For many years I ve taken my sons to this IHOP because who doesn t love breakfast at anytime of the day? Food and service is always good. Staff is friendly, often with familiar faces. My only issue here is cleanliness which is every Corpus area restaurant for the most part. Just attention to detail. Also, why are the floors always sticky?

Ashly L. Does an amazing job! As soon as we sat down she told us about the specials they had, took our drink order and came right back with them! When we ordered our food I asked her to please have the cook burn my bacon (I love my bacon burnt) THE FOOD CAME OUT AMAZING! She checked on us as often as she could even with IHop being busy! Went here for the first time. The hostess was going to set us down but, said this table leaks water, so she showed us to the table next to it. As we sat down, she sat a white couple in the so called water leak seat. Then our waiter Robert, came took our order with a bad attitude, like we were bothering him. Our food never came, but the white couples food came immediately , but we were there first. Then another white family got their food. I Finally left. So sad that a restaurant like IHOP can be so racist. Shame on yall.

My server did not submit my order correctly, chicken fajita omelet, no poblano with red bell peppers, no salsa,wheat toast. I was served , and Ashley didnt come back. She brought the check, and when I pointed out the items that I didnt receive, she stated, Sometimes you have to continue to remind servers. She also said that she entered my order incorrectly by applying the wrong buttons. I asked for sugar for my coffee, and I never received it. I will not recommend this Ihop .

6/7/24. Here I am 1 year later and they are still having issues with the AC. They clearly dont care. Everyone complains. Everything was great except it was still hot inside. They put a little unit for 400 sqft inside like thats going to fix it. I have not updated this review twice. I first put a review in 2022 for the AC then updated in 2023 for the AC now 2024 for the AC.. The owner doesnt Care.

Today I took my brother-in-law to eat breakfast with me we both had the 55 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 breakfast and I love the blueberry pancakes with a little bit of Cool whip and blueberry syrup are waitress was very polite and real nice and very helpful she comes constantly to check on us if we needed anything else we were very satisfied I like the blueberry pancakes they were just right they did not fall to pieces and it was not dry at all my compliments to the chef in fixing my blueberry pancakes. Parking: The IHOP is located in kemah there are several stores surrounding their specialty like home Depot, Target shopping centers and there is lots of parking.

Been here before and it was excellent. Not sure if it was just an off day. Our server was extremely unprofessional. How do you allow us to sit down order food and then tell us we need to pay with cash because the systems are down. Once we told him we ll pay with the app the system magically started working. Cosmetically the store needs to be fixed. Sitting at a table with a light fixture above that doesn t work and lifting a syrup bottle with a piece of bacon stuck to it is gross.

Steer clear of this IHOP location. IHOP is normally my favorite place to go for breakfast, brunch, and late night. Im from the north side of town down here on vacation with my kids. We stopped in for brunch on a Saturday at 11:45. At first everything was fine, the restaurant was clean, it wasnt super super busy, we were able to request to sit on the side of the restaurant where we parked, and the waitress was nice. Unfortunately I cant say that the kitchen staff cares much about the quality of the food though, because I had to send back my sausage since it was cold, and when they brought it back it was the same sausage, only a little bit more hot like they threw it in the microwave. Problem is, my hash browns were on the same plate and they got super hot so I couldnt eat them, and the sausage still wasnt hot. So I sent it back a second time and asked them to remake it. Instead they took the sausage off my plate, heated it on the grill to brown it up more and then sent it back out. I know this because I had taken a small bite off one of them and they sent back out the same pieces of sausage, meaning that they now need to clean their whole grill. YUCK!

Totally awesome! I cant even rate the food as my wife and I have been waiting almost an hour and still nothing. We have never waited this long for our meals. Been coming here for years and this wait time for our food is just way too long. The service lady comes by often to let us know it is on the way. I have a religious obligation and can not eat meat. I made sure i specifically mentioned that there should be no meat in my order. I ordered a spinach and mushroom omelet which is NO MEAT, i ate half the omelet there and brought half home, i didnt notice there but when i got home there was chunks of meat inside the omelet. I called the restaurant and the shift manager asked me to drive all the way and bring the plate of food there to show her.. they dont even know what they are serving. Wow. Horrible service

Clear Lake Shores/Kemah is always clean inside and weve been going for years as we live just south a few miles down Hwy. 146. Staff is always great and the food has always been really good. Usually do breakfast, but last time I had their cheeseburger. If you havent tried their burgers lately then you are missing out. Patty/meat was really good and the bun was excellent as well cooked to perfection. Fries were really good and not greasy plus their Coke/Pepsi is good too with the right mix. I give them 5 stars for everything. Parking: Sometimes busy, but they have plenty of parking plus their is overflow parking around it if needed. Kid-friendliness: Our kids are grown, but we take our grandkids and their parents sometimes and its a great place to eat at.

The worst experience at an IHOP I have EVER had!!! The waitress was clueless. All 3 orders were incorrect, they were sent back. They came back even worse. My sons burger was completely raw!! My other sons Nashville chicken tenders were not sauced, instead they had a cup of sauce on the side that was pure oil! My waffle was undercooked and di not hilave the cheesecake topping on it. I sent it all back and told the waitress to remove it all from my bill. The manager came to our table and was incredibly rude. He said if we didnt want to pay then we could just leave. Like I explained to him, raw hamburger meat could make people sick!!! This place is terrible. I 10 out of 10 do not recommended!!!

I made an online order for curbside pickup. When I called for pickup the woman answering the phone acted as if she had never heard of curbside pickup. After some back and forth she said it would be ready shortly. The food came out 10 minutes late, not tha big a deal, and the employee dropping off the food had a rather abrasive demeanor, which also not a big deal but it begins to add up. Finally, the order was short eggs for 2 different entrees. I realized it when I got home and called to address the issue. I went to voicemail twice.

Visited for Breakfast July 3rd at 11:00am. Restaurant was very busy but was seated quickly. Drinks came quick and put in our orders. Wife ordered well done hamburger meal and I ordered country fried steak. Meal took 45 minutes to come out. hamburger was cooked medium and had to be sent back, country fried steak tasted terrible like old burnt oil was used to cook it. Just ate the pancakes and waited another 15 minutes for them to finish cooking my wife s hamburger. Not sure what the issues are with this restaurant but I think they could use a good manager.

I love this IHOP location at galveston. The servers are really nice and welcoming, the way they talked to people its like they know me or treat us like a family. Love it. My husband and I arrived after the morning rush to get some food. Our first issue was when he received his ice coffee, it was sour-almost as if she served him ice tea on accident. Our waitress was kind and switched it out for hot coffee- no biggie. Next we received our burritos. The rice in my burrito was hard, almost like they had used day old rice. :( The last thing I had an issue was, was actually with our creamers. I noticed some already had coffee stains/splatters, were noticeably beat up, and honestly seemed to be as if they had reused them from previous tables. 2/5 the waitress is nice but I m over the food

Always great service and amazing food at this IHOP. And they finally got the Ihop coffee back. The management needs to know we cannot be fooled by their substitute coffee they tried to pawn off on us.

Unfortunately, all the food we got was cold. Its not like the place was that busy...maybe it was just bad food management out of the kitchen. Regardless, breakfast is one of those meals that is never good served cold.

Our food finally made it to the table an hour after we got there. Over medium eggs were fully cooked and dark brown, bacon was undercooked and all of the food was cold. We didnt even eat. Absolutely horrible. And they werent even busy.

For an IHOP, the food was actually pretty good. It wasnt too greasy, and the bacon was crispy. We didnt have to wait to be seated, but the service was slow. My kids, husband, and I enjoyed our breakfast on the way to the Boardwalk.

We came in at 2:30 am. Lonna is our favorite person....she is always so sweet and we never have a empty glass or coffee. The food and service is amazing. The chef is always so kind and really talented. Parking: Awesome and such a clean lot
