Today was my first experience and I was NOT disappointed!! I dont usually leave reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. I had the chicken wrap and it was DELICIOUS!!! The chicken was seasoned perfectly and it was cooked to perfection; so juicy and tender! They came to the GSC building today. I will definitely be visiting them again soon! Thank you Bad Chx for a wonderful lunch!

I love bad chx. Open really late which is great for college kids who are always hungry and don t always have time to go to dining halls, which close super early. Workers are all super nice and remember your names and faces (if you go there often enough). Everything is really filling and the sauces are so good, 10/10 overall

The absolute best, juiciest and well seasoned chicken in town! This is seriously a gem that everyone should run to. The food is always so hot and fresh, not to mention the portion sizes! In addition to great food, the owner and staff are beyond accommodating and have the hugest hearts. Bad Chx is quickly becoming a staple in the community and I encourage everyone to give them a try!

A delicious food truck. They are a bit pricey, but you get a lot of food. Their mild spice level still has plenty of kick, so if youre sensitive, stick with no spice. Parking: A paid parking lot next to the truck, and some free slots ahead of it. They might be taken up during the day, however.

Bad Chx is very, very delicious. I actually went by an hour ago and popeyes was unfortunately closed at that time. I decided to try this place and it seriously was amazing. The time for the food took about 15 minutes for two people in front of me, slightly longer than I would have liked. However, the food was delicious, and the customer service was great!! I got the lava (spicy) chix sandwich with fries, and the sandwich was phenomenal. Hands-down delicious. The chicken tender was quite big and there were plenty of fries. One of the top three (fastfood/foodtruck) sandwiches of all time probably. Good work and great customer service. Will be returning. Parking: 4 or 5 parking spots behind the food truck

This place has location, location, location in North Gate. Lots of fried chicken places in town and this place rates about average In taste and is more expensive than most. They were out of fried fish. Processed cheese sauce used on Cheesy CHX drips right out of the sandwich. No ketchup included with fries. Higher spice level than most places. Good for the drunk crowd but not so much for foodies.

Went here last night. Ordered a nearly $20 chicken tender basket with fries and got told it would take 15 minutes. Ended up waiting for around an hour until I asked about my order and was given completely random food that was for another customer who had been waiting 1hr+. I go tell the worker who then just starts complaining about how busy it is (I think there was maybe 4 people in line?) and I get told very rudely that they don t have any tenders. Asked for a refund that I did not get. Never going here again and I hope nobody else wastes their time on a chicken food truck that can t supply enough chicken for a grand total of MAYBE 10 people. Extremely rude and unorganized worker.

Waited 20 minutes in the rain to buy overpriced chicken from their food truck. Take my food to go only to find out they didnt give me the fries I paid extra for. Its 20 dollars for terrible service and two small pieces of chicken. Everything costs extra, and they are in no hurry to fulfill their orders, only to take more.

UPDATE: the very next day after this incident happened, we received a call first thing in the morning from the main office. They were extremely apologetic about what happened the previous day and went above and beyond to make it right. I can say that my opinion of this place has been changed, and we look forward working with them again in the future. I m amending my star review because it s clear that this company cares about service and this incident was a one-off. We hired this food truck for an event, with a 3-3:30 arrival time, service for 4-7pm for 100+ people. At 3:55, we had to call and find out why they had not arrived. They said at 3pm they discovered that their generator wasnt working and that they were trying to find a new one. We understood, and gave them a bit more time to locate one and show up. At 4:20, after guests started arriving, after not hearing from them, we had to call them back, and they offered to bring us food for our event but not a truck. Not ideal, but okay. I ordered 90 entrees, and said can you be here in an hour? And I was told yes, they would be here in an hour. At 6:20, after multiple calls and we will be there in 20 minutes type answers, we still had no food, and luckily our other food truck (Raging Bull) that we had hired did a great job serving all of our guests. We called them back and said the event was wrapping up, and we didnt need the food. Their driver showed up, and didnt speak English and started unloading containers of food. We said, no we didnt want the food, and we didnt want to be charged, the event was wrapping up. After getting the main guy back on the phone, he was VERY upset with us (!! Really??) for not telling him we didnt want the food. Um, no sir, you didnt show up with the food at the agreed upon time, that is, NEITHER OF THE AGREED UPON TIMES. Nor did you communicate with us in a timely manner. He then proceeded to send my assistant (who worked diligently with them prior to confirm the event and make sure all expectations were known) texts saying thanks for wasting our food. Thats 3 strikes sir. You didnt deliver and we tried to give you chances. Will not be booking this food truck again.

Ordered 2 classy chx. I had very high hopes looking at the picture. The actual sandwich was not good at all. Soggy and small with 1 chicken tender. Price of $11 seems a little out of line for a chicken tender with soggy bread. On top of that, rather than it coming with a bowl of coleslaw. They put the coleslaw on the sandwich. The chicken tasted ok but with a wet bun and coleslaw on it. It made it un-edible
