Erik was such a calming person in this high stress situation. My house was under contract in 4 days from the listing date! He was very responsive to any of my questions. He recommended an awesome handyman for a few repairs. This was such a positive experience and I would highly recommend Erik to be your realtor. This was a seamless process with zero hiccups. Erik is very well versed in the real estate business and all the ins and outs of the business. I am very satisfied with my selling experience.

I had used Eric as a buyers agent before to buy my house in Pflugerville over four years ago. I was impressed with his thoroughness and attention to detail. When it was time to sell my house I reached out to him as a sellers agent and he did a great job and navigating a changing and complex real estate market. I had an opportunity to work with Eric Recktenwald on a recent transaction. My clients were the buyers in a very long and drawn out purchase process. Eric represented the seller as the listing agent and it literally made all the difference. Every possible thing that could go wrong with a home purchased happened on this deal. It took over 4 months to close on what seemed like a simple home purchase. Fortunately Eric was very understanding of the buyers situation while also looking out for the sellers best interest. The relationship Eric had established with the seller was part of the glue keeping the deal alive. We worked together with the goal of getting the property sold and keeping our clients from falling apart. There was no finger pointing or animosity on either side. Eric was friendly and professional. He explained the process and set the expectations realistically up front. When there were questions or concerns Eric was easy to contact and was responsive to all calls, emails, and texts. I would like to convey my great appreciation to Eric, and appliance was unexpectedly delivered on a Sunday while I was out of town during the sale process.
