Do NOT go to this restaurant! I was in there waiting on a pickup order and there was an employee on break eating, and they literally got up licking their fingers, walked into the kitchen, grabbed a squeezable sauce container from the grill area, walked over to their table, squeezed whatever it is they had in their hand, walked back to the grill area, put the container back in the grill area, wiped hands on their clothes and stayed by the fry station. I guess they stayed there to help with a rush of customers that had just walked in. Disgusting. If the health department saw this mess going on they d get shut down ASAP. I won t be coming back to this Jack in the Box.

I took my family here for a quick lunch abound 11:30am on Saturday. We went inside to order. We were the only people inside of the restaurant (besides the homeless man sleeping in a booth in the corner). no matter what, everytime you go, theyll mess something up. theyll forget parts of your order, or give you cold food, etc. today I asked for sauce, and when asked how many, I replied 5. was told theyd charge after 3. I said okay, 5. did not receive a single sauce. called to talk to them about it and line went dead. called 2 more times, no answer. its one thing to mess up occasionally, we all have our days, but to mess up consistently, and to not answer the phone for customers, is another. Nice little fast-food type establishment, good but nothing exceptional either. It wasnt easy to walk into the fast-food restaurant, but otherwise the take-out order was easy and ready quickly. You can choose your type of fries, that s a plus! The quantities were a little large, too bad there wasnt a size below the smallest. Finally, its a shame that there isnt an automatic order terminal, to give you time to discover the menu.

I m honestly surprised how many times I ve given this place a chance! No matter if I do pick up or delivery they are always missing an item or more. I always spend more than $50+ for my family and then I sometimes have to pay out of pocket again for something that I didn t receive even if it s on the receipt. A3H Foods manages every JitB from here to Houston, and cant be trusted. As both a former customer and employee of this establishment I can assure you that you should dine elsewhere. The management tells people to change date labels every day and never throw things away at risk of termination if they dont, the grill and fry areas are almost always heavily soiled, and the workers are treated like absolute garbage. People not getting paid and getting blown off when asking about it, hours being manipulated by management, the mistraining to violate food codes, shift leads threatening to beat down or shoot lower workers. Higher management such as Carolyn and Sergio who do nothing to help the store. The list could go on, but I feel like the point has been made.

I dont like leaving bad reviews. I like to give all fast food an equal opportunity to fix their mistakes after its been addressed from the first time. But everytime I come order, something goes wrong. Tonight i wasnt greeted nicely. Just asked if i had an online order and was told to hold on a minute since i didnt have an online order. Then my bread on both of my extreme breakfast sandwiches werent toasted. And my fries were cold. Im pregnant and I love fresh hot fries at any food industry right now!!! I visited this location at around 3 am this Saturday night and had preordered my food using the app. I pulled into the drive thru where the police had a college student pulled over directly in front of the order menu. Tacos are no good. They taste like mushy dog food, old oil, wilted lettuce, and a slice of american cheese.... they are then deep-fried, they discontinued the bacon cheddar potato wedges, increased that price so some fastfood worker can make almost as much as a college educated person!

Great food if the workers manage to actually take orders. Don t bother coming here after 11 pm, they ll tell you that they re only taking mobile orders, and even when you make a mobile order they ll take their sweet time making the food for you. The owner or manager was there one time after 11 pm and we managed to get our food in a timely manner but every time after that we ve been told we only are taking mobile orders as an excuse.

Being on Texas Ave is kinda a pain to manuver during rush hour, BUT I will say this location has always gotten my order correct,the morning staff have always been pleasant and dont grumble when I ask for lunch stuff at breakfast time (I work all night so morning IS my night) and the loaded tiny tacos are actually loaded here, not just a dollop of this or that.

It was about 1pm 9.6.22 and the lady at the drive thru captive me with her sincere smile and customer service. She listened well and was extremely courteous. I would drive across town to this Jack just because of her good service. Thanks guys...

This Jack in the Box is always SLOW. Were talking at least 20-30 minutes every time, even at 1 am on a Tuesday night. I THOUGHT they were maybe understaffed. Just stopped by there at 10:21 pm. They were 4 cars deep in the drive through and not moving, one car waiting on an order out front. So not knowing when the lobby closed, I go in. I walked to the counter were there were three people that I could see in the kitchen and a girl at the counter who was standing there NOT taking orders who told me the lobby was closed. Go back out. Drive through now has 6 cars and the first car that was in line when we got there is STILL WAITING TO ORDER. So then we try to leave and they still have some one parked in the exit waiting on their order, blocking the way out. Im not sure what exactly theyre doing, but fast food it aint.

If I could mark no stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly. We were stuck waiting for our food for over 30 min after paying. When the food arrived the order was NOT correct. My husband said its OK and was going to eat it anyway since we waited so long. We then parked and went inside so we could get the missing straws and ketchup. We were told we just could not come in and do this, even though the young lady just gave us our food in the drive through and we only pulled forward to park. She was so mean and rude yelling and saying curse words we left as soon as possible.

I went last night and despite everything else including the app, website and Ubers eats saying that only the drive through was open, when I got there I was informed they weren t doing drive thru and only Uber Eats and door dash. I m fairly certain they just didn t want to take an order

Today is July 7,2022 10:01pm .. waited in line over 30mins just for them not to even speak on the mic. I drove up to the window and some lame female with a middle part tribal braids gone say idk why she drove up I m not taking her order they ghetto, unprofessional & upset at the world because they work at jack in the box .. And it s ONLY the night crew. They lazy af & just hire anybody.
