Originally went in to get a suit for my brothers wedding. Got measured and advised on which size jackets to try out. Was a pretty easy process to get everything I needed. The employee recommended a hem on the pant and said due to tailors absence it could be picked up as soon as the following day. I accept as we still have 2 weeks left until the wedding and I agree to come 2 days later to pick up the hemmed pants AND the rest. Jacket, shirt, tie, and upsold pocket square. So Im rung up for the whole ensemble paying over $600 in what seemed to be a relatively dead business in the mall. The Woman tried to fly under the radar and forget the free shirt and tie deal with jacket purchase. I asked about this and she said sorry, youre keeping me on my toes. Then applied the discount to the pocket square, a less expensive item than the tie. Anyways I returned the first time. Waited on sales floor for over 5 minutes just for one of the employees to bring out my suit saying its not been adjusted as agreed upon. This is now Sunday. Suit was originally supposed to be done Friday. The employees are slightly apologetic and throw me petty change back on the original debit card. What seems like a manager then promises me that they can alter and FedEx my suit directly to me by Wednesday. But give em until Thursday. I appreciate this effort to right the wrong and drive an hour back home. Thurs: no package. Call store to find tracking # No answer Call on my day off hoping that the package is in the mail. Its now Friday. Answers and puts me on hold for 10 minutes. Silence. I hang up and call back to a guy saying he found it haha its just in a FedEx box. So i had to drive back to the mall 2hr round trip during traffic to make sure that this suit was not going to be lost in the mail the day I need to travel to my brothers wedding. I show to pick it up. Am not offered any kind of personable service and Im offered another bit of petty change to cover gas. I even said I guess that covers gas, and the employee confirmed this. Is this your policy? Upsell anywhere able and totally DISREGARD accuracy and customer service. If we mess up well throw you gas money. We will try to screw you, but heres $18 for your trouble. I went here bc I thought it was a convenience. I would recommend any other place to give your money to. Dont make the same mistake I did. These people do not care about the customer.

This is the best men s Wearhouse I have ever been too!! I had a fantastic experience at this store with my wedding. I went in not knowing what I wanted other than the colors why wife gave me and Ray was extremely helpful in picking out a beautiful grey tux that I really liked. He was not only helpful but also incredibly nice and treated me like an old friend. When I came in to get fitted the next week, I was helped by JD and Zack, who were equally as nice and helpful as Ray! They were extremely kind and we had a great time talking while we were there. I cannot say enough about how nice and professional the team members are here!

I was fitted by K for a rental suite. She was very kind, fully and helpful! She took the time to make sure we got everything right, double checking measurements, letting me try on different fits and sizes, and overall did a really good job making me feel like a priority. I totally forgot to leave a review after my visit this last Sunday but my lord are these people awesome. I didnt even plan on getting a suit but my girl dragged me in there and Im glad she did. After asking her not to, my girlfriend went and asked JD anyway to help me with finding my correct sizing and a suit to go with me. And JD is phenomenal. He had me measured in less than a minute and found 3 different styles of suits all my size and he even found different shades of suits as well. After trying them all on, another worker, Kay (I hope I spelled that right), helped me make sure everything was to my satisfaction and provided exceptional service while JD was busy with other guests. They both provided wonderful insights into the suits I was provided, great conversation and they are both all around amazing people. I didnt even want to originally go through the door and then out i went with one of the nicest suits Ive ever had the pleasure of owning. If you want a suit for any occasion, or just to look at yourself and see how amazing you can be, you cant go wrong with here in my opinion.

My husband has used this location for multiple weddings, including our own. Every single time he s had issues with the fit. They don t ever take proper notes of his size and nothing ever fits correctly. He even went in person before picking up the latest suit to ensure the measurements were correct - everything fit - and when he returned to pick up the suit, the pants were four inches too short! It s mind blowing how these mistakes can be made. Management really needs to figure their processes out.

I hardly dont writr reviews, but..I came in yesterday to find a suit and some other things that required quick checkout due to the sudden emergence of an event thats going to happen next week. Kay was the representative that took care of me during the visit. She was extremely attentive to my needs and better yet took care that whatever my fit was, that it was my utmost comfort that was first priority. She was a joy to be with and such a professional when in knowing what I wanted. Will stop by again in the future.

Terrible experience so far, got fitted for a rental over a month ago and they told me they would have it in 2-3 weeks, I called multiple times for an update and the staff sounds careless, I just called today and asked them for another update and I leave next Wednesday to fly out before the wedding and now they are telling me guaranteed two days before!!! I will be out of that state by then!!! Awful service so far, hopefully it works out

Came in for a suit that I needed before I flew out to LA the next day, K greeted me with a great smile & amazing attitude. Got all my measurements & had great ideas for suits/shirts. Helped me for about an hour & was incredibly patient the entire time with such a bubbly personality. I think one of the most impressive things about K is her ability to sell. One of the greatest abilities of a great salesman (saleswoman) is to sell without selling. If the store had better selections of socks & shirts, I would ve bought those as well on top of a $500 suit. K s is a 10/10 employee. She was dressed great & gave the entire store a classier, upper class vibe. Deserves a raise because she is the type of employee that are nearly impossible to come by.

Worst customer service at Men s Wearhouse I ve experienced. Went to pick attire for my wedding and was handed an iPad, said to pick what I want and left alone. I had to ask about bringing out samples to look at and match, and then overcharged for a package I didn t need. Picked up my suit today and the shirt is a 2X, three times my size and told Yeah it s a rental, it s not gonna fit great. No offer to try smaller shirts or make any attempt to help. I called the Round Rock location who I ve had amazing experiences with and David the manager was more than happy to help me out and said they can switch to a smaller shirt as well as reduce my package price. Men s Wearhouse isn t bad, but the Lakeline location is beyond disappointing.

Never again will I have anything to do with Mens Wearhouse. I ordered Tuxedo for grandsons Senior Prom. I ordered Black. Navy one came in. Black did not come in until day before prom so no time for adjustments. I ordered 2 x shirt and he ended up with 4x. Pant zipper had to be jimmied due to problems there. Not impressed and will never happen again.

I recently had an outstanding shopping experience at Mens Warehouse in the Lakeline Mall and I cant thank the team enough for their exceptional service. In particular, I want to commend Rey, the manager, and Kai, a young team member, for going above and beyond to help me upgrade my wardrobe. To provide some context, I had just landed a new job and realized that I needed to improve my professional appearance to match my peers. After shedding 67 pounds, none of my suits fit me properly, and I was under pressure to find suitable attire, and needed a very quick turnaround. I was working on an assignment with a deadline and unfortunately, I arrived at Mens Warehouse about 30 minutes before closing, with little knowledge of fashion. The store manager, Rey, let Kai handle it and he accepted the challenge. He patiently helped me identify the right brand, which turned out to be Tommy Hilfiger for my body type. His expertise in finding the perfect slacks and shirts was impressive, and he even provided valuable fashion tips to kickstart my journey into uncharted fashion waters. What truly stood out was Kais commitment to ensuring that I had the best possible experience. Despite the late hour, he ensured that my alterations would be completed the very next day. It is a testament to Mens Warehouses training program and perhaps his upbringing that he displayed such dedication and professionalism. Rey, the manager, also deserves praise for fostering an environment where excellent customer service is the norm. It made my shopping experience memorable and seamless (no pun intended). I highly recommend this Mens Warehouse. TL;DR : Man with no suit game enters store 30 min before closing in need of an upgrade. The challenge was accepted. Outstanding service. Next-day alterations. 5 stars. Highly Recommend!

I was measured for a wedding tux in Utah that I was supposed to pick up here in Austin. The pants were way too short and I needed a solution fast. JD working at this Lakeline location stepped up and found the only available pair in Austin that was my size and had it ready for my pick up the day before the wedding. Highly highly disappointed, out of myself and 6 others in my buddies wedding. 2 tailor fitted suits actually worked. Long story short, after multiple trips back to the Lakeline mall store to be re-fitted. The grooms jacket somehow did not get put in the bag with his suit. I was asked you didn t check the bag? by the store manager like I was his employee or something (why don t you check the bag before handing it to your customer, boss man ..) After I said No, after the 3rd time in I would have expected it to be perfect . It wasn t. I was laughed at on the phone I m not joking laughed like I just told them something when I said I need someone to help me with this huge problem . When asked about some sort of compensation for this huge mistake I was told, the grooms suit was free anyway because how many suits were rented here just sad to see this place falling apart like it has. These folks have no clue how to be professional and absolutely, need more CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.

I was worried about getting a nice outfit for a funeral with a short amount of time. I know it can be annoying with walking in within the minute of opening which I feel uncomfortable doing, but Dre welcomed me and provided incredible service the moment I walked in the door. He made me feel welcomed and comfortable the second I walked in. He was very professional and informative. Store Manager Rey Garza was completely unprofessional and inept in his role. Multiple issues arose when ordering a custom suit for my wedding and the rentals for the groomsmen. Rey would hide and not address issues not wanting to speak with me directly, ultimately leading to one worst customer experiences. He even tried refusing to sell my own suit for my wedding a week before the ceremony. Do not trust this store nor Mens Wearhouse as whole with one of you most important events of your life. Mens Wearhouse and Tailored Brands should strive to people with professionalism and courtesy in managerial roles. Not cowardice.

This store, and the quite frankly this company is an absolute joke. Take your business elsewhere if at all possible. Manager at Lakeline Mall store in Austin, TX is extremely unprofessional, dodges phone calls, and takes no accountability for issues created by store. My husband originally ordered a custom suit for our destination wedding. We had to explore other options when we were told the suit may not be there in time. We were always very transparent that if the suit arrived in time, we would repurchase at full price. After complaining to the custom suit department that we were accused of trying to get a free suit by the store manager, we were told by an internal employee Ozzy, that he would be reimbursing us for the $100 we spent on alterations through a third party. He has now come back 2 months later and back tracked on his offer. Stating that he can no longer offer the reimbursement that was offered, but can instead give us store credit. I am in shock at the level of unprofessionalism from this company. His reasoning is that my fiancé was upset when in the store, and this manager states he did nothing wrong. So be aware, that Men s Warehouse may very well discriminate against people of color, and make baseless accusations of trying to get free products. Read the reviews of this location. This manager has several documented occurrences of being rude to customers.

Kaiya was the saving grace to my wedding day. Picked up my suit from a different location only to find it was the wrong size. Decided to go to a different location so I came to Lakeline. Kaiya was very knowledgeable and was able to get my suit situated that day so I didn t have to wait and hope it would be ready in time for my wedding. Not impressed with the customer service at this location. My husband needed pants altered. He has been aa customer of Mens Wearhouse for decades. This is the one time that he needed alteration on a suit that wasnt purchased there. Which my husband explained when we entered. The girl at the front said since it was just the hem on the pants it would be no problem, could probably be done right away while we wait and had him out the pants on. After that pants are on, the next girl tells him they wont do the alterations. My husband tells her what the first girl said so she asks the mgr. The manager was borderline rude. Making excuses why it cant be done. Just because you are short staffed doesnt mean you cant be pleasant and maybe train your remaining employees so that they are all on the same page. Do yourself a favor and take your tailoring needs upstairs to the alterations shop, even if you bought them at Mens Wearhouse.

I came into this store in January to pick tuxes for my wedding. I initially had a good experience with Ashton who helped us choose our wedding party looks and design a custom tux for my fiancé. Everything seemed fine and he had asked the manager (who I was told was his father) to look over the order and we were brushed off and told it ll be fine . When we came to pick up the custom tux, which was about $500, it was ordered incorrectly. I was getting worried at this point because our wedding is in another state and I had planned to take the tux to the destination shortly after we picked it up. I had voiced my concerns to the manager and was met with attitude. I was able to get this resolved with customer service and they were very helpful. Today I went to go pick up my tuxes that were order in Texas but picked up in Cheyenne WY. When I arrived, I looked to make sure the tuxes were correct and unfortunately Men s Wearhouse had messed up again. I am now 3 days away from the wedding and without ties or pocket square for my groomsmen. The manager of the Wyoming store, Robert, was extremely apologetic and helpful and we were able to find ties that will hopefully match. I also reached out to customer service and they will be sending other options for me. Bottom line, the manager of this store does not want to take accountability and be helpful while people are planning one of the most important days of their lives. I would be embarrassed to have him as a manager.

Shout out to Tristen who absolutely took care of me as a customer. He piped in with great suggestions about things I was unsure about. Walked in on May 7 2022 around noon, needing to purchase and get measured for 3 custom suits. Asked for help and was told to sign in on the list at the front. Even though there were 3 sales associates walking around with iPads, I went ahead and tried to sign in but there was no list/place to sign in. Waited in line another 15min to ask where the list is, was told oh I guess we forgot to put it out and was handed a blank sheet of paper and a sharpie little irritated as this point but I went ahead and put my name down on the list . Waited another 30min and saw multiple people walk in and get helped immediately. Finally went to the manager when he finished with a customer and asked if I could get help. He said sure and I walked with him to the back, then he turned around and said oh, actually I think this customer was here first so I need to help him . At this point I d been there 45min and walked out. Worst experience I ve ever had at any retailer and I will NEVER be going back to Mens Warehouse

I was refer to a friend to come here to get a tuxedo for my wedding. Me and my mother-in-law were in there today. There were two customers ahead of me and there was maybe two people behind me. First thing associate that was at the store was complaining about his manager not coming into work but he said he was coming or whatever the case may be. I found it a bit unprofessional. Secondly the associate helped out the two people that were before me asked me a few questions in which I had a ton of questions since this was a first time for me. He proceeded to answer two questions and went on to help out the other people that were behind me. So here I am standing here waiting for him to come back and help me and he didn t. My mother-in-law and I were frustrated so we left. The only reason I am putting this out there is because, and I hate to be that person, but I was the only African-American person in the store. He gave everyone else friendly customer service but the two questions that I did have for him they were short answers and even quoted me $1000 suit and I am literally looking at the website and and I see a suit for a 150 or wedding package of $250. Which made me feel like he did not want to help so I m just going to quitehim the higher price since he looks he can t afford it we were to say I will never shop at a Men s Wearhouse ever again.

Very good rentals. However, very expensive.. My soon who was the groom, his pants were hemmed to look like Bamuda shorts!!! Thank goodness Im a couture tailor!! I ripped out the old hem, made a tailor hem, pressed them, 10 mins before he was to walk down the aisle!!!

David was awesome! He helped put me into a suit thats just ME. I dont normally wear suits, so this is is a challenge all in itself. He was incredibly patient when it came to my not too much, not too little attitude and was extremely helpful in my indecisive tie selction (ultimately, his first choice was the obvious winner). I cant say enough about my great experience here from the rentals for my wedding party and my return for a just because suit. It was simply THE BEST!

Exceptional costumer service from Sylvia. We were going to another store for a mans shirt, when we were approached by a really nice lady that offered to measured my fiance and also guided us to the right kind of shirts and sales, so good indeed that we could not refuse all the deals. We ended up buying a really nice shirt that if it wasnt for Sylvia we would never have seen all the selections and deals this store had to offer. I came with the notion to just get measurements for my wedding but the customer service Jordan Simonian gave was like no other. I m not sure if this location is closed, or remodeling, but I drove over an hour to this location to find it completely closed with zero signs or indication online or on the store windows that they were even a men s warehouse. The Mall directory AND Google even still has it listed as a valid store location. EDIT: after calling a different store, I have to retract my statement about the store itself and put this on Lakeline Mall and Google. They both have this location listed at the WRONG address/store location. They have moved across the mall and even SIX MONTHS later, have not updated even the store window or the directory location.

This place has a pretty good selection of suits and accessories. Rentals for weddings and prom. The staff is usually helpful, but depending on how busy they are and how many people are working there. The staff is hit or miss. The downside is they try to upsell you on everything, but I understand its a business. Prices are decent and the occasionally have sales. The store itself is pretty clean and located in Lakeline Mall on the lower level.

I want to post an addendum to my original post. Unfortunately, I experienced an uninviting situation at the Mens Warehouse in Lakeline Mall, Round Rock TX. I left the store and wrote the above review of my experience. MWListen quickly reached out to me, and I informed them of the situation and was genuine concern about my experience. MWlisten assured me that my experience was not the norms at any Mens Warehouse; however, I knew that this was not the standard. Yo I gotta say I loathe going to the mall probably more than any other shopping experience. Mall culture is what I feel is the predecessor to the Domain culture which is the antithesis of the social behavior and consumerism that I would like to see in this world. That being said....Mens Warehouse at Lakeline Mall has been the best wardrobe purchasing experience I have ever had. Quick and personal service with zero overbearing pushiness to add things I didnt want. Never thought I would be able to have a custom made and tailored suit before and especially at such a reasonable price. Gonna be looking Madmen fly in my custom three piece for my lady on our day! Highly recommend them if you need a suit thats a little bit beyond the regular department store experience. Go see Jax and he will set you up proper!

Excellent, excellent service! Tony is a pleasant person to deal with, he always makes me feel welcomed beyond what you would expect from any store. Sorani, the tailor/seamstress is very skillful and makes me look good in all my suits. I started going to the Lakeline location a few years ago and began buying of the rack suits; soon after I decided to purchased my first custom suit and not looked back since! Custom is the only way to go for me, worth every penny and free alterations for life!

We just got married on September 3 and used Men s Warehouse for all our men s attire needs. I want to personally thank the Men s Warehouse Lakeline team in Austin, Texas for going above and beyond for our wedding. The manager, Tony was life saving in taking care of some unexpected issues that arose. Niki was incredible with putting up with our many changes and has such a great eye for mens fashion. If I could give them 0 stars I would. 1) make sure the date is correct and make sure you have them double check there work. and have a manager confirm the date. 2) make sure you dont dont get an email a month before, they schedule us the wrong date. A whole month before the actual wedding date. 3) have them call u and have them check to make sure your suit is actually in. our situation: was they called the groomsmen letting them know there suits were in. when they were not in actual store... hmmmm electronic/paper forms and they didnt match. they had and they had to reorder all 6 suits 2 days before the wedding. talk about a stressful situation 4) ADVISE: just go to Al s formal wear for wedding rentals. so much less of a hassle.

I am completely dissatisfied with the service we have recieved at Mens Wearhouse. I highly discourage everyone from shopping there! Before we special ordered our suits everything was wonderful, but when we went to pick them up- they lost part of the order. This after we pay them hundreds of dollars for a suit, and they are incompetent enough to lose it. Save yourself from fusturation, and go to another location.

I needed a good starter suit for a formal occasion coming up. Mr. Troy assisted me in finding my first suit. He was very good about knowing which styles and patterns were great and to which colors would be good for a wide range of occasions. It was really the best experience Ive had with shopping for a suit. I was in and out comfortable and confident with my purchase and they had my suit ready from alterations in just two days when I needed it. Note: they have only 2 people that can assist with customers at a time and once they assist someone they give them theyre full attention. So dont be upset if you go on a busy day and have to wait or feeling like youre being ignored. When its your turn they will treat you like a millionaire.
