They are very rude! Updated comment to add the story of what really happened and the managers comment below is nothing but lies. The Management should be evaluate specially, how they were talking before I walk up. I believe his name was Steven and he ask us to get the glass off the table one time and we did. I was notified my nephew had paid $35, I said NO I have a tab he shouldn t have to pay. I went and asked Raven why would both of us have to pay for the pool table and she said she would look into it. I seen an aggressive white guy with the ball head behind the bar seemed to be yelling and he was saying something to Raven and Steven a tall black guy with dreads was there as well(the other rude one). I walked to the bar and I asked if this is about the questions I had and he was very rude and disrespectful. I said there s no reason to be rude this is poor Customer Service I m just asking a question. Why do we both have to pay for the pool table. I m only asking a question to understand. At that time I was told because the condensation from the glass got on the table there is a fee. I told the white guy behind the bar that s all I was asking and I don t understand why You have this demeanor with me and Steven shouldn t be working on the floor he should be a bouncer if he s gonna be aggressive and rude. The guy behind the bar which seemed to be the manager was very rude as well and I said this is poor Customer Service simply because I m just asking a question. Raven was my waitress and she was very nice and understanding and she didn t deserve that either. The first time they asked and we complied . Again Raven was AWESOME. the other two guys shouldn t be employed there I used to love this place. The increase in customers seems to have overwhelmed the manager because he didn t even know how to handle a simple issue without displaying frustration and hostility.

First timer coming to this place and its a must to stop by. The customer service by Alyssa was spot on. You will not go thirsty here. They check up to make sure you are all good every minute. I came to see the Football game and then a baseball game. The staff Jimmy made sure we were able to see the baseball game after he had trouble uploading the channel. I will come by again and so should you. I give it a 5 star review.

They have karaoke on Tuesday and Sandra the kj is there in time at nine pm Not a huge crowd to sing which is why you should get your rear there to practice. Well bar drinks cheap all night and the dj is amazing.After my second time to see her she actually hugged me . Wow! I ll be back. Even though most of the crowd is playing games of pool one of the bartenders sings like a pro. People at the tables take the time to clap for you .Well done Kid-friendliness: Saw some very well behaved kiddos there

The sports bar side is great. Drinks are decent average price, the people who work there are polite. As for the billiards part, its horrible. For a pay per hour establishment its one of the worst Ive seen throughout the middle of the United States up to South Dakota besides P.O.E.T.S which shouldnt even be open. They desperately need to refelt the tables, fix rails, clean the balls and have enough pool cues for the customers. These tables arent even league legal. It doesnt cost that much to maintain that many tables for how often they are used and filled. They need to have more respect for thier equipment. They need to have regular darts as well.for the league players. All of these issues are MAJOR issues, but easily fixed if they care enough for the establishment and customers. A constructive criticism review is definitely far from bad mouthing. The point of public reviews, is to let the business know the pros and cons of their business, while informing the public. This creates a transparency between customers and business for customer service while also showing the public how the business handles professional constructive criticism. I wouldnt say that I have an expert opinion, but I have seen my fair share of billiard(pool) halls. Coming from a town thats well known for producing the best 8 ball and 9 ball players in the world. Its not difficult to see the quality of the pool tables felt with holes, dirt, and heavily worn marks. These tables need to be maintained. Like I mentioned before, these tables dont qualify for league standards. Thats saying a lot since most leagues are played out of bars and other pool halls. All the standards for leagues are posted online for each one with all requiring very similar standards for tables and lighting. Please dont be condensending when someone gives a solid true review that you dislike. You said that you strive to have the newest and best for your customers, but yet after other similar reviews, you never fix the issues after a few years. You cant say that you will do something and never do it. Thats very unprofessional. You can look at all the previous customer reviews and see the same pattern. Not enough cues, table quality ect. Then you can see that the owner does not make any fixes after he says he will.

Have been here many times and service is always great, ditto on the drinks and entertainment. However, tonight I was highly dis-appointed. My group ordered a round of lemon drop shots and they tasted like there was no alcohol in them, they tasted like water. I found our waitress and she escorted me and half my shot to the bar. Explained to the bartender who then spouted out the recipe for a lemon drop. I said that fine but these taste like they have no alcohol. They taste like lemon water. Manager comes over sticks a stir stick in the shot then puts it in her mouth and she then spouts off the recipe again I say thats fine but these tasted like they were lemon water. She states she can taste the alcohol....LOL...my thought was how can you taste anything out of a stir stick. I picked up my shot then set it back down and told them they could ditch it for me. Thats how bad it was. 4 downs scored no touchdown touchdown tonight...

My hubby had his diaper party here and it was prefect. I was able to show up, decorate and leave. The staff took over, so my husband could enjoy his event and not worry. They had their own section and staff took care of ensuring food was on time. We added on the beverage package to keep water and soda on the table at all times! In town from Virginia, and just wanted a laid back place to grab a cold drink, so I stopped in Four Downs to check it out. Kylie was my bartender, and she was absolutely great. Being alone, and from out of town, I appreciated the fact that she took the time to actually carry on a conversation with me. The establishment itself was spacious, with lots of pool tables, dart boards, and various other games. Looks like it would be a fun place to hang with friends if you happen to be with a group.

Very good spot to watch the game, and it s easy to drink here for cheap if you just order what they have on special. Also, the one concern everyone puts is they don t serve their own food, but it s located within 5 minutes of a Mexican place, a pizza place, a wings place, a burger place, and a sandwich place, and they let you eat inside. So, in reality, their own flaw isn t that big of a deal. Definitely worth checking out the next time there s a big game or fight on

Lacey (I think that s how you spell it?) is the BEST waitress ever !!!! She is genuinely one of the sweetest and most helpful people I have EVER interacted with in the food industry!! I know it can be a tough one to keep the smile on your face, but Lacey did it with grace and I will be coming back just to see her !!

Adding my thoughts because the owner replied and obviously cares about making his bar better. Everything was pretty middle of the road. Drink prices, service, quality... I dont think I will be a regular there, but if other friends want to go, Ill tag along. Ill try it out a few more times, and again after restrictions are lifted. I do like that its away from Northgate. Pitcher prices are good, shot prices (specials included) are on the high side, beer prices are pretty standard. Someone put two shots on my tab, but I noticed it and my waitress had no issue taking them off immediately. She was very friendly and quick with bringing orders. Its likely my fault I had to track her down to order once.

Went there to watch the Wildler v Fury fight with my wife. We were capping off the night after celebrating our anniversary earlier. We were able to call and reserve a table and since it was our anniversary they sat us right up front even though we came late. The owner even gave us the 1st round of drinks on him. Great customer service. No food served however so eat before you go. Ill give this visit the EJ Stamp of Approval
