Horrible experience, ordered Uber Eats from this store. Wings came horribly assembled and didn t even have flavor in them. While the fries which were buffalo ranch fries lacked flavor and was very little amount DESPITE the cost of it being 3 dollars extra than regular fries. 0/10 do not recommend

I went recently with two friends and they weren t welcoming when ordering. I sat to go wait for my order and the tables weren t clean and there was still trash on the tables.The cashier got mad when I forgot to order something and decided to add to the order. I sat and ate most of my food but I went to the restroom for about three minutes and my food was gone. They were cleaning my table like I was finished when I clearly had food laid out uneaten. Luckily my friend caught them in time and manage to save my other friends food because they also went to the restroom.

Ordered 20 piece-lemon pepper, Louisiana rub and garlic parmesan which are all dry rubs there was a ton of grease in each box so much it was leaking out the bag. I requested well done. The lemon pepper were the other two not so much. The Louisiana rub did have enough rub at least not as much as other locations Ive been too. The garlic parmesan were good but the grease definitely threw off the taste to all of them. Please drain your grease!!!

Absolutely disgusting and forever ruined my relationship with Wing Stop. Yesterday, I went to Wing Stop at this location with some friends and took the food home. I ordered Lemon Pepper Bone In. As I was eating my wings I didn t notice anything strange till I took a bite and noticed hair. I looked over at my friends and they gagged. That wasn t even the worst part. My friend then proceeded to pull up a flap of hair season and attached to my chicken that was apart of it. We then inspected the other chicken wings and they all had hair on them!!! I ve been to this won t stop a couple times before, and I always ordered boneless, but for some reason I decided to try something new. Never again. And never will I be coming back to wing stop as it has disgusted me forever. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Im not typically one to leave a bad review of an establishment. However, my experience at this specific Wingstop was subpar at best. I waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive my order on Sunday night. The cashier was rude and did not present the quality customer service that I have associated with Wingstop for years now. I have gone plenty times to Wingstops at different locations. I am absolutely disappointed at this location.

I ordered my food through DoorDash and when I received my order everything was ok besides my wings. I had gotten more Garlic Parmesan than I did wings. Literally every wing was buried under the Garlic Parmesan even the chicken sandwich. I had to dump all of it off just to taste the chicken.

The wings are 3 stars. They re good wings. Better than Buffalo Wild Wings. Better than wings from any pizza place. Not as good as Wings n More, in my opinion. For chicken wings, you can t really go wrong here. Not a fan of their sandwich. Their fries are mediocre. Their tenders or strips are probably okay, but I d go elsewhere for those unless I specifically wanted one of Wingstop s sauces. Only come here if you want good wings. I ve had bogus service at the location by Golden Corral. Not exactly the most tightly run ship over there. These last two paragraphs bring down the overall score to 3 stars.

Literally one of the worst experiences I ve ever had. The only soda they had was Dp. The soda machine was disgusting and hadn t been cleaned. Trash on the floor. We ordered two orders of boneless wings and I guess they just forgot about us. Not only were we waiting there for over 30 minutes, but people who showed up quite some time after us were getting their food first. Our order was conveniently ready when I asked for a refund. I also witnessed the cashier making online order drinks and sticking her finger in them to cut down the foam. So. Make your own decisions but this place is literal trash.

1st of all when I called in my order I was told it was gonna be a 40 minute wait (when i was right next door and it didnt look very busy at all) in a very rude tone then I decided to go ahead and place an order and Ashley was the rudest I have ever experienced. One time I placed an order at 11:28pm online and by 11:30pm I got a phone call saying they had already shut off the fryers. Keep in mind they close at MIDNIGHT. I placed another order more recently and they made my wings wrong and argued with me and told me I was WRONG. They finally fixed them after I had to drive BACK to get them fixed. Too greasy, too cold, not enough sauce etc. Marquesha and crew hit it out of the park tonight. They were about to close but still made my order absolutely perfect. Every one on staff tonight deserves a raise and should be training the other stores around the country. Seriously. I ordered online and was pleased with the interface. Simple and effective. One minor improvement would be to not require deselecting a flavor for the French fries before selecting a custom flavor. The food was ready when I arrived and was still hot. Monday s and Tuesday s they were advertising $0.60 boneless wings. You may want to check their specials. The wings were good and I was impressed with the Garlic Parmesan Wings. The Mild were decent but I should have ordered either hotter or a different flavor. The fries were a bit over seasoned for my preference, they were also good. They were the soft style of fries. If you want crispy there was an option on the website that I would do next time. If you use their Specials, it is exactly what you want for a late night wings to go.
