They have renovated the long walking trail around Tara and its very nice. Toilets: Clean and convenient to the playground. Dog-friendliness: Very dog friendly with several plastic bag dog poop dispensers around. If only everyone committed to using them. Picnic area: Covered picnic area with tables and bench for about 30 people.

Cute little park with playground, the ground the playground is built on is a rubber texture good for keeping those little knees safe from scrapes and an adorable nature walk. A big field for the kids to play in. And a couple of covered seating spots. Playground: Rubbery surface so its not full of those terrible wood chips kinda bouncy Toilets: Covered building 2 restrooms Dog-friendliness: Big field for dogs to run and play. Picnic area: 2 covered Pavillions with bench picnic tables

Playground: The playground is really modern. I havent been to sparker park in a long time today I stopped after my doctors appointment and I had my dog with me. My dog, Cleo was very excited. We did not walk very far I had covid 19 so bad that it crippled me. I was happy to see other people enjoying the park.

Has soft floor, not mulch which is amazing. Theres a toddler section and a bigger kids structure. Theres a lot my 5 year old cant do yet as the structure is more about climbing, not connected walkways and slides. There are bathrooms if you need them. No real shade on the playground and the Pavillion isnt close enough to sit at if youve got kids you need to keep an eye on. You can walk the sidewalk loop around the fields.

The sidewalk that extends through the greenbelt and out to Cheek Sparger rd is a 2 mile loop. The whole thing is paved and Ive never had to worry about puddles too large to get around. The playground is above average because the ground cover underneath the playset is a soft squishy material that feels great to walk on and will absorb a lot of energy if one were to fall. The public bathrooms are exactly what you would expect. And the covered picnic table area doesnt leave much to be desired.
