The pick up schedule for my cards that i have ordered online was expected to be on 5 dec. On dec 5th did not receive any notification that my order is ready for pick up. Waited for almost a week. Called the support center which told me that its ready for pick up they gave me the name of the employee who received it. It seems he did not bother to put it in the system or even send sms or email. I spoke to the assistant manager and i said that i have called and employee insisted that they do not have the order ( employee was not telling the truth for some reason.maybe just lazy to check) they said ohhh we dod not receive any call this morning. Checked the phone number and it was wrong phone number they put in google map/system .its actually the phone number of the grocery pick up. Soo i would not recommend the use of their service especially online as they are careless with poor organisation and also bunch of lazy people.wonder how they hire them ?
