Order was late, and just sitting on the counter unbagged and getting cold. Staff were slow and standoffish when asked after 10 minutes if I could have my food. Rushed home to try and eat warm food only to discover they d given us 3 completely wrong bowls: no pita, wrong toppings including corn in a bowl for someone with an intolerance, wrong meat, one bowl was almost empty, and of course absolutely cold. Tried to phone the store, no response. Absolutely awful. They can t read here, constantly putting meat in vegetarian bowls, and then they give soggy kids meals because they can t think through packaging. Incompetent.

It was my first time at Cava yesterday and I received great service! Even though they have speedy service, they took their time in explaining the process to me since it was my first time. For the sauces, I asked one of the workers (Aliyah) to give me her recommendations and she made a great combo of sauces for me and I enjoyed my meal. Highly recommend this place as a healthy option with speedy but kind service.

I wish i could give 0 stars but my experience was awful. As I was in line, the guy told me i have to wait for chicken which took them 10 minutes to bring chicken. Barely put chicken in the bowl and then i asked for garlic sauce on the side and they said it would be extra because I already have some on the bowl. Chicken was cold, didn t taste fresh and the cashier had an attitude. Waste of $14

It was my first time here and my first time trying Mediterranean food. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I was even offered to sample something before I added it to my bowl order. She was even nice enough to offer my sauces on the side since it was new to me. The place was clean, including the bathrooms. Overall wonderful first visit and the food was flavorful with a nice value for the amount of food I got. Will definitely be returning when I am in the area

Horrible. We ordered a pita roll online from this location. The pita was undercooked (almost raw) and the whole thing was tasting pretty bad. The amount of hummus (despite ordering for two scoops) was negligible. The side order for Tzaziki (costing more than $3) came in the tiniest plastic bowl available in the market. Respect your money and time, and AVOID.

I ve been to different Cavas before. I will say the quality of this place is less but that s not why the 1 star review. The reason is they don t give a military discount but they give a fireman and police discount . Being confused, I asked the employees why and all they said was that the manager was an (insert curse word here lol) and super stingy. I wasn t mad at the employees but just baffled by this decision by the manager. It felt like a common courtesy was being denied here just to save a few bucks. Btw I ve gotten the military discount at other Cavas hence the confusion.

I cannot believe I paid $12 for this dinky, chintzy, paltry little salad!! The bowls here are usually too small for entrees so I asked for extra greens and a couple of other things. The salad I got was even smaller than usual! Look at all the empty area in the bowl I got versus what they advertise here on google. It s a shame because I really like the food but it s just not worth the $$$ if it s going to leave me hungry. If you want a big salad like Elaine on Seinfeld, go to Rx Pizza and get the Cobb . It s huge and delicious!!! Plus they don t run out of Ingredients and the staff is friendly. Cava can t say that.

Sometimes some of the staff are not consistent with portions, or they are rushing the customer, and sometimes they dont bother telling you that something will cost extra. Every time I have come to Cava in the last month, the service has been horrible. The workers are not helpful and probably don t enjoy working there. They could care less and just want to rush you on what you order. All the tables are dirty and you have to clean them off in order to have a place to sit. I ordered my lunch today on the app and paid an extra $3 for grilled steak. I get home to find out I got grilled chicken. I have tried multiple times to call the location and no one answers the phone. I used to love this place but lately there has been so many new faces and the customer service is trash. Hopefully more complaints reach the restaurant and there is a change soon.

The counter server hit me with a prompt, friendly greeting; provided descriptions and recommendations of guest favorites; slapped my bowls together effortlessly; kindly suggested additional side items and offered drinks; bagged my order; took my payment; and thanked me for coming. The food is great! Such a good option for fresh, healthy food. The major drawback is the service. Has a manager ever been in this store? The service is atrocious. I do mostly pick up orders and 90% of the time the employees won t walk the extra two steps to put the food on the pickup shelves. They just leave it on a cart behind the counter and make you wait even though your order is ready. They won t even look at you for fear you might ask about your food. They are very unfriendly if you speak to them at all. It s really unfortunate that a place with such good food is not enjoyable or reliable to eat at!

This is an EXTREMELY popular place so this rating of my experience is probably not same as most others. Ive seen a line out the door weekend evenings. They probably didnt order the spicy lamb meatball pita. I wont again either. It was too runny to pick and eat. The braised lamb and the chicken bowls are amazing. Weve been friends since high school and she works with my brother korben as well (Korben is great at keeping up with the lunch rush in the back kitchen from what I noticed during the two times Ive been here when he was on shift). I definitely reccomend getting her to make yalls food because the portion sizes had me full for the rest of the day, and its rare for me to feel full due to my extremely strict diet that involves no meat or dairy products.

A few weeks ago I came in a little bit before closing and ordered some extra things that should ve made my meal about $13, and at the very end the very kind worker preparing my food just paid for it without saying anything! I didn t get her name but she was a short white female with glasses, maybe the GM but I m not sure. This was one of the most kindest gestures I ve ever experienced, especially after the long day I ve had and the fact I came in close to closing as well. Thank you so much to that worker! Visiting this CAVA for the first time. The place was located near to Texas A&M campus. The place looks neat limited parking due to many other food places around. Overall I had a fantastic experience with fresh food and staff.

The manager checked me out at the register and was very friendly. He asked me how my day was. When I went to pay the system wasn t working so the manager gave me the meal on the house. Very good management and customer service and workers are friendly.

An older lady with glasses who worked there wasnt in a good mood. Myself and others could tell she was annoyed and didnt want to be there. HOWEVER, a younger lady named Amelia was AWESOME. Amelia was pleasant and wonderful. She made our visit great. She cared about QUALITY and VALUE for her customers. If it wasnt for her, this rating wouldve been a 2 out of 5.

I am OBSESSED with this place. The food is SO delicious and the bowls are enough to make 2 meals. I love the Harissa Avocado bowl!! This is my new go-to place for lunch in town.
