Cute little burger joint. Had the Chocolate Brownie Shake and it was divine! Tater tots were crunchy and burger was a large portion. Definitely not enough lettuce or tomato though.

There was a slight issue with the app and on able to access one of the coupons. Called up to the store and talk to the manager Francisco and he was able to help me out and solve the issue. The burgers were fantastic the new Shake was awesome I definitely recommend for a Good Burger come check this place out Wheelchair accessibility: Theres only a couple of spots here and one of the spots for wheelchair accessible doesnt have a ramp to get onto the sidewalk to get into the establishment

it s okay. the food is extremely expensive for very mid tasting burgers/fries. it was just very normal tasting, nothing special and definitely not worth the wild price. i think i paid like 20+ bucks for a boring regular burger with no salt, fries with no salt, and a drink the size of a juice box. i could pay like a quarter of this price for a better meal at terry s. taste was mid, portions small but price large. worth a shot to see if you just like the place or the milkshakes, but in my opinion just isn t worth it.

Nasty food no flavor.. when I ask for x crispy bacon.. Today was our 3rd visit. The first two visits the food was great! It was the same cook (I think it was the owner), this visit had a different cook and we did not eat the food, it was over $30 wasted . Stopped by for breakfast this morning. It was dark and quiet inside and only one employee we could see. Service was good and the employee was friendly. We waited about 10 minutes for our order which came out hot and fresh, but unfortunately the biscuit on one of our sandwiches was raw and inedible. Due to the wait time and needing to leave for work we didn t make a fuss. Everything else except the raw biscuit was great, though maybe a bit too greasy. Our other sandwich (which had buns) was fine.

My husband and I both had the classic burgers, onion rings and shakes. Burger patties were VERY soggy and tasteless. They went a little heavy with the ketchup and mustard which made it hard to pick up as it was so sloppy. Onion rings were nothing great. Shakes were okay. Very disappointing meal.

Walked in and waited for 10 minutes with one couple in front of us who was there before we walked in. We weren t greeted and weren t helped and there was hardly anyone in the building. Seemed like there was no eager to serve us. We have now been here over 20 minutes waiting for two burgers. Unfortunately they are extremely understaffed. It s definitely not somewhere to go if you want a quick bite and friendly staff.

Got to try the wayback classic double with fries and a fountain beverage and partner got the A1 burger with cheese curds and a fountain drink. I recently had a disappointing experience at this location. I ordered food online and went to pick it up in person. Unfortunately, my visit was marked by frustratingly poor service. When I arrived, the cashier was ringing up a customer, and there was another woman waiting for her to-go order. Neither of us were acknowledged at all. Once the cashier finished ringing up the only customer in line, the lady asked about her order. The cashier responded dismissively, saying just a minute, maam, and proceeded to take the current customers order to the kitchen line. Then he began packing the ladys order, only to be distracted by a question from the customer hed just served, leading to a conversation about the cashiers family heritage. The ladys order fell over in the bag while the cashier was distracted, and no one attended to us for several more minutes. Frustrated by the lack of service, I eventually went to the kitchen line myself, found my order, and left. The entire time, neither the cashier nor anyone else acknowledged me or the lady waiting. This experience was beyond disappointing. The service was slow, inattentive, and entirely inconsiderate of customers waiting for their takeout. I wouldnt recommend this restaurant based on my visit, and I hope they improve their customer service moving forward.

Waited 31 min to get one burger and fries with 5 employees and 3 customers in the store. Pretty crazy wait time for a burger. Saw my food sitting in the bag on the shelf and no one was grabbing it so I went up and told them it s been 30 min since I ordered and asked if they could check on my order. Food was average at best. Burger patties were decent, but didnt fill the buns and shakes were not that good. Stay away from the onion rings. We also had to wait quite a while for our shakes. We were finished with just about all our food before we finally got them. Also, another fast food place asking for 18-22 percent tips, after already paying $15 a person, when they dont come to your table to take an order, clean up after you or anything deserving of a tip. Then to top it off, theyre a cashless business which I dont suggest supporting.

Love coming here. Staff is always really nice and helpful. Today Addie did a really great job. Had an issue with the Coke Zero coming from the machine that my husband wanted. She took the time to try the drinks herself then went back to the back and found that there was Cherry Coke hooked to the Coke Zero line. After fixing it, she ran the line before bringing my husband a brand new Coke Zero and having him make sure it tasted exactly as it should.

Tried Wayback Burgers for the first time and wasnt disappointed. The service was great - everyone was very friendly! The restaurant (including the bathrooms :-) was very clean. They have a great selection of specialty items on the menu but you can also build your own. Our food came out hot and fresh! I read the other reviews about the quality of food not being up to par, but we did not have this experience at all. We were ready to dig in, so the pictures arent great, but the food was!!

The burger was cold and soggy, not a good look either. The bun wasn t even soft, very flat, and not toasted. As for the taste, it was very mediocre. It tasted like McDonalds with buffalo sauce to be honest. Even Chick Fil A is better than this! As for service, the lady at the front was very kind but wow it was slow as heck! Wait almost 15mins for a burger and it was cold and soggy?! Definitely not worth it at ALL. Food was absolutely terrible. The taste is completely bland, my family of 3 could not taste the fries and burgers seemed dry, hard and flat. Food looks nothing like what the menu shows. The cheese steak was the biggest shocker, meat was maybe enough for a small child. They used a square American cheese slice and half melted it on the meat. The bread was cold and not toasted or fresh. As for the service, it was a disappointment from the start which I should have known meant the food might disappoint as well. Apparently you cant add food to your order once the cashier decides to add a name to your order prior to hitting total/swiping your card. Shelly said that you cant add food anymore since she decided to hit a certain button. Therefore, we would have to make a separate order. So we passed on ordering more food. Thankfully we didnt order more. Seriously hoped this place would be good, but truly was a terrible waste of money. BTW its $15 a person if you get a meal - minimum. We didnt get fries for everyone or drinks, due to the cashier not knowing how to run the computer. Thus, a kid and 2 adults was $35 without meals, just burgers. Surely our experience was a lack of management training their cooks and cashiers to the standard of Wayback Burgers. ....Unfortunately multiple personnel failed in the service and food experience which is the entire point of such a restaurant. And they play music with Wayback Burger advertisements coming on loud every few minutes,... that was weird! And I am the type to not typically write a bad review or have criticism.....

Ive been in customer service for a very long time. Service since COVID, in many restaurants, has gone way down hill. Every week my family picks one restaurant on a dedicated night to get dinner at a local restaurant for Family Night. We decided to try Wayback Burger. My wife goes to the website, and the first thing to pop up is a free shake offer. The apple pie shake sounded good! At checkout we got an error for the free shake. I figured that I could explain it to the store at pick up and at least try to get the shake. The employee asked the manager, but he refused and referred us back to the website. Impress me by fixing your website and comping a shake. Strike One The employee handed me our order, and I asked is that everything? (Looking at the other bag right next to it) She nodded and I went home. Luckily we only live a mile away, because that wasnt everything. I get it, when a place is busy... mistakes can happen. It was a Wednesday and there were two people in the store. Back to the restaurant for the actual burgers. Strike Two. They hand me my bag without an apology, and I go home. The food was less than warm and not very impressive. $50 for three burgers, 3 sides and no drinks. Strike Three So disappointed

Imagine it being late in the day, youre hungry, and decide to treat your family to a new burger joint youve heard great things about. You order, they give you the drinks, and then you sit there waiting for an hour for your food. They finally bring it to you and almost half of the other is missing though they told you it was all there. They bring you the missing items, you go home to eat, and all the food you waited an hour for was stale, cold, and flavorless. Sucks right? Yeah, thats what happened to me. Even the coke was not how it should be. I spend almost $70 for 3 burgers, 2 special fries, onion rings, and drinks. The food literally didnt taste like anything. They didnt season the burgers or the fries. My onion rings were so stale that they were crunchy but a stale crunch. It was hard to chew and didnt taste like anything. The bacon was limp, cold, and seems like they cut the pieces into 3rds. So you dont even get whole slices of bacon. Our burgers only had 2 pieces of bacon so, but even 1 full slice of bacon on each burger. My burger was supposed to have candied bacon. Nope. 2 - 1/3 parts of regular bacon which... you guessed it... didnt taste like anything. Ive never had such an expensive and bland meal in my life. Im so disappointed with the experience and the food. Ill never go here again. I dont recommend being over charged for extremely subpar food and drinks.

I have watched as this establishment was built in my trips up and down 1431 so I was quite excited to see that it had finally opened. Went for lunch and there were two things that kept me from a full 5-star review. First when our order was brought out all the correct items came from the kitchen but they were not on the trays as ordered, i.e., the wrong side with the sandwich. Not really a big deal I suppose but still. The second was the drinks. The soda was far too sweet, as though the mix is not adjusted properly, and I was getting an aftertaste, perhaps from the solution used to sanitize the lines? Also the water was clearly just plain tap water and I can tell you Cedar Park water does not taste the best. I would think that some filtration to improve the taste is needed. The food itself was great! I am going to take these small complaints and chalk them up to growing pains and look forward to trying Wayback Burgers again in a month or so.

My friend ordered doubled patty impossible burgers for she and her family through DoorDash. The DoorDash order clearly said impossible patties, and so did the receipt. She was extremely upset and emotional to find out that what was delivered to her were cow flesh burger patties. As a vegan, she is not going to eat animal flesh. As someone who is trying to save animals, she felt like she paid for an animal to be killed. This is a horrible mistake on your end and I hope that you will thoroughly look into it, talk with your kitchen staff, and ensure this never happens again.

Burgers were good, average. When paying $30 for two burgers two fries and no drinks, I expected better quality more along the lines of shake shack. The bacon cheeseburger did have a good amount of bacon which I appreciated. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ordered a classic combo just under $15 .fries are great - meaty not like those shoe string fries unfortunately, the burger is ruined by the horrible bun plenty of nice meat and cheese but the bun s processed taste overpowers the burger s flavor . Also the drinks should be self serve, this ways you don t have to wait for an available person and need salt and pepper on the table . Could be a good four stars with a better bun.

We tried Wayback burgers today. Ordered the classic, the seasonal bacon bourbon burger and a buffalo chicken sandwich. The burgers were fine. My bacon bourbon burger was two meat patties with a maple bourbon sauce. My daughter s burger seemed good and she enjoyed it. Since we dined in, both the atmosphere and the services seemed a bit dull. Maybe they did not have enough people working today, but it was not cheerfulness of Mighty Fine or In-n-out, my go to burger places in Cedar Park. Also, the burgers seem to be expensive. At 12 bucks a burger, I expect to be blown away or atleast feel really awesome, but that wasn t my experience. I will surely give the place another try and maybe give the classic burger or the cheesesteak sandwich a shot and see how I like them. For now I am keeping my rating at a solid 3 Vegetarian options: The place also sells the impossible burgers, so plenty of opportunity to eat a well, a non-burger burger Kid-friendliness: The place is kid friendly. Lot of food options for them. Even a kiddie menu.

Brand new Burger restaurant in Cedar Park, Great flavor on the bacon cheeseburger I had. Bacon cheese fries were great just needed a touch more cheese. They also have some good looking milkshakes that I did not try, Apple pie milkshake anyone? Also interested in trying the Cajun tater tots next time. Not a lot of inside seating so there were a lot of takeout orders on a busy Friday night. Probably one of the top 5 burgers Ive had. Plenty of parking in a new complex that doesnt have a ton of other businesses open yet. If you crave a great burger this place is for you.
