunrise fresh aqueezed juices- they were refreshing and beautiful! My Mom and I shared the Avacado Toast and the Salmon Frittata. All the food was excellent and Id order it again. Open atmosphere, attentive customer service. I highly recommend!

We went last Monday with my parents visiting from out of state. Oddly enough, the last time we went was also when they were visiting from out of state they always come in the morning so we decided to go for breakfast. Our first visit was a few weeks after the location opened so we figured they were still working out some kinks because the service was good but food took a little while, and we were missing some items that were supposed to come out that we had to ask for and one of the meals was made wrong. This time, the only thing that was made correctly was my son s pancakes. My husband s grits were undercooked and did not have a lot of flavor. Both my stepmother s and my poached eggs did not come out poached at all, they were cooked all the way through, they were essentially boiled. My dad s eggs were cooked over hard instead of over easy and bacon burnt. We had to request our eggs poached (2 for each of our entrees) and made new, and the server looked at us like we were crazy. It took about 10 minutes for new poached eggs to come out so by then the rest of my food and my stepmom s food was cold. My husband didn t even bother mentioning his grits and just ate a little bit and he didn t want to hassle/wait to send it back plus we had an infant with us. My dad didn t bother either. He was irritated and just hungry. We won t be back. With this many issues and having to wait so long for two meals to be fixed with the main item made wrong and everything else getting cold, and manager should ve been sent out or we should ve at least been comped half of what those two meals cost and the server never even made a mention of it nor did a manager come by so I doubt they even found out about the error.

I ve visited First Watch in Conroe a couple of times and loved everything about it. I decided to have my order delivered to my home recently and my order was missing three drinks. I called the location and was told that I had to take the issue up with DoorDash, before I could get a refund. There is no contact number for DoorDash for issue resolution on the order. From here on I will ONLY dine in and NEVER have my meals delivered from First Watch.

This place has been a great breakfast spot for my girlfriend and I. The food is always spot on, the people are friendly and we always leave happy without our wallets being drained. We had a waitress named Missy today that recommended the best pancake we ve had. It s a banana granola almond crunch pancake and a must try if you have a sweet tooth. Missy crushed the recommendation of the pancake and the service, she was full of energy and never left us hanging.
