Hadnt been to this Panda Express in years. Food was freshly cooked and tasted good. Food wise, its Panda. You know what youre getting. It hasnt changed in years. Theyve just added some items, but you know what it is. Customer service was really good as well, and the atmosphere was welcoming and very chill and quiet. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there is wheelchair access.

I went here yesterday and ordered the chow main with walnut shrimp and orange chicken. As I was eating the walnut shrimp I notice a strange smell which I had to throw out. Unfortunately I already ate some of the food before and got food poisoning. Other than that the customer service was great but the food made me really sick.

This is by far my favorite Panda restaurant in Austin! . Up to now they have not disappointed with the freshness of the food. Every time we come here theres always fresh food out and its delicious . For those who love panda like we do we recomend this location if you live in Austin or are visiting . Management is always attentive nd the team is great .

I visited this week and when asked if I could have a sample, the employee helping me gave me 1 tiny piece of the new spicy orange chicken to try. Instead of telling me politely they don t offer samples anymore, the manager Justin rudely barked at the kind employee, don t you know we don t do samples anymore . While the overall service was fine, the rude second hand comment made me feel bad for the employee helping us. The situation could have been handled better in my opinion.

I havent found a Panda Express I didnt like. Excellent food options, large portions, and fast service. Plus, the last Panda even included a shower. Got caught in a Texas down pour, came up fast, couldnt see a half a block ahead of you. Excellent restaurant.

The food was not good at all, possibly the worst fried rice I have ever had, not sure it was fully cooked before they fried it. Beef and broccoli was gross, broccoli was way over cooked and the beef was limp and grey. Orange chicken was just weird, not orange flavored and was really dry.

Always solid. Clean. Fast service when not too busy. The new chili shrimp are addictive. Classics like Kung Pao Chicken and Orange Chicken are great. I also recommend getting the app to collect points for free appetizers and even free meals. Very affordable!

I love this franchise, however, the womens bathroom does not work at this location. They have 2 entrance doors but 1 is always closed and they have this walkway with a railing that doesnt go anywhere, because you cant go through there since the red decoration on the door doesnt give access.

We came here on August 13th and had dinner. The food was good, but not great. The portion sizes were smaller than other Panda restaurants. Most of the food we were given was near the bottom of the warming pan, so it was not fresh out of the wok. Regardless, Im sure we will come here again.

Yay...they have something that calorie counters can eat! I didnt realize that you can get steamed Broccoli & Cabbage instead of White or Fried Rice. Maybe theyve had that for a while and I didnt know it. My kids love PE, as do I, but I usually dont get anything since I started minding my Cs & Ps (calories & protein). Now that I know, I can get something too! Mushroom Chicken over Steamed Broccoli & Cabbage...220 + 90 = 310 Calories! And I also learned that they have meatless Orange Chicken but since its breaded and fried its still a whopping 440 calories (only 50 less than the regular Orange Chicken)...all counts are for Bowls. Anyway, the staff was friendly and courteous as always and the store was spotless.

I just came thru the drive thru I asked the lady for sauce her name was Piyamas S and she started to scream and yelled very rudely. There needs to be some type of training for people in fast food. Occasionally when someone goes through the drive thru people are going to ask for sauce with their food especially if they paid for it. My first coming and my last time. Also they give out very small portions and now I m starting to feel sick after I ate the food.
