Hiring an attorney is never a fun thing to have to do. But Mr. Benn exceeded expectations when we hired him for an unexpected issue. Mr. Benn was communicative, knowledgeable, understanding, empathetic, and straightforward with our case and us. We could not have asked for better representation. 10/10 recommend.

Joshua Benn is a competent and experienced attorney who was recommended when a family member went into a nursing home. We had complicated property and Medicaid issues and he gave excellent counsel. My only regret is that I didn t contact him earlier.
