Nice property and looks like a nice development for families. Trails and amenities look like they will be really nice. We liked the floor plans and build methods. The representative was nice and informative, but never followed up with us on availability.

I just love this neighborhood! The lake is beautiful and my kids and I love the trails, the entry feature is like none Ive seen in College Station. The lots are a really good size and we cant wait for the pool to open!
